Horrible food and almost laughable cleaning service. As the cleaning lady clearly sees the table are dirty, she decides to sweep the floor. Simply laughable. The patty was way to large for the burger, as well as it was cold. One of my worst experiences..

Es ist eine Farce. 10 Kronen bezahlen und dann sehen die Toiletten aus wie ... Eine echte Sauerei!

The management of this branch of McDonald’s has a very poor management at night! They are more interested in their own services than the clients! We went there to have some Burger 🍔 the attitudes of the workers was completely out of place ! I told told them we are going to tell the world of their services! Please if any of are within Prague and you wish to eat some burgers it’s my advise to visit other branches most especially at night! 👎🏿 I wish to state that the management of this McDonald’s branch has improved in their services and I must commend the their present station, looking forward for more positive attitude 👍

The worst McDonalds I ever Bern at. Dirty, bad service,extra charge for ketchup and no cups for dip. :(

Pretty good. Their burgers are good, compared to Germany and the US. There is not a lot of seating inside, but tons in the back outside. Bring change or keep your receipt for the restroom.

The best Maccy D's I've ever been to. Set amongst some gorgeous Czech architecture. Its open 24 hours. The staff are friendly and seem unfazed by drunk tourists of an evening looking for food staggering back to their hotels.

If I remember correctly.. This is the place where we cross the lobby and go to the washroom and you have to show the bill for using that(that's common and fine).. But when I wanted to go to the second time, my sister said that they won't give the bill back so that you can go inside.. And hence we had to order something more so that I could get another bill to use at the washroom.. Otherwise its a usual McDonald's :)

Good, Clean and very fast service.

Kleiner Laden mitten in Prag, es ist ein altes Gebäude mit schöner Eingangstüre und Gewölbe. Könnte man gemütlicher gestalten, aber die Beleuchtung ist grausam. Das Essen war gut, McDonalds eben... Service Mitarbeiter sehr jung und wenig freundlich.

Also das mit den Toiletten außerhalb ist schon ein Witz. Man geht zuerst essen und eigentlich dann bei Bedarf erst auf die Toilette. Der Witz dabei ist, man muss 10 Kronen bezahlen pro Person natürlich, was ja nicht die Welt ist. Dafür bekommt man eine Quittung mit der Höhe des bezahltes Entgeltes an die Putzfrau, die man bei McDonald's wieder einlösen kann. Also ich gehe ja nicht zuerst auf die Toilette und dann erst essen . So kann man auch die Kasse aufbessern.
