It could have been great considering the location. The hotel is close to the central bus station. There is a shop on the corner. And the room itself is quite spacious. But all the minor issues build up a controversial impression. I had a feeling that it is not fully clean given the room walls and bathroom door were covered in stains. By the way, the bathroom door was a torture: the bathroom is too cramped to open the door freely without either slamming it into the washbasin or jamming it with the foot towel. Guys, please install sliding doors. :) Also, it would be great to have a towel hanger, a longer cord for the kettle and doors that block at least some sound. I could hear my neighbours quite clearly.

The hotel is nice, there is no 24/7 reception The hotel is on a hill and you’ll suffer if you have a stroller going up the hill Service is OK, but they need to add a basket in the restroom

Good place. Close to the bus stop but it's on a hill so be prepared for that. Other than that Great experience.

Amazing hospitality by its receptionist, big and spacious bed and bathrooms. Though I hope that they would provide shampoos and bath gels of better quality. Great location with tram stop and supermarket nearby. Though it gets noisy and chaotic down the street as there is a night club operating on weekends. Generally, when the curtains are closed, it is quiet though. great view from our window.

It was good, BUT there was almost no roomservice, we had to buy our own toiletpaper. There was no trashbin and no shelf in the bathroom. There was no closet to put stuff in. There was almost never someome at the reception. Apart from this the hotel was nice, the rooms were clean and we had a lovely view. It was close to some Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, groceriestores and the City Center. If the roomservice improves we would come back.

Modern minimalist Gregory House in the Prague center is our latest acquisition, with comfortable beds and fully renovated interiors – all minimalist, clean and perfectly functional.

The room was great and clean. The staff were friendly. I liked the location as its not right where all the tourists are. No complaints.

Nice place to stay, clean well decorated and well equipped room “kettle, cups, spoons, kitchen towel and a hairdryer”. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice location next to the train station and tram station, about 30 mins walk to the downtown and many supermarkets in the area. The location is up hill which was a bit hard with a stroller and bags. There’s no 24 hr reception but they have WhatsApp to contact. It’ll be nice to have a trash bin in the bathroom.

We where late for check-in but the service worker waited for us gently

we arrived late on friday, around 9:15 pm, which was known long before. anyway we had to pay at the front desk a small fee for this. the check in was friendly and quick. When we got to our room, we gave up believing. For the price we payed, we had ordered a room WITH a kitchen, a TV, a hairdryer and a decent standard would have been proper towels, not just ONE rag. The bed linen is with holes and dirty, the mattress on the bed is sagging, it is very stuffy in the whole house, there is no air conditioning. At night you can't sleep because some drunk people are yelling around in front of the club across the street, unfortunately you have to sleep with the window open. The icing on the cake is that we cannot reach anyone by phone and the reception is unmanned on Saturday, maybe whole weekend, is that normal?! I never had a worse stay in my live!!

The host is a very friendly lady, who speaks Czech, English, Hungarian and Ukrainian. The hotel is also nice, clean, and central located.

I just went to G. H. when a friend was checking in: his large room with large bathroom looks very comfortable. The deco and furniture are modern and nice.

We had to wait for more than 30 mins to check in. I do not recommend this area when you are carrying a lot of luggages as you will have difficulty going uphill from Florenc bus or metro station. (Unless you reach there by taxi). Room is clean but there is nothing much nearby except for bus station or metro station which is about 20 to 30 mins walk.

Very nice place. Good location. Minimalistic design. Everything new and clean. Little misunderstanding. I booked room with the view, but got the room with the street view. (view room was more expensive) They said that is mistake and room with the view it's a room on a street side.... You know... They didn't change my room. One minus noise isolation at all. You will here your neighbors and they TV. Take ear plugs.

Great location, the rooms are basic, but provide with everything you need including fridge and kettle. Wifi was very week in my room.

have to walk for quite a bit for public transport, but it is spacious and clean, sometimes it gets loud at night, but the double layer window will do just fine to keep the noise out, overall good experience

we forgot an expensive, small item at the room, they refused to help in anyway to send it, even though we were paying totally for it, and we offerd several solutions.. they basically stole it Internet also dropped half the time we were there..

A bit of a walk to the center of town, but also located not far from the bus and train stations, in a very interesting neighborhood feeling like genuine untouristy Prague. The price was right, the mattresses were comfortable, the view of Prague's north side was expansive, and the nights we're appropriately quiet. The bathroom and all very clean and well maintained. Very nice place as an upscale alternative to a hostel. The reception spoke very little English though.

Everything was great in this property. Reception is super friendly and open, facilities are more than enough in room, location is one of the coolest area in town, transportation are very easy and It is super close to Florenc Bus Station so If u have early bus no worries u will make It smooth. Fully recommended.

    - everything was known upfront (how the room looks like, reception hours) so you get what you pay for - close to city center and train station - big shower - quiet, although you can hear neighbours so depends on who stays near your room - good for spending two nights, probably not for more (or if you are spending most of the days outside...) - wifi was almost not working (room 22)

We stayed for 4 nights. It was a very good value for money. Just as expected. But if you are looking for quality place, you might want to look for somewhere else.

Good location, accomodating staff, great value for money. Parking is a problem, but there are purple zones in nearby streets, free during the weekend. No replies to emails, calling is better.
