Super cool spot for a funnel cake and all can be made gluten free! They make them all freshly and you can watch them making all different types while you wait. I had the snickers one and it was really tasty. There was a bit too much ice cream but it was light and the salted caramel was well balanced. There was quite a queue but it moves quickly

I believe it's the finest chimney cake in town. This is my second visit to Prague, and I've enjoyed it twice. The combination of the bread and ice cream offers a distinctive flavor. We ordered for pistachio and chocolate flavor, both were equally delicious. The portion size is quite big for one person. The seating area inside is quite narrow , and it's consistently crowded. Payment can be made using both credit and Visa cards.

I had the Snickers Chimney cake and it was one of the best sweets that I’ve had in my life. The place is also very conveniently located next to Charles Bridge. If you’re in Prague, you really should visit this place.

If you're ever in Budapest or Prague, be sure to try the chimney cake - it's a must-try treat! Having sampled it in both cities, I can attest that it tastes different in each place, but both versions are delicious in their own way. One thing to keep in mind is that the chimney cake can be quite sweet, so I would recommend pairing it with a hot drink to balance out the flavors. If you're looking for a classic taste, go for the simple (original) version - it's just as satisfying without all the added sweetness. However, if you're in the mood for something more indulgent, the vendors often offer options to add ice cream or whipped cream to your chimney cake. This is a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth and add some extra flair to this already delightful treat. Overall, I highly recommend giving the chimney cake a try - it's a unique and delicious dessert that you won't want to miss

Good but honestly overpriced. The flavor and the quality were okay, however, we are talking about an 8€+ filled pastry and it is definitely a hype. The interesting thing is their variety for sure, and the convenience of their location. It’s nice to see them making the cakes and I guess a nice experience for kids to watch.

Variety is great but the chimney cake itself wasn't freshly made and hence quite dense for us. There is mostly a huge line at this place likely because of their varieties. The prices are all right. The gelato inside the chimney cake was very delicious. We tried the double pistachio and King- the pista didn't disappoint. Limited seating is available inside.

Guided by glowing reviews, I found my way to this chimney cake shop among the many in town, and it didn't disappoint. The variety is great, many options to choose from, and the ice cream is delightful. We haven’t tried elsewhere in Prague so it’s hard to say this is the best place. But overall, we were satisfied and came back here twice during our brief stay.

The staff is ok, the place looks clean, the desserts are cute, prices seem reasonable considering the location, the only downside is that the ice cream is barely edible, like really I've never eaten gelato with such a weird taste. I imagine that soylent green would taste like this. Probably not enough flavoring? So yeah, never again.

I had original one. The outside of trdelník was crunchy & sweet, and inside was soft. Next time, I will try trdelník with icecream. A little bit hard to finish the whole trdelník because of bee attack but enjoyed the attack. 🙂

Probably the best tasting chimney ice cream I’ve had. I got the king but substituted the vanilla for salted caramel which was delicious. I was disappointed that the gelato was only on top and the inside of the chimney was hollow. More expensive than competitors, but I’d say it’s worth it as long as they actually give you your gelato.

Best place for trdelnik in Prague. There are various of delicious tastes and even some interesting designs and flavours. The staff is really kind and helpful. There also offer a classical chimney which is always warm and soft. It is prepared in front of you. The caramel or white chocolate flavours are more than AMAZING!

Pretty cool, but a bit expensive. Decent and simple experience as my chimney cake was fresh out of the oven, meaning it was warm and crispy (unlike some others unfortunate experience). Still pricey however, €5+ for an ice cream; and it seems like this is common across many stalls.

One of the best sweet treat that I've been tasted. The ice cream is perfect, I asked for the mango with coconut and it tasted so mango, deliciooous. The dough was the best, I love doughs in general, but this one was soft, easy to eat and fantastic. Everyone should try this food here

I took the classic chimney cake. It was tasty! The staff were also nice and friendly and spoke good English. I have noticed they were helpful for some people in front of me who didn’t know what to get. It was quite fast.

Walking the streets of Prague you are bound to see trdelniks being made and eaten. They look fantastic and we were very excited to try them! We visited "Good Food, Coffee & Bakery", I chose to have Chimney Blizzard! Simple but great! It looked nicer than it tasted but I am so glad we tried them! If I visited again I would try a different flavour, it was nice to try some traditional food.

We stopped here on the way to the castle, as we wanted a place to sit down while enjoying chimney cakes, coffee, and tea for breakfast, and this place didn't disappoint! Although the prices were a bit steep (as with everything around the tourist area), the cake and coffee were very good quality and the service was friendly and efficient.

I wanted to try this specialty in Prague. I checked the reviews and saw this place. The line was alright not too crazy long. You were able to see the process of it being made that was lovely to watch. The only problem was that the ones you’re getting weren’t too fresh since they were pre-baking it. I chose the double chocolate including the toppings of strawberry and brownie. The taste was alright, it had a great full flavor ice cream. The price was just a bit expensive. Besides the price/quality ratio it was great!

We walked in on our way to the square and the smell of the fresh baked products brings you in. We sat inside as it was quiet at the beginning but suddenly after we ordered there was 10 people in😂. Staff are so friendly and kind. We had strudel horn americano and a iced coffee with vanilla gelato. Was so delicious we enjoyed 10/10

Great place along Karlova street (the main tourist path) which offers a wide selection of trdelník. It’s just a hundred meters from Charles Bridge so it’s easy to spot. The trdelník they serve is warm, crispy, and always freshly made. The service is efficient, especially given the huge number of people that frequent this place.

Taste great, but becomes tacky after sometimes. Tried second time with just Nutella and salty caramel topping. Enjoyed till the end but ended up having sticky hands and fingers. Something to try once in a long while ;)

  • 4/5 Claudia M. 2 years ago on Google
Good place to try Trdelník. You can find sweet and salty options and the size of the Trdelník is quite adequate.

Loved this place. Bring gluten free normally stops be eating these but this place does normal and gluten free. Tastes great, mines was the pistachio one in the pic. The only reason this place got 4 ⭐️ is because it’s cash only, so we tag to walk for a while to find a bank. Would recommend.

they smell so good I had to try one. However, I got a “gluten-free” and dairy free one. The filling ice cream was a strawberry sorbet. The ice cream was too sweet (which is not usual for sorbets). I honestly don’t think the cone was entirely gluten-free. I ate only half of it and I got sick. The price was too high around 7 euros after conversion. With that you can eat a lot of good food.

The quality is really good, I ordered the double pistachio and liked the ice cream taste and texture. It was kinda light which I liked a lot. It could have been awesome if the trdelnik was a bit warmer. But I definitely recommend it, I was very satisfied with the quality and the service.

Came with recommendations from friends and this is one of the best Chimney Cake we had. Crispy on the outside and tender in the inside, I chose the Pistachio one with melted chocolate and it was awesome. The cake itself is not too big compared to other places so I would say it’s one of the best in Prague!

I went to this place to eat authentic chimney cake but from what I saw, I can say it’s a tourist trap. They only accept cash, the chimney cakes are not freshly made. They give you a cold cake that lays there for whatever time. They don’t sell the original version, only versions with many different toppings. It could be good but it’s not authentic. The taste was okay, I didn’t like it because it was not served fresh and warm. There are no seating options.

I came here especially so I could have a chimney cake on my birthday. I chose the berries & cream, it was absolutely delicious! Layered with cream, warm berry compote and topped with more cream. Best birthday cake ever! My husband chose the Snickers cake, made with ice cream. He said it was a really good attempt at recreating the Snickers, and as I'm not a fan of peanuts didn't feel he needed to share. The staff were really friendly, helping someone in front of us choose as they were unsure what they wanted. Not overly expensive for the area it's in, I'd recommend a visit here.

A nice shop that lured us with the variety of tastes. I like that a lot, however you have to expect higher, ‘touristy’ prices, and the small space can get quite crowded quickly. I would appreciate the cake being warm (it wasn’t), but in general it was nice, very filling.

There are a lot of stores selling chimney cake. I visited here since it got a lot of reviews. The price might be overrated. The ice cream taste is so so. However I loved the chimney cake, it is kind of crunchy and sweet. But overall, I still enjoyed it. Their service is good.

I visited here as recommended by one of my friend. We ordered double pistachio and Snickers flavour. The double pistachio was delicious and next time i will have it again for sure. I like the home made pistachio icecream, it was so yummy with real flavour of pista. The Snickers flavour was also good. Would recommend everyone to visit here and try out your favourite flavour.

Craving for Chimney cakes? Good food coffee and bakery is the perfect place to go to. The location is very convenient just a few steps from the Charles bridge. The freshly made chimney cakes gives a lovely fragrance to the place. There are several variety of chimney cakes available here. I tried the double chocolate one. It was absolutely delicious. The cakes itself was very soft. I also tried the hot chocolate here. It was thick and very rich in chocolate. Must visit place if you are in Prague.

This is the best chimney cake dessert restaurant in town. It is bit on expensive side but worth it. We ordered original chimney cake and chimney cake with mango ice cream with strawberries. Original was hot and tasty. Ice cream was super soft and delicious. It is right Infront of Charles Bridge. Must visit place for sure.

Eating 4/5 as it was so BIG it was sickly! They do gluten free options which was amazing. They cook them fresh to order, go with an empty stomach and a sweet tooth!!

  • 4/5 Amira 1 year ago on Google
Awesome chimney cake texture but should be warmer. The icecream is really good with great texture. They have a variety of options, we tried the raspberry in original chimney cake & the double pistachio. Prices are way higher than other options but it’s worth a try. It’s too big, it would be nice if they provided a smaller size as well

  • 5/5 Emilia S. 1 year ago on Google
Perfectly sweet and delicious gluten-free chimney cake with soft serve and strawberries. I didn’t want to order any of the options on the menu, but it was absolutely no issue to make a customized version for me.

  • 5/5 Marina T. 1 year ago on Google
I really enjoyed the trdelnik here. I’d say it’s a very touristy spot, so l can’t really say if it’s THE best one in Prague. I ordered the Double Pistachio one and it was amazing. It’s kind of pricey, and probably there are cheaper places near the area. Either way, the dessert is going to be great.

  • 5/5 Gilles G. 1 year ago on Google
It is quite expensive. But to be honest it is worth the price. After you eat 1 chimney cake you will not be hungry until the rest of the day. Not only you have ice cream but also the chimney cake that is quite thick. At the end you have a surprise at the bottom or the chimney cake! I tried the double pistachio. No regret for a pistachio lover. My gf tried the king. It's good too.

  • 4/5 Tarquin S. 10 months ago on Google
The taste of the chimney cakes is decent, with less sugar compared to the average ones in Prague, which is my preference. The location is conveniently close to Charles' Bridge. The staff is relatively friendly. However, I find the place to be overpriced, especially when considering the prices in Prague. Paying 25€ for these three chimney cakes didn't seem justified as there was nothing particularly special about them.

  • 5/5 Lior B. 1 year ago on Google
The best chimney cake that we could personally find in Prague, and the only one we found where the original is covered with almonds/nuts as it should be! They also have a mini size which we couldn't find anywhere else and some interesting flavors like sour raspberry and black coconut. Don't take the Instagram invention and fill it with ice cream! The original hollow ones are the best. Recommended!

  • 5/5 Noémi I. 1 year ago on Google
A must try dessert when in Czechia. I got my chimney cake cone filled with peanut butter soft serve and some chocolate and caramel drizzle. A truly scrumptious treat! The chimney cake was surprisingly bland, wasn’t sweet at all, so it nicely complimented the sugary ice cream. The place has only a few spots inside to sit down so you might have to wait a bit to get a table, but the service was great overall.
