Nice room in another building from the hotel. At first was I surprised over that we should sleep in other house than in the hotel but it was good. Our dog had become a bowl and a blanket at our room. Each day after the cleaning was there, did we get a small gift, one day chocolates, next day cookies, next day a small bottle of champagne. The restaurant had good service, nice waiter's and excellent food. I would recommend the hotel.

This boutique hotel was in an outstanding location right next to the Charles Bridge. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast every morning was delicious. As an added bonus, they had parking right in front of the hotel so very convenient. Will definitely stay here again soon.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe so far, hotel staff have all been so nice, everybody speaks English, and the service is incredible. The room is large and very clean and the hotel is in the perfect location, they also have an attached restaurant that was perfect. I would absolutely stay here next time I’m in Prague.

We cannot recommend this hotel and the staff enough. The trip was delayed by Covid for 2 years but they kept in contact and even gave us an upgrade for not cancelling. The rooms are lovely and spacious with all the amenities you need. The location is perfect, literally right at the end of the Charles Bridge. Prague is a beautiful city and well worth the visit. Book this hotel and you will not be disappointed!

Pod Vezi was absolutely wonderful. The staff were kind, helpful and made great recommendations for things to do. Our flight out was very early in the morning and the staff packed us a take away breakfast! The rooms were also great. Super clean and very spacious - especially for the incredible location. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant, which was a little pricey, but delicious.

Booked this hotel after reading the reviews, they all mentioned the great service and must say we weren't disappointed at all! From first arrival to checking out, service was incredible. The room was lovely (we were in the annexe), cleaned nicely and had everything we needed. Located right next to the Charles Bridge, nothing we wanted to see was very far away. Can't recommend highly enough and would come back in a heartbeat. Perfect.

Efficient and friendly from booking a cab from the airport for us, to check-in and departure, the reception team couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is spotless, housekeeping left small complimentary gifts in the room which was a lovely touch. Breakfast provided plenty of choice and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Small hotel with a lot of character and personal touches. The rooms aren’t the most luxurious but are spacious and sufficient and tended to with care. The chocolates and Prosecco left in the room as gifts is so nice. The location of the hotel is spectacular as is the restaurant on site. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace at the foot of the Charles Bridge, and they also give you free admission to the lookout tower. All in all we had a fantastic stay here and a very reasonable price and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Hotel Pod Vezi was recommended to me by a work colleague the moment I told her I would be visiting Prague. I am so happy that we took her recommendation as it was an incredible experience. Everything about the hotel was perfect. The location, the staff, the food and the little details really made for a wonderful first visit. The location is right off the Charles Bridge and we were worried it could be loud due to the proximity of the bridge but to our surprise it was so quiet and peaceful. It was so easy and quick a walk to get to Old Town and Prague Castle, we were about a 10 minutes from both. The staff were very knowledgable and recommended their favorites for local Czech cuisine and once visiting those places we understood and agreed! I will definitely be visiting Prague again, bringing family along and intend to stay at Hotel Pod Vezi again.

We spent 4 nights here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved the hotel! Very good service and helpful staff who also recommended sightseeing for us. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a fantastic selection of food and drinks from a fresh juice maker, a waffle maker to a glass of fizz with your breakfast. We loved the location of the hotel which was just off Charles bridge. We could easily go between the old town and the lesser town. We plan to come back to Prague sometime next year and will definitely book this hotel again!

This hotel has a fantastic rating. Our expectations were very high, but, in the end, things we just average. Nice room, good space, some amenities for our one year old, but nothing that raises the eyebrows. Breakfast was good, but again, nothing spectacular. Would come back, but definitely expected a WOW Factor that was never there.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in while traveling in Europe. What makes it so excellent is the impeccable service: attentive and warm hospitality at all hours, cleanliness, excellent breakfasts with fresh, well prepared and abundant selection, daily treats left in our room, and way above and beyond: I needed to print a document and the front desk allowed me to use their printer! And finally, we had a very early flight, and the front desk not only helped us arrange for a ride to the airport but packed breakfasts for us to take with us! Truly, the service at this hotel is unparalleled. Plus, it is centrally and picturesquely located right next to the Charles Bridge, the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, and the hotel restaurant serves wonderful dishes. Excellent stay, thank you so much to Pod Vezi for truly extraordinary service.

I stayed here for 4 days and the experience was incredible!! Any time I needed help from the staff they behaved as if what I had asked them was their top priority. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful in all ways. Our room was spacious, clean, and had an impressive view of the tower on the bridge. The room service was better than many of the nearby restaurants, easily 5 star quality food!! We even received a conplimentary bottle of champagne on our last night! When we return to Prague, we will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is great - short walk from the old town and right next to Charles Bridge. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing (lots of choice and very indulgent.. ) and finally the room was also very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful, well located, and very friendly hotel! We stayed here at the beginning and end of a two-week road trip around eastern Europe, and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Prague. Breakfast was delicious and the cappuccinos were a highlight every morning. The staff was super friendly and the car service to the airport made transferring really easy. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is right at the Charles Bridge western tower, which is central to everything and right below the Prague Castle! The added bonus is that it is on the quieter side of the river, with substantially less tourist chaos than the old town. I highly recommend a stay at Hotel Pod Vêzí for anyone visiting Prague.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pod Věži. The location was perfect walking distance to top sites but not too crowded either. We traveled with our 18 month old and they were extremely accommodating with a crib setup, designated trash for diapers, and even kid's shampoo and body wash. Every staff member was also very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend it enough.

Hotel Pod Vezi was the best. Check-in: the staff was helpful and made great recommendations for things to do. We stayed in the neighboring house, the rooms were perfect, everything you need and so rustic. Super clean and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious; every day was different; make your waffle and Prosecco !! The hotel is located a few steps away from Charles Bridge, oldtown, and Prague Castle, and all the sights are within walking distance (15 minutes) If we return to Prague, we will be staying here again.

Excellent 3 night stay at Pod Vezi. Friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to assist us for our first time in Prague. Location was perfect - right in front of St. Charles bridge, but not very loud (we stayed in main hotel, where there was a little bit of restaurant noise at night/morning). In addition to a great breakfast, there is also a restaurant and creperie owned by the hotel which you get 10% off as a hotel guest and were delicious. They’ll also give you a voucher to visit the St. Charles Bridge tower! Highly recommended and we will be back.

A wonderful boutique hotel, step's away from the Charles Bridge, lively nightlife outside your door. A little bit of noise from the street, but by 10pm that has almost dissipated. Little gifts left In the room each day are a pleasant surprise and the staff are super helpful, an absolute gem of a hotel in Prague.

Overall incredible hotel! The location is amazing. Right across the bridge and under an amazing tower. Room was big, very clean, and comfortable. Customer service from all the staff exceptional especially the Slovakian basketball player Ales who welcomed us the first night and was just beyond helpful. Breakfast was delicious and amenities were all very nice. Small treats were a wonderful added touch. Our only complaint was not having more time!

So many places we’d visited, ate, stayed on our trip and going thru pictures today and wanted to check on any reviews I’d missed for anything we felt are 5 stars. That being said, this hotel was great! The young man who checked us in at 10 or 11 PM turned out to be the owners son, and a family owned business. The next morning he was in the restaurant serving breakfast. The family that runs and owns this hotel are really great! Our room was amazing. Beautiful hotel, beautiful city, I love Prague so much and will go back every chance I might get, and would stay here again!!

Worst service in our whole trip. Waiters were super rude and borderline insulting. Asked for original coke (not zero) and they laughed and sarcastically said they didnt sell "fake" coke. Asked if they had instagram to maybe see pictures of food and waiter said: "Im waiter, why would I know?"... when we asked for the receipt because we didnt want to eat there anymore, two waiter said in english so we would understand : "waste of time" Wow... maybe we were unlucky, but Inwould strongly not recommend

I did just write a review on yelp but couldn’t let this amazing costumer service go unnoticed. Not only does this hotel have an amazing old timey feel but the reception desk staff I believe his name is spelled Jir or his nickname George. He is the best hotel staff I have ever come across! And that says a lot for someone who has been traveling for a long time! He went out of his way to help us park, told us about all the great places to go and how he could always help if we needed something. And in fact we did, we had lost our charger and called down to the front desk and he said no worries we have plenty! So there we got our charger, not only that but he is an amazing person always has a smile on his face and ready to help at a moments notice!!

My partner and I spend 4 nights at the hotel dependency. Our stay was great, the place is comfy and quiet. The restaurant and the creperie are absolutely delicious, you have to try it. We got a voucher for free entrance to the tower beside the hotel and some for the restaurant, the staff is super helpful and kind. And the best of all is the location, just beside the start of the Charle's bridge. I would suggest to check the airconditioner, we didnt use it because it was too noisy. We had an amazing stay and will be back.

Wonderful lunch!!! Never had a so delicious potatoe soup. Followed by a tasteful duck breast and a honey schnaps. Food could be hot, it was slightly warm. But the taste was awesome! Server was very friendly and everything very clean!

We highly recommend Hotel Pod Vezi. We stayed in the annex for 5 nights. It was the perfect place to stay in Prague. Staff were welcoming, professional and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. And even though located very close to the Mala Strana side of Charles Bridge - a location that made it easy to walk everywhere - it was quiet. Wifi was free and our room had a strong signal. Our rate included breakfast, which was offered buffet-style; everything was fresh and delicious. When in Prague, this is our 1st choice hotel.

Pod Vezi totally exceeded expectations in every way. I have stayed in Prague many times but this is by the far the best for price & location. The location couldn't be any better, right next to the Charles Bridge, the staff outstanding - so helpful, the breakfast was very good & it was just lovely to eat outside by the bridge. And, all the little extras were great, too! We are were in the midst of busy Prague but felt like we were in a quiet relaxing area at the same time. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay!!! It's one of the most charming boutique hotels I've seen. Clean rooms with thoughtful amenities and warm service - and the location in the middle of the old city is unbeatable. All in all a steal for the rates!

Very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The prices are reasonable but the service is amazing! The room was very clean and well looked after during our stay. We appreciated the little "presents" left on the table, one different every day. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and very accomodating, always willing to help. We appreciated the tips about the town (we saved a lot of money on visits thanks to them). The location is brilliant, we could do everything on foot. We haven't seen everything in Prague so we will come back and book the same hotel! We definitely recommend it, do not hesitate.

Front desk staff was incredibly helpful, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. They gave little gifts like champagne or a book of postcards when we got back at the end of each day. The food at the restaurant was amazing! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great communication. We had major airline issues and the Hotel was great at emailing us and helping us through that ordeal. They made arrangements for pickup at the airport, tour adjustments and really made the stay great. The room was amazing. king bed very large space. View of the Charles Bridge Entrance right outside our window. Nice soaking bath tub and robes to boot. The attached restaurant is great. The included breakfast was wonderful and diverse. Right on the doorstep of the Charles Bride is no joke. Perfect location. The roof top terrace is relaxing with a good view. We will definitely be coming back here for sure.
