i
think
the
location
was
mainly
the
best
part
about
the
hotel.
so
central
to
the
city
center.
the
room
itself
was
clean
and
decent.
a
couple
of
the
staff
seemed
friendly
at
the
front
only.
breakfast
was
ok.
that’s
about
it
for
the
good
part.
the
bad
parts…first
off,
i
was
put
in
probably
one
of
the
worst
room
locations
in
the
whole
building
despite
the
place
being
not
that
busy.
lowest
floor
and
all
the
way
in
the
back
corner.
then
there
was
hammering
noises
next
to
my
room
the
second
day
of
my
stay
and
onwards
from
morning
until
like
9pm.
i
asked
the
night
reception
about
it
and
he
completely
brushed
it
off
and
lied,
saying
it’s
the
ÁC
and
that
there’s
no
construction
going
on.
and
i
told
him
that’s
not
AC
noises
it’s
someone
hammering
nails
or
something.
he
said
he
would
leave
a
note
to
management
in
the
morning
to
look
into
the
noise.
funnily
enough
after
i
complained
that
noise
stopped..
and
mgmt
never
followed
up
with
me
about
this
issue
whatsoever.
i
looked
out
my
room
and
saw
an
empty
room
next
to
me
too..
i
get
that
construction
happens
but
at
least
notify
your
guests
who
might
be
affected
and
not
LIE
or
ignore
it.
second
issue…
on
my
second
to
last
day
in
the
morning
before
going
out
i
put
the
card
for
my
room
to
be
made
up.
i
came
back
home
later
in
the
afternoon
and
its
still
there
and
my
room
untouched.
at
this
point
i’m
leaving
tmrw
morning
so
what
am
i
going
to
do,
it’s
pointless
to
ask
for
cleaning
on
my
last
night.
when
i
checked
out
in
the
morning
i
was
asked
if
i
had
used
the
minibar
and
i
said
no,
and
the
reception
staff
smirked
and
was
like,
no?
really…?
and
i’m
like,
okay
you
can
go
check
it
yourself.
he
gave
me
a
small
smile
in
response..
now
i’m
just
done
with
the
service
of
this
place.
i
don’t
know
if
it’s
bc
i’m
asian
or
bc
i
paid
for
the
room
with
points
to
be
treated
this
way.
i’m
glad
that
others
didn’t
get
this
kind
of
treatment
bc
i
sure
did.
so
just
beware
if
you’re
going
to
book
here.
