My go-to hotel every time I am in Prague. It is located in a very convenient area of Prague - in very close proximity to pretty much everything. Rooms are cosy and spacious, ambient is relaxing, the personnel are always there to assist you with a personal recommendation, and the breakfast is served with fresh products. A real boutique hotel experience in all aspects!

We were so happy in this wonderful hotel! Everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us amazing local tips and took care of us in every way. Breakfast was delicious and very nicely presented. The bed was very comfortable and fluffy, the room was super clean and matched perfectly with the photos that are shown here.

We booked this hotel on the day of our stay as we needed last minute accommodation and were not disappointed! The hotel itself is very modern and has a lovely restaurant. It’s located right beside Wenceslaw square so you cannot be more in the city centre. The staff were very professional but friendly and accommodating. Rooms were quiet and well insulated. As the hotel is located just off the main square it’s in a quiet but safe small street so you can relax and sleep throughout the night without disruption. Breakfast was lovely and check out seamless. Highly recommend!

Dog - Friendly and cozy Hotel in the middle of the city. It only takes minutes to visit all of the great places in Prague! The breakfast is very delicious and we even found a parking place in front of the hotel. I can highly recommend this place!

Hotel is at the heart of the city centre. It is very close to old town and possible to reach in 10 minutes by walking. Hotel interior design is very good and comfortable. Breakfast is enough but maybe improved, espresso is not included and extra. Parking is problem and there is no parking place inside of hotel. Only option is to use external parking places.

Friendly service, great breakfast, and nice rooms with comfortable beds. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The ICON hotel is a very nice hotel, only a few minutes walk from either the train station or the old town center of Prague. It's been renovated recently so the rooms and the public area's are nice and clean. We arrived in Prague too early because our night train was 3 hours early. When we told the lady at the check in that we had a bad night of sleep, she arranged that we could check in early without any extra fee. This nice, friendly service was a standard during the rest of our stay. Definitely going to stay here again, the next time we're in Prague.

Great location in nice neighbourhood, lovely rooms and super friendly staff. Forgot my AirPods and got them mailed back to me :) Only things that can be improved: - the chaotic service during breakfast - the bread rolls were quite dry

What a lovely design hotel! I loved my stay at The ICON! The staff welcomed me very nicely and they were extremely sweet. The room looks modern, is clean and has everything you need. Bathroom is rather small, but again beautifully designed and I especially enjoyed the tub. Breakfast has everything needed plus cook-to-order omelettes, scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc. Location is amazing, you can walk everywhere. I’ll definitely be back!

This hotel and its staff went way beyond our expectations. The interior design and decorating of the rooms, tall ceilings, unique lighting concept outside each room. One of a kind. As a designer, I was very impressed. Breakfast is delicious, I highly recommend the scrambled eggs with bacon. Presentation was always beautiful. The kitchen staff are also very friendly. We asked for a packed breakfast as we were joining an early tour, and the kitchen staff and hotel prepared the most abundant and delicious packed breakfast for us. We will never forget it. We’ve never experienced such amazing service in all aspects, and we travel a lot. One of us had taken a serious fall a few weeks ago (in a different country), and the hotel staff lady was so kind to bring us some ice and whatever else we needed. She and her colleague also recommended an English-speaking medical clinic for us to go to. She even remembered us the next day and asked how the injury was. She went above and beyond to make sure we were okay. We’ll never forget her and her colleague’s kindness. We loved how close The ICON Hotel is to the Old Town, and within walking distance to everything. The toiletries in the room are also very special with olive oil.

This is the 2nd time we stay at the Icon Hotel in Prague. We love it! Very clean rooms, the staff is amazing and super friendly, always willing to help and guide. This time we stayed as a family of 5. We stayed in 2 rooms with a connecting door. Breakfast is Great. Also would like to mention Yiannis who as amazing and help us with everything, including reserving transportation from the airport. Would definitely come back again. We miss it already! Good location. Private parking for 25 € per day, but not on the same place. Big clean room, but no free water. Outside small, but unfortunately noisy street, because of the beer bar on the corner.

We were at the Icons Hotel in Lisbon on the first weekend in September. In the middle of the night from Saturday to Sunday, our hotel door, which was double locked, opened. We were woken up and heard voices outside, no one felt responsible to close the door again. After we complained about the matter the next morning, we were only told that nothing could be seen on the camera, which of course goes without saying as the camera does not see the angle. No apology or refund nothing! How can it happen in a hotel that the door bursts open in the middle of the night and no one can help in this regard. The inspection of the camera was offered by the hotel when we were already on our way to the airport, before that we had waited in the lobby for over an hour. Now you only get the statement that you didn't take up the offer, although you already got the message on the phone that they can't do anything else. It is really an outrage that has never happened to me before in my life. I cannot recommend this hotel in any case.

The hotel staff is attentive during the day. They continue to blame COVID for lacking amenities such as restaurant and room service. I no longer excuse an establishment for COVID related excuses in September 22. My room was large but lacking maintenance. Their advertisement on hotel websites does NOT match reality. Book it without expectations.

We are completely satisfied with this hotel. Staying for a few nights. Service and breakfast are excellent. I especially remember the waitress Marina. Very attentive and kind girl. She gave us a pleasant service and we will remember for a long time.

A perfect stay from arrival to departure. The kindness and professionalism of the staff made own stay unforgettable. The situation of hotel is just perfect, all monuments are nearby. Great hotel with very kind service and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was pretty good, you can have freshly made omelette or scrambled eggs. Our room had some problems with phone and power outlets in the desk, but overall it was a great stay! We definitely recommend it!

The service was excellent. At breakfast, you could order different portions of eggs, for example omelets. The room was big and clean. High recommendations!
