We were organising a business meeting for 24 people in the hotel and the quality of services was astonishing. The management was very helpful and proactive in response to our needs. So I can happily recommend the conference package they offer, the "performance to money" ratio is really worth it. Plus, of course, the site just 3 minute from Prague Castle and the hotel environment are great by themselves.

The only thing good about the hotel was the location which is just 9 mins walking from Charles bridge. Otherwise the rooms were small, the electricity kept failing, the breakfast was limited. Will not recommend

I was a guide for 24 people from Ireland and we stayed 3 nights at Golden Key Hotel. It was an absolutely amazing experience that we will all treasure for the rest of our days. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the place was just a few steps from the most magnificent views over Prague and the management was extraordinary, dealing with all sorts of chnages with amazing flexibility. Thank you Matúš.

Quiet and relaxing hotel, close from the old town. Special thanks to Michelle at reception, she was amazing, very kind and went above and beyond.

The staff that is serving you in Golden Key are students (some of them), paid 2€ (55czk) per hour.. that’s not even minimum in the Czech Republic. Just think about it and don’t be mad at them. Please.

Lovely little hotel in a great location, not far from Prague Castle or from Charles Bridge. Clean and luxurious rooms, though a lack of air conditioning if very noticeable (it was 25° - 30° when we visited) - though it is a very old building so I suppose this cannot be helped. My only other complaint would be that there wasn't many outlets in our room, other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Don’t get a room facing the street! It’s super noisy and stays that way late. This hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet and some decent room amenities. The staff don’t seem to interact much with the guests. There is a physical barrier that prevents it, but general hospitality is driven by ownership and general management. It’s lacking here.

The Golden Key has a spectacular staff to insure a pleasurable vacation in Prague. All the staff (with a special nod to Tomas at the front desk) went out of their way to be helpful; the breakfasts were superb, and the fresh cookies an extra treat. This little hotel on charming Nerudova is a delight!

Very dirty, dusty rooms. I had to live a week to get my US visa and the hotel was pre-paid by my company. Otherwise I would leave. The hotel looks old and not that beautiful. The personnel is very relaxed, even after a number of my requests the room stayed dirty overall. Facilities of the room are broken sometimes, bathroom was OK, but L'Occitane cosmetics is fake, only bottles. Though smelled good. Good: Water from the tank is drinkable Breakfast is giid, tasty, good selectikn, but all the same evety day Receptionists arekind and helpful Looks romantic Internet is good Bad: Dirt The hotel reception stops working at 8, nobody tells you about it and yiu stay at a hotel entrance without understanding how to get in (with you room key and the sensor is on a tight wall quite far from the entrance) Personel is vety relaxed, no effort for service, act only on direct request A lot of stairs up and down before you get into room with your baggage Coffe from the coffemachine appeared to be paid O_o, no boiler for tea There is bath robe, but no bath slippers and you cannot ask it Broken skaf Door key frequently stops working Summary: I do not know the price, if it us less then 30 usd, then fine to stay for a day or 2,not more

we took shelter at the entrance of the hotel because of heavy thunderstorm and rain. The receptionist was so kind to call us a taxi alltough we were not even customers at the hotel.

Hatten tolles Wetter.
