About 15 minutes by tram away from the city, rooms were very spacious, clean and had all the amenities. We enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast every morning and the receptionist was also very helpful in answering our questions about traveling in Prague. We could even get transport tickets from the reception! However, do note that the hotel is actually made up of 4 buildings, only the main one has a renovated lobby, reception and restaurant. We did not stay in the main building but the one across the street, it was still pleasant even though it would’ve been better if we got a room in the main building.

Would be 5 stars if not for bathroom with no shower curtain so the floor is getting wet every time you are taking a shower. Our room was very spacious and had working AC and nice bed. Helpful, English speaking staff at the lobby.

Our impression from staying is awful. I can’t think of any advantages at all! Our money was stolen from the hotel room, while we were out. The money was in the backpack, because the safe box didn’t work! When we got back to the hotel room we were too tired to check the cash. And we couldn’t think such situations are possible in such hotels! The next morning we checked out and went to Italy, so we found out about the loss when we were in the mountains (in Italy). We sent an email to the hotel management, but it still hasn't been responded. We haven’t got any response at all! We suspect someone of the housekeeping personnel could take the advantage of the situation while we were out. The inaction of the hotel management contributes to further stealings! So I don’t recommend this hotel for staying, as you can’t be sure about the safety of your possessions and money!

Clean rooms , little noisy from the street, ask for an inner view room maybe, cleaning all days, good continental breakfast, close 10 min uphill, to tram 15 and 9 to centre and cartierul mic, 2 min from bus 207 station to centre, mini markets next to the location, eating points, bars, 30 min by walk to centre, safe area, blue lines parking on the street, paying zone, elevator, bar

I booked this hotel to literally shower, rest a couple of hours and then continue with my trip which the hotel was perfect for that. It was clean, tidy and had all the basic amenities. Very centrally located and in one of the cool areas of Prague. Tony from the reception went above and beyond, super kind, polite and willing to help with some questions I had. Very customer oriented so kudos for that!

The breakfast is good and has a lot of different foods. The room is ok, but no curtain or mat in the bathroom, what let the place a mess after shower. It's really close to one bus stop!!!

Decent and modern hotel near the centre. Polite and cheerful staff. Congested surroundings. Clean rooms and toilet. Bus and trams within 10 mins walk. Extravagant breakfast.

2 hotels in one. Three crowns is the more economic version with good value for money and they are linked to Prokop in the same building which is the new member of the family with a modern, more upscale, modern hotel. You are behind the center but can get there via a 20 minutes walk or by taking the bus not far from the hotel. I'm giving this hotel 5 stars as we had an issue with the rooms and some miscommunication on the way but Tomas, the hotel manager, was so kind and abke to solve the situation in a professional manner which is not always common in the Czech Republic. I live her and love it but customer service still has a long way to go :-). For that reason a 5 star rating and expressing this in a review acknowledging those hotel managers who understand that their business is not about making profits but about hospitality and providing excellent customer care. P.S. I had my guests staying over in the hotel and they mentioned the tasty breakfast so make sure you enjoy that one ;-)

Good sized, clean and comfortable rooms. Not a bad location but a bit of a walk or transport from the Old Town. Central train station is walkable. Only critique would be the smoking in the central square that everyone has to walk through but this is not unique to the hotel.

The hotel service was excellent and the nice thing about the hotel is that you can sit in the garden and order drinks. Also the breakfast was good.

The hotel is walking distance to florence station, easy if you want to have day trip from Prague. To the old town also walking distance perhaps 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is okay, no complaints. Room yes ! I stayed in the room where no air con only fan, no kettle, no teas or coffee bags but my friend that travel with me got a room with AC, kettle, so much nicer. He only stayed one night, i have stayed 3 nights . Not sure why there are differences. Plus my friend told me the receptionist even walked with him and showed him where is the lift. When I checked in it wasn’t pleasant. Took so long to checked me in, and yea little effort

The hotel was overbooked so out of 3 rooms we got an upgrade for 2 rooms. When we entered the room it was not made up. Seems the cleaning people forgot. So we waited for 20 odd minutes. But then the hotel staff was good and was prompt. There is a bus connection as well which is 100 mtrs. The breakfast was quite good. The things were refilled quite quickly. The spread is very big and cheese toppings were really good. All in all 3 -3.5 stars are good for this place.

Had a lovely stay here. Comfortable sized room with good view. Water pressure was good & came out hot, no shower curtain thought which I thought was strange at first but it worked out well. The breakfast buffet was extensive and everything tasted good. Enjoyed the coffee machine they had. Bar downstairs near check-in. Good location near public transportation & a few local bars. (Wouldn't recommend for elderly folk as you do have to walk up steep hills in this area. ) I really enjoyed my stay & recommend

Very nice and cozy hotel, prices more than reasonable, especially considering how good the breakfast was.

A little noisy but you also expect that in the city. We love the breakfast, the staff and location. I was excellent value for money and we had a great time there. Unless you really want 5 star experience I would certainly recomend it as a great place to stay. Great value for money.

Our first choice in Prague. We Always stay there. Nice location with good restaurants and bars close by. The center is 15-20 minutes away by feed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a little worn but clean and spacious.

Bathroom in our room is in a bad state. Smell from drain, limescale under the sink, door to the bathroom damaged and door frame damp and damaged. Curtains should cover the whole of the window, not just 2/3rd. This supposed to be a 4 star hotel but it looked more like overrated 3 stars.

The hotel is located in city centre. Rooms were of good size. They could concentrate more on cleanliness of room.

The hotel has a good location, the staff is incredibly nice, WiFi worked like a charm and there were a lot of breakfast options (even some baked beans for fellow vegans). However, the standard of the rooms is subpar. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms, there was fungus on the ceiling, ants in the bathroom and one of the sockets wasn't working. Not something I would expect out of a '4 star hotel'.

A little disappointed with the hotel. Really the bare minimum. The room was not pleasant. The breakfast is quite good. The staff is friendly.

Rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and could take a while to get warm. The shower has no courtain and everything gets wet. Also the shower cannot be hanged. Everything a bit old. But exceptional buffet in the morning. Service is nice and speak English but they could be more informative for example about the trandport tickets, how to buy them.
