Beds are comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. The reception staff were friendly. That's where the good things end. The location is ok, it's very central which is good but the hotel is located next to a church which has bells going off at night. There's no AC, there was 4 lights in the bedroom only 1 worked. Checkout is at 12pm however at 10am cleaning staff barged in without knocking and with a do not disturb sign on the door. There is no pressure on the shower leaving a bath that takes about 50 years to fill. Oh and there's no plugs by the bed at all, only in really awkward places extension lead behind the desk.

My mother stayed in this hotel. The location is good. Unfortunately it is not a 4 star hotel, it was... in the past most probably. The TV in the room was not working. We could see the hair color of the people that stayed there before by just looking at the carpet...But i guess for 1 or 2 nights max, it is ok.

This hotel was worse than disgusting, Bugs in the bed that bit me so many times they eventually moved me to another room. They then blamed me for bringing the bugs with me from London?? and then continued to have the worse customer service when i wanted a discount for all the inconvenience and pain their disgusting room caused. Don't ever stay here. Oh i forgot about the night staff (male) with his trousers undone while watching a film when i went to the front desk to complain about the creatures in my bed. I will let you decide what he was watching 🫣🤮

Avoid this hotel, worse hotel I've ever stayed in. No tea or coffee facilities, no plug for bath, no hot water in the shower. Couldn't close curtains as they were no curtain rail. Room was dirty, holes in curtains. Restaurant and bar was closed, only vending machine for eating or drinks. No iron or ironboard but states you can get these from reception. Booked for 7 nights but checked out after 1st night and had to pay another £700 for another hotel. I'm now fighting for a refund.

Stayed here close to christmas its whitin walking distance of the city, good price but a very basic hotel. No real services in the hotel just a coffee machine. Showers are in the bathtub not very easy to use if your mobility isnt great, no water pressure and the temperature was impossible to regulate. Still cheap hotel near the center and taxis are cheap so why not.

Lots of rust everywhere. Disgusting toilets, blood stains, a piece of poo sticking out from underneath. Cleanliness at the lowest level in the world. Shower is falling apart. Safe doesn't work, fridge doesn't refrigerate. I asked to fix or move a room and was ignored. If you want a room that is meant to sleep and you don't mind living in fear of getting something in the shower or toilets, this is the place for you. I DIDN'T UPLOAD MANY OTHER DISGUSTING PICTURES.

Forcing to fill in a unofficial paper (document )with sensitive data (passport, address, visa etc), no idea where this data gonna end. This hotel is not Czech border control.

Excellent location. Near to city center. I spend all my days by walk. Very kindly service. The hotel is pretty, but the room that I’ve booked was horrible: - there was mold on the ceiling; - the shower was not fixed; - the curtain still makes the room bright; - no light on the ceiling and on one side of the bed

This hotel is maximum a 2-3 star and not 4 star! Dirty walls, carpets, curtains in the room. Bathroom was clean, but old-fashioned. We travelled 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child), so I booked a suit instead of a room. When we arrived only 2 set of bedclothes were in the room for 3 people! The receptionist was totally unhelpful, she said they do not provide !!!extra!!! bedclothes. She said I did not pay for it because the reservation is for 2 adults and one child. So for this hotel children are not people! So we spent our first night with 2 bedclothes. Fortunately on the next morning I asked another receptionist who provided us the missing one.

Nice location. Luxury at the name...hmm...maybe you can already leave it...maybe it has been that in 80's. Churches with noisy bells next to it. Friendly staff.

A hotel with an amazing location, near a tram station, with a Lidle around the corner. The rooms itself were nice as well, but dusty and smelly at some locations in the room but those were like tiny bit of problems... maybe not even problems. It is for me a 9/10

Pleasant area, staff was polite. Pleasant location. Far enough from Old Town to be quiet. Windows opening was nice. Saddest shower head. Beds too soft. No AC means August isn't very nice. Breakfast was closed. :( There are other hotels nearby for similar prices with AC, nice shower and also breakfast. If course those next time.

False advertising. A number of items listed on their web site are not available at the hotel. A bit grubby and out dated. Location is good though.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Typically, I am not one to leave reviews for places unless there has been a significant wrong done. A friend and I were due to stay at this hotel at the start of June, but due to delays and problems at Birmingham Airport (I am sure most of you will have heard about this) we were unable to fly. I notified the hotel of this immediately and informed them we would arrive the following day and had arranged new flights from Manchester. This message was seemingly ignored through Booking.com as whilst waiting in Manchester airport I received two separate emails, one stating the hotel had informed booking we had not arrived, 20-30 minutes later a second email stating the hotel had cancelled our booking (you can imagine our frustration!). Despite repeat attempts at calling and emails to their support, there has been no response whatsoever (hence this review). They clearly have little regard for customer service and complete ignorance of the challenges facing travels in recent months. I cannot under recommend this hotel, avoid at all costs.

I express my gratitude to the staff of the hotel. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood is created. And I would also like to note the beautiful view of the church from the hotel. I have already been here twice, I hope to come again! Thank you all!

This was my worst hotel experience so far. We got false rooms (booked single room with two beds, received single room with double bed), the shower was faulty (Prepare to shower in conditions of either lowpressured Satans P!$$ or of a steady stream of the Arctic ocean) and the service was terrible (After our first night the toilet was clogged up, propably because the last guest put a sock in there, and the first question was "When are you leaving?", not referring to the daytime but when we will check-out). The cleaning staff are obviously paid per room, as ours was cleaned without approval. It culminated in the situation, that we were bothered 3(!!!) times in the same morning, by the cleaning staff AND the reception iF wE wAnT tO gEt OuR rOoMs ClEaNeD. The Cafe/Restaurant is apparently under construction and it was not even possible to get a simple coffee here. Is this a 4 star hotel? You will be the judge, but in my humble opinion, it barely deserves two. I would rather advise you to get a hostel instead, than to go there. The reason why I dont drop the 1 star Review here is because of the location. It is next to a tramstop, you have a lidl around the corner and you are fairly close to the center. 2/5 would not recommend.

The hotel is not too big, they have a friendly staff. Room was clean and the space is ok. The breakfast was ok as well. The location is good, about 15min to the old town and you can find a lot of restaurants and pubs around.

The check in was difficult. The lady with grey haire and blue eyes was very rude. But the location of the hotel is really good.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and enjoyed the central location which meant we were able to visit most of Pragues historic centre on foot. The hotel itself has seen better days and is average at best - certainly not a "luxury" family hotel. The rooms are hit and miss, furniture is broken, electricity outlets did not work, the shower hose was way too short with around 1.2 metres (best guess) and no way to hang it up, since the bracket was broken. The bathroom ceiling was dirty and wet. The car park which costs a whopping €20 a day (cannot be charged in CZK), is atrocious. Very narrow, steep up a ramp with some corners that made it impossible to navigate and meant we had to drive the last bit in reverse, since the corners were too tight to get around with a mid-sized car. How this hotel was granted 4 stars is beyond me.

Rooms need a definite refurbishment, carpets in dire need of a deep clean. Tops of mirrors, fixtures etc all were dusty but overall the place was not as bad as some reviews claim. No facilities beyond fridge, bed, toilet and showers, so quite basic. Overall I would not recommend and will not be back.

    - The location is a 15 mins walk to the Old Town Square. Tramstop (Bílá labuť) is a minute walk, nearest metro (Florenc) a 5 min walk. Everything is within a good distance and reachable walking or with public transport. - Quiet street. Not too noisy. - Enough (grocery) shops and places to eat around the area. There's a Lidl, Billa and Albert supermaket closeby. - There's an ATM at the entrance but don't use it. Avoid any Euronet ATM's btw (including the one in the hotel). There's a Raifeissen or Komercni Banka ATM a street further that doesn't charge you a withdrawal fee of 4 to 8 euros. - Of the 5 electrical sockets in the main room, 4 of them were not working or stopped working. It’s rather annoying when you want to charge several electronic devices at the same time. - Also no electrical sockets in the bedroom. - The hotel Wi-Fi was dropping off and on and rather impossible to connect to. We saved ourselves with our mobile data. - There was no main light in the bedroom nor in the sitting room. Just two bedlights, a lamp and a standing lamp we couldn't use because of the lack of working sockets. - Though we booked one room for 3 people (us including our 5-year-old son) there was a strange and unpleasant house policy of not providing pillows to children. We asked for an extra pillow but were refused. - No air-conditioning or fans to cool the rooms down in hot midsummer weather. - Fridge was half working. It wouldn't turn cold. No hotel minibar. - A watercooker in the room would have been nice to make a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. - Tiniest bin I've ever seen. Could hardly fit a plastic bottle. An extra (bigger) bag would be handy for larger waste. - Perhaps add a bath mat because it tends to be very slippery going in and out the bath. - No free breakfast

I've stayed in a large amount of hotels and this has to be probably one of the worst that I have ever stayed in, right from the off, our request for two single beds was not respected, and the receptionist did not care, had to ask to call someone else to sort it, they obliged and this person promised me that it would be sorted the next morning and to talk to reception at 9am, so I did this, but the girl at reception this time had no ideas what I was talking about and said they can't change because the previous girl didn't do the right thing, I had to argue, show the booking and the details and eventually they agreed to help, never the less it was 3pm before we were moved to a new room,.. as well as that, the rooms were dirty, showed them a picture of a stain on our mattress and brushed it off, they never refilled the soap despite us being their for a week, and didn't really "clean the rooms" only dropped in some clean towels, toilet paper and made the beds, would highly recommend finding alternative accommodation. Far from anything Luxurious or even respectful about this hotel.
