How can I say : EUR 1 424.00 / 4 nights for a dirty place. Bedroom is like in a prison 20 years ago. No comments about the staff :( Breakfast: even if you are flexible, nothing to eat. Parking place It's a joke. To be honest, they have to destroy the place and build a new hotel PS : it can be strange to heard an exorcism session near to your bedroom each morning at 08 00 😞 If you don't ask new towels, they didn't change and didn't clean the bedroom At the reception 2 of 4 guys are not nice and disgusting a little bit Well we can regret this experience because It's my 4th trip in Praha and I Never had this kind of experience

We woke up at 3 am to loud noise from the next room and saw the bed and walls were covered in bed bugs. Horrified we left immediately, didn't sleep, and spent the next morning washing our clothes in hot water. The staff were rude and aggressive and didn't seem to care at all. This was a terrible experience. The hotel is disgusting - it smells awful, the furniture is ugly and really old and the bugs are simply a nightmare. Spend your money anywhere else.

FRAUD ~ AVOID ~ THEY STEAL FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD This hotel has made multiple charges on my credit card (in excess of €2,500) since February and have yet to return the over payments. They have not replied to emails. The Management are never available. I am now seeking legal advice in Prague for the return of my money. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. Additionally: The hotel have been looking into this since February. And yet another charge was made on my credit card today! THIS IS NOT A LIE

The hotel staff stole my laptop and other items out of my bags while the bags were in their possession. They're also the most unfriendly staff I've ever seen. They deserve to go out of business.

Hotel was awful. Shared bathrooms with other guests were always dirty, no key to get into the front door of the hotel meaning you could wait outside for ages until the unfriendly staff member opened up. Pretty much inedible breakfast. Thought the room was ok, has a hot tub. There isn’t anywhere nearly enough hot water to fill half the tub and no shower either. Constantly smelt of stale cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking hotel! Do not bother

Overall a good place for the price point. Just kind of annoying to get into and out off. You cannot enter anytime of day without buzzing someone to open the door. Also don't take the stairs to exit cause you'll end up in a locked courtyard that you won't have a key to exit. Breakfast was okay and staff was friendly just hard to enter or exit property with having to rely upon others.

STAY AWAY!!! Most horrible "hotel" I have ever been in. Manager and night shift are very unfriendly. It's a hostel and it's cheap in any way. They advertise as "gay hotel", nothing is gay there. Really... Just go somewhere else.

Nice location, close to the city. We had a room for two nights. The staff is friendly, if a bit inexperienced and young. There is a club located near the hotel which can be very loud, but no complaints from us so far. The hotel rooms are not all close to eachother and differ a lot from eachother interior wise which is pretty crazy when you pay 1000 czech kroner for a simple room when someone else pays the same for a room and gets a hot tub. Pretty weird system. Breakfast is included, little meager but satisfactory. All in all, okay if you want to stay a few days but if you're looking to stay in Prague longer you're probably better off at a hotel for an extra 300 czech kroners a night.

Täysin ala-arvoinen. Ei ole hotelli vsan murju. Ovella piti soittaa ovikelloa, että pääsee sisään. Oven tuli avaamaan mies joka kysyi mitä asiaa. Sanoin että olen varannut huoneen. Piti näyttää todiste, että pääsi sisään. Huoneessa ei ollut muuta kuin sänky. Ei mitään muuta. Aamiainen surkea. Hyvää oli sijainti lähellä keskustaa. Jätä väliin ja mene ihan mikä muu tahansa hotelli.

I had multiple charges on my credit card by this hotel. After I reported the issue to Visa, they blocked my card a day before travel and I was using my secondary limited card during all the Czech travel with my family. No any apologizing was from the hotel.

Genuinely the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Spend the extra €10 a night and go literally anywhere else you can. Horrible rooms terrible service rude staff. Didn’t get a key deposit back because they had ‘no cash’ guy didn’t care or even try to care. 0 stars. Definitely DO NOT GO

DONT GO HERE, they will scam you on the deposition. They are not polite at all, When you are eating breakfast they will stare at you. Terrible beds, and also bed bugs.
