😠 This is what they call a tourist trap. Everything is extremely expensive. The food is most definitely microwaved. I ordered a pasta carbonara, I still have no clue what I actually got. Be sharp on your bill. People often mention waiter, service, rude, location,

The food quality was disaster. One of the staff trying to become nice with me after he see me open the Google application to evaluate the restaurant. It's is very very expensive . The only good thing in this restaurant is the location.

DO NOT order milkshakes here. Extremely expensive (comparing with others drinks) and taste real bad. It tastes like it sounds: milk and shake.

DO NOT ATTEND THIS CAFE Horrific member of staff who pointed out tips weren’t included on the bill. Asked us how much we want to pay? I refuse to tip on an order of 2 cappuccinos. After telling him no- he got extremely rude and asked why we even came to his restaurant whilst shaking with anger. Tourist trap, only reason it’s still running is because of its location with people wandering off the street.

Extremely over priced. Staff were nice enough and the portion was generous but they charge €3.20 for a side of dip. A club sandwich cost €17. An “Americano” which was actually just drip coffee cost €4.10. Don't go here. Don’t allow them to rob you.

I was here a week ago. I will never come back here. The waiter was unfriendly for no reason and then asked for a tip of 20 kroner. Sad. Very bad store..

This bar is a complete catastrophy. The prices are higher than anywhere in Germany and in general anywhere I have ever traveled. That wouldn't be so horrible if the service and the offer (menu) was great. But light years from that! The waiter first came 10 min after we sat down, wasn't not even a bit interested in making us feel welcome although the bar was almost empty on Christmas day. I understand that it is awful to work on such a holiday as Christmas day, I know that from my own experience, but if you must work and minimum is all you can offer to your guests, than at least have some decency to be nice or quick in service. Their toilet is...disaster on highest level. For a bar that gives the impression of something fancy, with those prices and a fenomenal location (center of Prague), a man expects to get a high class service and offer. Long story short: too much fuss/money about nothing. When you can, avoid!

Avoid at all costs. Food was average and expensive. Rude customer service and the waiter kept trying to add a tip on when it should be a choice. He just stood there waiting for us to pay a tip. Even when we did leave a tip the waiter got all funny saying that it’s not enough. AVOID

Food is average at best and you will pay more than anywhere in Prague. Food took too long and the old man bringing it to your table is so rude. He must own the place as noone would keep him otherwise. Avoid

My husband and I visited Trinity 3 times during our stay in Prague. It was always busy. You were made to feel welcome, the service was impeccable and our food was lovely. I was asked if I wanted to add a tip but at no point did I feel pressured into leaving one. I would definitely recommend 😊

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! 0 stars. Extremely rude waiter who threatened us when demanding a tip. Overpriced and terrible atmosphere. The worst place with the worst service in prague.

Avoid! Scammers and rude. They overcharged us and when confronted became rude. There are certainly much better places in the city. Save yourself the headache.

Had the goulash which was very soupy instead of chunks, which I actually prefer! Warmed me up on a cold rainy day. The staff were fast and easy to get a hold of.

Do not go there if you’re an American or sound American, overpriced, but here’s the reason to not go… when the bill comes they make it overwhelmingly clear tip is not included and try saying it’s a norm here and then when my friend said no the waiter/Mgr became very rude threw his card down and stormed off, little did he know our friends spoke Czech and heard him literally gloat that he can get extra from the Americans… DO NOT GO HERE

!!! AVOID !!! The older waiter was so rude. We waited 30 mins before being acknowledged and a further 20 once we had eaten before getting the check. The waiter was incredibly rude and judgemental and near forced us to tip by standing and intimidating us. When we did tip, he got angry and told us the tip should be minimum 500 CZK. Extremely unprofessional and trying to take advantage of young tourists.

👍👍 The selection of unique flavors can tell from the start that you are in the right place. They choose an excellent name to describe their product. My large cup had a deep dark cherry chocolate, an apricot, and a lavender-blueberry scoop. The artisan ice-cream here is served by awesome staff that kind...
