Great location right next to Wenceslas Square. Good breakfast, wonderful helpful staff, spacious clean rooms. Only minor complaint is that the shower was a bit hard to get in and out of but you soon work it out. Great place to stay particularly if it's your first time in Prague like us.

This hotel deserves 5 states from me, with no doubt. Everything was great during my days there. From the reception, going through the rooms, that are very clean, and doing a pit stop in the cafeteria for breakfast, everything was great! Looking forward for the next time there.

Perfect location in the center of Prague. Nice and friendly staff. Room is in an older style, but every thing is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

Best hotel i've stayed in. The rooms were nice & cozy, the staff was helpful & lovely, & the location is everything you'd want in Prague. The breakfast was so good as well.

i think the location was mainly the best part about the hotel. so central to the city center. the room itself was clean and decent. a couple of the staff seemed friendly at the front only. breakfast was ok. that’s about it for the good part. the bad parts…first off, i was put in probably one of the worst room locations in the whole building despite the place being not that busy. lowest floor and all the way in the back corner. then there was hammering noises next to my room the second day of my stay and onwards from morning until like 9pm. i asked the night reception about it and he completely brushed it off and lied, saying it’s the ÁC and that there’s no construction going on. and i told him that’s not AC noises it’s someone hammering nails or something. he said he would leave a note to management in the morning to look into the noise. funnily enough after i complained that noise stopped.. and mgmt never followed up with me about this issue whatsoever. i looked out my room and saw an empty room next to me too.. i get that construction happens but at least notify your guests who might be affected and not LIE or ignore it. second issue… on my second to last day in the morning before going out i put the card for my room to be made up. i came back home later in the afternoon and its still there and my room untouched. at this point i’m leaving tmrw morning so what am i going to do, it’s pointless to ask for cleaning on my last night. when i checked out in the morning i was asked if i had used the minibar and i said no, and the reception staff smirked and was like, no? really…? and i’m like, okay you can go check it yourself. he gave me a small smile in response.. now i’m just done with the service of this place. i don’t know if it’s bc i’m asian or bc i paid for the room with points to be treated this way. i’m glad that others didn’t get this kind of treatment bc i sure did. so just beware if you’re going to book here.

I truly enjoyed my stay, the bed was extremely comfy and the bed sheets were sleek and fresh, the room was with dark curtains and was spacious - this is very important for me. The only thing that bothered me a bit bothering me but was not as bad as I heard from the other room was when someone was having a TV on extremely loud. I appreciated the soft towels and shampoo conditioner for the hair and as a woman the intimate gel also other toiletry for use. I room I found tea free of charge or if I would like a small coffee machine with a good quality capsule of coffee for a small price. Regarding the personal was super sweet and nice, smiling always helpful. Breakfast was full of options. P.S: I loved the mirrored elevator and it was always cleaned and smelled so nice!! A very nice hotel definitely would recommend it.

It was nice having pleasant staff from start to finish in this mid-size hotel in Nove Mesto about 15 minute walk to the Old City Square. A block away from the underground. Located on a pedestrian zone street near historic Wenceslas Square. My second time in Prague and I liked this location instead of staying in the Old City, which can get noisy and crammed with tourists. This hotel was close enough but far enough, and has its own unique history with beautiful art deco buildings. I booked this hotel after a series of fiascos with Airbnb hosts, and was so happy I did. Very comfortable room. Even though it has a dated look, everything was in excellent condition and clean. I like how the bathroom and wardrobe closets is separated by a door which makes it feel like a suite. I only had a shower but from other photos a bathtub is available. The concierge told me they have plans to update. However, I hope they keep some of the old school features with the crown mouldings and plasterwork. Breakfast was included which is nice before jumping into the fray. The hot food was not too exciting but I liked the baked goods, yogurt, and beverage choices. I will probably stay here again if I return to Prague.

Stunning Hotel in the centre of Prague. Exceptional suite with so much space and storage. The bed was supercomfy. All staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. Welcomed the little courtyard on the 1st floor. Breakfast was pleasant with plenty of choice.

Good location and delicious breakfast. But the lady with golden hair in the front desk was impolite and rude.

A very nice small hotel in the very center of the city, next to the Mustek metro station. Spacious, very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is extremely friendly (eg Marjana from the reception, and others) and everyone tries to meet you and make your stay good.

We have stayed here numerous times. The staff is always friendly and you absolutely cannot beat the location. Parking can be found nearby on the street. The hotel registers a parking permit for you. Very clean rooms. Breakfast is served until 11 and offers a good selection.

Liberty is a top choice for a four-star hotel in Prague. The location is unbeatable, Michal and team provide efficient friendly service, the decor is clean and charming without being in the slightest bit kitschy. I've known this hotel for 15 years and it has always beaten my expectations across any category you can think of. But: they *desperately* need to buy a coffee machine that grounds fresh beans for guests to use at breakfast. Please please do this Michal!

Amazing hotel for 4 stars! The only cons: some receptionists are not very fluent in English and if you are in a room facing street - you will be listening to music and drunk singing from the bar downstairs all night long. (In summer)

We didn’t love the experience at the hotel. Had a lot of small issues that could have easily been avoided. But the biggest problem was how impolite the staff was across our stay. My partner was really sick and had terrible stomach cramps all night. We asked if they could give us some bread and the reply was that they would only open breakfast at 7am. We also had issues with cleanliness of the cups left in the room. After requesting new cups, a member staff inspected them in the room in front of us (how rude) and then the tram insinuated we had actually used them and that the cleaning lady didn’t clean us per our request. A lie. We hadn’t used them even once. Breakfast is not great. All around, not a great experience. Avoid if you can.

Very good hotel and very nice staff, they checked me in as soon as the room was cleaned and ready and the was b4 the designated time. The hotel in the city centre about 7-10 min walk from the main square, located on a street without traffic so you will walk fro the taxi to the hotel in less than 1min. Breakfast is 630-1030 give you the opportunity to eat even if you want to sleep longer! Highly recommended for people who value peace and quite place to stay!

I stayed 3 night. Actually I was quite disappointed on first night because I was hearing too much noise of drunken people at dawn. So, I waked up too frequently when I sleep. I requested to change the room to quiet room and staff of this hotel did it right away without any hesitation. New room was little bit smaller than previous room but it was really quiet and really sweet. I was really touched with fast and generous service of this hotel. Now, I know why this hotel has good rate from people :)

As first-time tourists in Prague, the location was perfectly central to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly and helpful. The room was clean, big, and at an excellent standard. The bed was soft and comfortable! Our room was not facing the street and there was absolutely no noise, and we couldn't hear our neighbors. Some of the rooms in the front of the hotel have balconies. The breakfast food was ok, nothing exceptional, perfect for a coffee and a quick start to your day. Really recommend

Excellent 4-star hotel, the breakfast menu is not very varied, but the quality of the food is good. The rooms are spacious. The shower stall is tiny, though, and it can make taking a shower somewhat difficult. Lovely terrace.

Had a short stay at Hotel Liberty and all I can say is that the experience was great! The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is amazing (I had some additional requests and they had no problem at all). Very happy and will be back

The location is amazing, right on top of Mustek Metro station, Narodni trida is around the corner, Old city centre is a small walk away. The breakfast on the other hand is horrible - pleasantly cooked but so repetitive... We had eggs sunny side up, bacon and baked beans for a whole week. The same vegetables and fruits, no variations, no nothing.
