It's the best hotel I've ever seen. The staff is amazing. The welcomed us like I've never been welcomed before. They made us feel very comfortable from the moment we stepped in. A parking space was ready for me, they invited us to have a seat and to drink something immediately. They told us very precious advices about Prague and about the best spots to see and best restaurants in the city. The room was perfect. The breakfast was amazing. It's litteraly the best hotel experience of my life. No hesitation guys.

If I begin writing of the kindness, service and many other things the staff provides, I will have to write an essay! Simply the best, starting with pick ups; drop offs, complimentary wine; beer (through out the day!!!) - UNLIMITED; water, tea, coffee, ice cream, snacks and much, much more. My wife asked for desert, they had it available in 2 minutes (complimentary). I was looking for cigar shop, they drove me to a cigar shop and then to the train station (again complimentary). I wanted a simple local restaurant, Frank, the manager, walked with me and got the table during rush hour. This is a little boutique gem hotel in the center of Prague. Very conveniently located among many eateries and other attractions. 10 minutes stroll to Charles Bridge. Besides other beautiful buildings and sites in the city of Prague, this place will satisfy your travel. When I plan to return, it will be only Agnes Hotel!!! Thank you for making it so satisfying and pleasant !!!

Just go!!!!! I agonized over picking a hotel before finally settling on this one. Let me assure you IT IS AMAZING. I have stayed in the ritz and other hotels all over the world and never have I gotten service like this. Constant offers of complimentary drinks, a gorgeous and quiet central area to drink them in with snacks, an amazing breakfast (from a foodie) with such variety and so many homemade pastries, great coffee, fabulous location, the list goes on. We went on an all day hiking tour before breakfast and they PACKED US SANDWICHES AND SNACKS AND WATER! We left early for the airport and they let us dine early. Literally nothing was too much. Book this place! And a special shout out to the woman who runs the hotel in the morning, she is so on the ball with everything, even making calls for us. Also all the staff seem to know what you are up to even if you’ve never met them before. Like, they are tracking each guest to make sure everyone is having the best time. 1000/10

From the moment we've set foot in the Residence Agnes hotel and until the time we, sadly, had to leave, every little thing was just AMAZING !! The staff was friendly and catered to our every need with a smile and merit. I have traveled a lot and yet to see such great service and dedication to ensure our trip and stay were perfect. The hotel's amenities are absolutely perfect and they offer free drinks in the lobby and there is always some snack on the tables. Everyone are friendly and speak very good English so it was easy to communicate and get all the information we wanted ! Thank you very much for a lovely stay ! We will be sure to come back again .

Anyone visiting Prague would be doing themselves a disservice by not staying Hotel Residence Agnes. This quaint boutique hotel is on a quiet street, but close to all the main attractions in Prague. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and the staff by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Simply top notch. From the moment we walked in the door Frank and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and our stay comfortable. Complimentary drinks were provided when we arrived, and are provided throughout the day. In addition, a map of the city highlighting key attractions, recommendations and reservations for dining along with having a driver available to us as needed. They really made our stay in Prague memorable. My next visit to Prague will include a stay at Hotel Residence Agnes.

Staying at the 'Hotel Residnece Agnes' was unforgettable memories of my whole travel life. I was curious and wondered about the place that they have more than 700 reviews average of 5 stars. I only needed 3 seconds to find out why and how they have perfect reviews. The impression as we entered the hotel was absolute comfort and warm greeting. Endless welcome drinks are offered everytime we were in and out for 3 nights. We are appreciate for every single staff at this hotel and they deserves more than 5 stars. Love you all. I would give this hotel a 6/5 if I could! Beyond comparable service and personalized attention to our needs made this stay feel very special. We were first timers in Prague from America and felt supported from the check-in, when they picked us up for free, to the personalized discussion of our travel itinerary when we entered the hotel. There was no cold "check-in" process - it was truly all about us and making us feel welcomed. Rooms were nice and quiet and beds were comfy. Free breakfast and water put it all over the top. What more can I say? Stay here, Americans.

Hands down, the greatest hotel experience of my life. Frank, Victoria, Paul and all others are the most amazing people. Took care of us with our sick daughter ensuring every support aspect required including calling in a doctor to avoid a long hospital ER wait for antibiotics. Walking tour recommendation with Alice was beyond all expectations for quality and intricate historical detail. In summary, it is a Four Seasons hotel experience; people who genuinely care. Full personalization. All food recommendations were perfect. Thank you from Canada! The Czech people are absolutely amazing.

This place is amazing. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one, by far, is the best. If we could give it 12 stars we would. You are waited on hand and foot from the minute you arrive. Free car service to different sites and the airport. breakfast is amazing. Free drinks in the lobby with the owner and staff all day and night. This will be the only place we will be stay when we come back.

It’s like staying at your best friend’s place. I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world but I’ve never experienced the level of service, kindness, and warmth that I experienced at Hotel Agnes. It is truly one of a kind. From being picked up from the train station free of charge upon our arrival, our time in Prague was made so special by the people who run this hotel. Upon arrival they greet you with complimentary drinks and provide information on all sorts of activities around Prague. So by the time we headed to our room we had tours and plans booked for our whole stay. Breakfast every morning (included obviously) was the perfect start to the day, with wide selections of homemade pastries (and all other classic breakfast fare), along with the friendly staff asking if we had any special food/drink requests. Coming home from a day out we’d be greeted by more complimentary drinks, snacks, and usually a local baked good in our room. I truly cannot express how incredible the people are here. They even offered to let us keep a power converter for the remainder of our trip through Europe when we asked to borrow one for our stay, and opened breakfast early when we had an early departing train (oh, and also drove us back to the station). The best hotels in the world should send their people here to learn what service truly means. I have never, and likely will never, experience such incredible hospitality again. I am blown away by this place. If you are going to Prague, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t stay here. Just book it. You won’t regret it!!

Truly the most wonderful hotel. Perfect location, incredible breakfast (with new homemade cakes and pastries every morning) and staff that could not do enough for you. From the warm welcome and advice on arrival to remembering our coffee order with breakfast each morning, we were so impressed with everything they did, everyone was so helpful and so kind. You don’t often see a level of service like this and we would recommend Hotel Agnes to anyone staying in Prague! And the cherry on top (not that it needs one!) is that there is a very cute little gingerbread shop right next door and we came back on the second day of our stay to find a gingerbread gift left in our room, from the hotel. The amazingly thoughtful little gestures at this hotel make it an extra special place to stay!

We HIGHLY recommend this hotel!! They go above and beyond. The staff are so welcoming and are eager to assist you with anything you need. Special treats, recommendations, reservations, and on & on. We have never had such fabulous customer service. We stayed here for a week. Coffee and fresh apple strudel on arrival while staff provided a city map with plenty of recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to enjoy. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, breakfast was a huge spread with yogurt, eggs, fruit, vegetables, pastries, coffee, juice, breads. The lobby is a lovely place to have a complimentary tea, glass of wine, coffee, etc. The staff here is tremendous. So helpful and kind. We will stay here again on our next trip to lovely Prague. Thank you so much!!

First off as an American service like this is unheard of. The owner and staff go above and beyond for all the guests. You feel like family as soon as you walk in. They offer you a beverage whenever and you can sit and relax in the lobby and enjoy your time. Breakfast is amazing. That's what a spread should look like. Housekeeping staff is wonderful, the rooms always look so well kept. Side note for us Americans: we're used to a softer mattress when we stay at American hotels it is a bit firm here but doable. The hotel is in perfect walking location to everything. We will definitely stay here for any future visits to Prague. Thank you guys for a wonderful week there!

Great hotel at walking distance of everything you want when staying in Prague! Been here 4 nights together with my wife and we enjoyed every minute of it. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast really good and the hotel itself is spotlessly clean! Location is great and if you come over by car there is a possibility to park. What really stand out was the staff, so friendly and helpful. They will help you out with whatever you need: concert tickets, dinner reservations, tips, transport...you name it! When you get back they'll ask if you want a drink which is great! All in all....this hotel is an absolute gem!!! Highly recommended 👌

Pretty amazing this is a 5-star with 600 reviews, but it is very well deserving. The service is at the very top of the shelf and they pay attention to every detail! We loved our stay and found the rooms to be very comfortable, breakfast to be full of amazing food and a beautiful area inside the hotel that fits the Prague mold perfectly!

I cannot begin to describe how much my husband and I adore this hotel! I agree with the other reviews that the service and hospitality is second to none. They thought of every single detail to make our vacation as wonderful and stress free as possible. To start, they arranged for a driver to pick us up from the train station. They also provide complimentary car rides to attractions and complimentary drinks and water in the lobby. They gave many wonderful suggestions for attractions, tours and restaurants as well as great suggestions for currency conversion. They provide in house laundry service. The breakfast buffet was very impressive with a wonderful variety of food and beverages. You'll definitely want to try an omelet! In summary, the service at this hotel is what all other hotels will be judged against in the future. We would definitely stay here in future visits to Prague!

The rooms are clean and comfortable in a beautiful historic setting. The service is fantastic! Breakfast is a beautiful buffet and they will make omelets for you or cook your eggs any way you want them. The staff is extremely helpful and treats you like a valued family friend. They will sit down with you and go over your map providing helpful suggestions for your day. Whenever you come back from somewhere, they offer you a beverage and invite you to sit and relax. This is not a night time party hotel. It’s a lovely, historical family owned hotel with excellent service! I would make it my first choice in Prague.

Can I give 10 stars? 😄 Because this Hotel absolutely deserves it. Let’s start with communication: Before even arriving in Prague we asked if we could reserve a car park which was handled quickly and friendly. The check-in procedure was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Even some of the upper class places we’ve stayed at (5-star $4000/night) can learn a thing or two from this check-in. From the welcome drink in the charming hotel lobby, to the individualised information and recommendations you get, to the fantastic staff – they know how to make you feel welcome. Probably the most notable part was the constant supply of free drinks. Whether on arrival, at 3AM after a night out, or when you just want to pop out to the car – you get asked if you want a drink at all times – and we LOVED it! Free wine, beer, water, fruits… even after checking out we were asked multiple times if we wanted to take anything with us. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The lobby atmosphere is very smart casual, and it’s very easy to find yourself in conversations with other guests. Overall the entire experience felt very exclusive. My partner and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. It’s very affordable for the service you get, and we will most definitely come back to stay here.

We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. Frank and his team made our stay in Prague the most memorable out of the four countries we visited. The hospitality of the hotel staff is incomparable. The breakfast is amazing, the best we had in Europe. Frank was there getting you coffee in the mornings and again in the evening for a night cap after a day of touring. The location is on a quiet street but very accessible to the sights. I would recommend anyone who has Prague on their itinerary to book a room at Residence Agnes as soon as possible!
