Rooms were wornout and not so tidy but the breakfast was really good. It was also really hard to sleep because of the sounds from the heavy traffic passing by.

Poor service, pretty terrible rooms, no parking, no elevator... Nothing good to say really... Location is not that bad but even so it's best to stay away.

No way this place is three stars. The bathrooms and room were dirty. No reception and there was no answer when I called all three numbers. Stayed here one night then checked out. I won't be coming back here and I recommend others to stay away.

I booked the property for my parents' stay in Prague. The building has no elevator, we were told that our apartment is on the 2nd floor, it was 4th, the roof floor. It was extremely hot inside, we could not stay inside during the day. For 4 people we had just 1 big spoon and 2 glasses, no pots or bowls, just 1 pan. We also could not lock the door from the inside. Most of the time there was no one on the reception during the day, so we could not get any information. I am sorry, but I cannot recommend this place for the longer stay, 1-2 nights are OK.

Great location, big rooms, cheap price and kindness of the owner, who gives us tips and support about the best places to visit! Mind the time you arrive there because nobody stays at the reception from 3 pm on, then you won't be able to come in unless you previously set an exception with the owner.

Bathroom mirror fall off the wall the first night. Room and bathroom are not clean.

CAUTION!!! They sell more seats than they have and throw guests out, in my situation even without considering that it was already night. They do not resolve the problems and lie to you. Behavior is disrespectful.

Wir waren über Silvester in Prag und haben dieses Hotel gebucht. Frühstück war 1a. Frühstücksraum etwas klein aber ok. Service war Top, alle sehr freundlich. Es ist zwar kein 5 Sterne Hotel aber für Leute die normale Ansprüche stellen eine super Unterkunft. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, aber nicht schön. Alles ziemlich heruntergekommen und teilweise kaputt. Sonst eher sauber, geht aber besser. Das Frühstück war überhaupt nicht meins. Ranziger Käse und Wurst, Brot schien aber frisch, Brötchen pappig, Eier werden wohl auch mehrere Tage hintereinander aufgetischt. Finde ich nicht angemessen. Den "Wellness" Bereich, haben wir nicht ausprobiert, aufgrund von Zeitmangel und auch bisschen Unsicherheit.

Na ja okay sind 3 Sterne aber wenigstens Handtücher sollten da sein und auch kein Fön wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Dusche defekt und das Zimmer ist auch nicht gerade sauber. Eine Herdplatte wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist auch nicht vorhanden

We had a great time with really great staff. We got the all information that we needed. Really great comfort and beautiful yard where we were spending our time drinking coffee. The breakfast was delicious and always a rich choice of food for every taste. Good connection with city center by metro. I would recommend everyone this place if they choose Prague as their destination.
