I found the staff super helpful and really great people. The Hotel facilities are really good and the chef is an amazing cook. One small downside is the stairs from the street level to reception. If you are like me and have a buggy for your child it's not the best having to carry it up and down every time. Management.... get a lift there so it's more young family friendly. Loved my stay there overall.

I didn’t stay in the hotel on the recommendation from a tour guide I want to have the breakfast I’m not kosher, but I tried it. It is the most overpriced €35 something you can get for maximum of €10 anywhere else in Prague!

Horrible experience. Basement rooms? Really? Windows are not soundproof, rooms are full with unnecessary papers with instructions and information in Hebrew. For me this Hotel is not even close to be classified as a 5 stars hotel! Maybe 2.. Breakfast quality 0! It tasted so bad, as if it has been served for days. And the least thing a receptionist can do, is smile in your face, this, of course, was not the case. Never felt so not welcomed at a hotel.

I didn’t stay at the hotel; I just went to hotel’s restaurant. Dinner was buffet, which I personally prefer. The ambiance was nice. The food (three course dinner) was well presented and appetizing. It was just great to have another Kosher option while in Prague. Additionally, while at the restaurant you have access the the hotel’s beautiful synagogue, which is extremely helpful if you’re observant Jewish and prefer to pray thrice daily with a quorum (minyan), which they have three times a day.

We had a relatively great experience with this hotel. The staff was mostly really friendly and helpful with us and the other guests. We found out it was a kosher hotel when we arrived but that was totally our fault. However, it doesn't feel like it deserves 5 stars in my opinion. The room we had was semi-basement and it wasn't too big. Some stuff in the bathroom was also broken. The breakfast was really poor in my opinion and it's really not worth it since most of the food is not even fresh. On the more positive side, it has an incredible location close to the 2 train stations, the old town and 2 metro stations.

Fantastic service from booking to departure. Our flight was delayed (as usual) meaning the hotel restaurants would be closed on arriveal. One quick phonecall and a meal (3 courses, generous and so tasty!!) was waiting for us at the reception. Staff are polite, friendly and always happy to help. Can't recommend enough! Oh, and the breakfast will keep you feeling full all day!!

The location is good. Rooms are good. Food is alright. The ability to have a Mikvah and Shul is excellent. The service could be a little better. If you are looking for a “Jewish all inclusive” type of experience this is for you

Stayed here last week for a quick getaway to Prague for 3 days. The Hotel was not hard to find as it was just close to the train station. It was also close to other tourist spots, about 15 minutes to Old Town Square and 15 minutes to Wenceslas Square. The staff are nice enough. The hotel itself seems to have seen better days. the carpet is not clean, the hallway is a bit dark. When we got in our room, the heating was on and the temperature aas set to 27 degrees so it was really roasting. We had to call an attendant who called a technician to get it fixed. The bed was a combination of two beds made into one which, was a bit uncomfortable when you roll in the middle of it. The toilet doesn’t have any exhaust fan. We did not get to use the facilities like the spa but the pictures online. Overall, it was a nice stay. It could have been better.

I paid visit for 2 nights for a business trip to Prague. Hotel has great location; 5 mins walk to Railway station through park ✅; 5 mins as well to great Czech restaurants nearby ✅. Staying was okay ✅; room with window to street had a little noise from outside; but it’s not a cardinal issue; bed and my sleeping was comfortable ✅; room was prepared on time and extremely clean ✅. I enjoyed kosher breakfast and superior swimming pool with sauna ✅. I recommend.

We took the whole family (4 rooms) to this hotel and the experience was wonderful. Big rooms, looks fantastic, really comfy beds. Everything is kosher and they think of all the tiny details that religuis jew need, even in Shabbat. Thank you for such a joyful time, hope to be back

The perfect solution for the religious traveler. Delicious and varied kosher meals, prayers in a minyan inside a magnificent synagogue, good location, excellent service from the staff. highly recommend!

Not so good experience of rooms. They have rooms in basement. Don’t go for couple bookings. They don’t have king size beds. They made one from two small beds. Spa is good, but small and they have different timing for women and men. Location is very good, just 5mins walk from train station. Tram is just outside the hotel. The famous Old Town Square is just 10mins walk away.

Honestly the hotel was beautiful.i should mention that I wasn’t an over night guest there, so I don’t want to write about the rooms, but I used the spa and wellness area which was kinda unique.it had cozy large enough bed with stylish thread string curtain in front of the pool for laying down.the only negative point for me was that the indoor swimming pool was very small which could be a little bigger. Ps: for not over night staying guests using spa and wellness costs 15€ /person.

The hotel is beautiful with accommodating staff. If you don’t want Kosher breakfast, they will give you a voucher for King Court breakfast.

Very clean hotel, very spacious room, courtesy and order are the fundamental elements. It's located near the railway station and it's located in the city center. The breakfast is plentiful, the cuisine is both international and kosher. There is also the SPA to try especially to relax after visiting the wonders of the city.

The hotel was amazing the rooms fantastic the reason i gave 4 stars is sadly because the food was not up to expectations the fact that it is kosher doesnt mean the food needs to be not tasty gluten free options very few as well

Great time here. Really liked my courtyard room and the location was pretty good for the price. I want able to use the spa, my fault, and did extend my stay because I was happy with the setting.

Batroom heater not working because of maintenance, so bathroom is chilly. Clima control can't be turned off so the room temperature was too cold. Room is large enough to be spacious and it have ironing equipment. Very nice bathroom with modern large shower cabinet. Coffee maker plus hot water maker, both good quality.

Air conditioner in the room wasn't great. Staff is mostly helpful. The food ranges from subpar to ok. They charge 7 euro for a sandwich (which was average at best) for trips , and charge extra for a fruit. Total rip off.

Excellent hotel in 15min walking of the Old Town Square. There is a lot under construction around the hotel but the building itself is a gem and the staff, excellent. The rooms are huge, the beds grand, the bathroom is a dream and, they use products from l'Occitane. Breakfast is widely varied and there is a wellness centre. Highly recommended!

I booked a weekend break in this hotel. After my booking they very kindly contacted me with information about the special nature of the hotel. They were very civilised and helpful. Although we opted to change our reservation to an other hotel, but we felt it was extremely kind of them to provide advance information to us and help us make a more convenient decision. Thank you so much

If I could, I would give 4,5 stars for my rating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is worth 5*, it was perfect. The rooms are comfortable and with bath. The location is also good, it is only 10-15 minutes walk from the Old town square. The only thing I didn't like, was the massage. We tried out different type of massages and we think the girl who did it, didn't follow the instructions well and missed some parts. Although we spent a good weekend here.
