Hotel von außen ganz gut, aber die Zimmer sind eine Zumutung. Sehr schmutzig und Flecken an der Wand. Der Kühlschrank riecht unangenehm. Das Badezimmer hat eine OK Größe, jedoch ist die Dusche hinter der Tür sehr schlecht positioniert, sowie ist die Lüftungsanlage im Badezimmer nicht mehr die Beste, denn in der Dusche ist Schimmel und es riecht auch etwas komisch im Badezimmer. Das Personal an der Rezeption war auch keine große Hilfe, als wir uns dort beschwerten und meinten, dass wir eher abreisen wollen. Sie meinten nur, dass wir den Schlüssel da lassen sollen... Das war's. Das einzige positive am Standort des Hotels ist die Nähe zum Öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Und man sehr gut überall hinkommt. Ich war noch nie so sehr von einer Unterkunft enttäuscht, dass ich eher abreisen musste.

It was not clean at all. Only good things; reception was nice and free parking (which was already available along the street already too). Breakfast should not convience you also, nothing special.

Cheap, but made not for families. Five-bed rooms are not like the pictures, they're old, equipment is insufficient and does not work. Bathroom smells like a very old lady after rape and death. I would never bring my family to a place like this.

Our experience in that hotel was ok. Room was clean but a bit small for 3 people, breakfast was ok but nothing special, wifi is useless. Hotel have a big parking place on a backyard. You can buy a drink on reception. I will recommend it only if you are staying max 3days.

Didn't have beds but platforms with sheets on them. The furniture was bought before communism fell and so it was impossible to be truly clean. There were no doors!?! I think I have a better understanding of living in the soviet block now... All I was missing was some vodka, kgb and borscht to complete the experience. It is not a brilliant hotel.... It's more like a run-down hostel from some Stephen king movie.

Nice little hotel with bus stop outside and metro nearby (700m). Friendly people that will offer you an excellent customer service, great breakfast from 7 to 10 and 24h reception.

Very bad and low level service (kitchen personnel and a guy at reception desk). Rooms are very small with old furniture and uncomfortable beds. Average clean. Breakfast is low than average. The only good thing is a free parking (note, that the hotel is far from the city center). Next time will chose another one for sure. I beleive there are better choices for the same price.

Hotel BRILLIANT Located outside the central area og Prague, but close to both a bus stop and metro station (the hotel sell tickets). With it's free parking, it is very suitable if you're travelling by car. Helpful staff and good service, the rooms are okay and IKEA-like-simple. Reasonably priced.

Located in ouskirts of city, which makes it very scenic and peaceful loaction. Connectivity to Prague interiors is very good. Clean hotel, Very good bteakfast and cooperative english speaking staff.

Had to leave early on the second day as opposed to the scheduled 5 days, as it didn't feel great to be there. Rooms were dated, a couple of the receptionists didn't help us either. Originally had booked a double bedroom, but was notified shortly before that there was none available. We tried to amend this, but with no reply from the hotel. The hotel room when we got there was a bit of a walk to get to, involving two different staircases to get to. The room was pretty dim, with no proper lighting within the room, and was pretty dirty in parts (which made us question whether the maids actually did anything). The room was located in basement, with a view of the carpark. Also, the free wifi didn't work properly (you could barely load up webpages) Of course, we brought up the issues to reception, but they failed to do anything, and said we couldn't get a refund (and couldn't get another room, as apparently "it was booked out" - which didn't appear to be the case at the time) The breakfast was ok, but nothing great - there was not a lot of choice. There was not a lot of room in the breakfast area, where if it got busy, you'd have to share with other guests. Personally, this place would be ok for a night's stay, however I would not stay here again.

Einfach nur Katastrophe! Ekelhaft ohne Ende! Die Zimmer sind extrem dreckig also falls jemand eine Allergie haben sollte kommt nicht hier her! Die Betten sind total schmutzig, dass Badezimmer dafür gibt es keine Wörter. Das Frühstück garnicht gut, abgelaufene Produkte nur ekelhaft.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen von der Stadt, etwas abseits von einem schön angelegtem Neubauviertel. Erstes Erstaunen beim Befahren des hauseigenen Parkplatzes der sich sehr eng mit kutige Fahrbahnbelag präsentierte. Wir hatten ein sehr spartanisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Deckenschräge von etwa 12 qm mit mangelnder Sitzgelegenheit erwischt. Das Zimmer ähnelte mehr einer Jugendherberge als einem Hotelzimmer, was nicht den Abbildungen des Angebotes entsprach. Wir reisten wieder ab.

Gut einfache Unterkunft mit kostenlosem Parkplatz. Nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Zimmer sind einfach ohne Komfort. Keine Klimaanlage, kein Safe dafür kostenloses WLAN. Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend. Für einen kurz Trip 1-2 Tage OK.

The guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was perfectly clear and they gave us towels, soap, shampoo. The WiFi was pretty much useless so if you need that I dont really recommend this hotel. Other then this the breakfast was nice we could choose from a lot of food and overall it was pretty good. 4 Stars out of 5
