The worst hotel experience ever! We tried to make the check-in but the woman in the reception didn’t speak English. When I told her I didn’t understand her language she became VERY AGGRESSIVE SHOUTING, making signs pointing to a peace of paper what I could conclude that we should have to come back more than one hour later when someone who speaks English would be there. Even with this unpleasant lady yelling in her language and making language signs we tried to continue the check-in but when we gave our credit card for payment she refused because they ONLY ACCEPT CASH!!! How is it possible that in 2021/22 a HOTEL in a extremely tourist city as Prague only accept cash and the staff don’t speak English??? After a walk to the closest atm and back with cash and waited for the English speaking person. The young man showed up and started to act as translator between us and the unpleasant lady and we could finally finish the check in. Luckily I was there for just one night but It was without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received at a hotel. I was never treated in such DISRESPECTFUL way in a hotel in my life. To wrap this up, the squeaky bed, the broken shower holder, the lack of shampoo, and not even a glass to drink from made the experience even worse. The hotel is very old and simple but it would be OK if they treat customer respectfully and they have a low price. We paid 154 euros for one night!!! I still can’t believe that this whole thing happened!

It's just for spend the night in there, nothing else. The room for 1 person with bathroom is small and the bed is small. Reception is as expected. Breakfast is not that rich, no fruits or vegetables

Do not book over Booking.com. As other people already said in their reviews the Hotel did not have a reservation, despite the fact that Booking.com had received the payment and send us a booking confirmation. The receptionist speaks very poor English and doesn't even understand some questions. He also told us that there is no manager who we could speak to. Because the Hotel was booked full we were not able to stay there. We just used the toilet next to the reception which was very dirty and had a very strong urine smell.

HEALTH RISK! Update: After stay in hotel, I have skin fungal Infection, confirmed by my doctor. Please see photo of bed! Bed - disgusting 100 years old, holding together with 3 covers. See photos Shower - horrible to use, no holder, standing in water as waste is not going enough fast. Sink - stink, no cover. Don't drop anything! Smell of s**t when you brush the teeth. Yummy Toilet - seat burned from chemicals Window - no blinds or drapes, no privacy TV - (never seen that small) joke 3 chanel's two music, one religion Kettle - no plug, use only on floor, no cups or glasses Fridge- leaking Breakfast - poor, only instant coffee, no juice, no fruit, only ham and cucumber. Stupid seating. I didn't go on the second day. Over all this is a parody on the hotel, good for photos but terrible to use. No interest in guests or providing solid service and accommodation. The condition of mattresses is something that I can't understand, really disgusting.

Lousy Hotel, when we arrived we were told that our room was no longer available, ok, we were assigned another, which completely lacked hygiene since the sheets and so on made no welts, no air conditioning, smells musty. To conclude I do not recommend it at all.

I just came back from Prague and now writing this review! Truly speaking i expected more for the price. It was just ok. We were group of 7 and took 3 rooms. Rooms were fine. Some had kettle, others had glasses. Washrooms can say were clean but too small. Just hand shower in our washroom was working, the shower nob was broken, hence could only use hand shower. Kettle was too dirty. Breakfast was just ok. I have been to Prague before, but this was a comparatively uncomfortable stay. The wifi was not working. Lastly, for the first time any European hotel asked for money to keep the luggage in luggage room @12€ per bag. Also, asked for deposit for the stay even when we had already fully paid our booking in advance. Later after questioning, they did not take advance and said to keep the rooms clean without any damage. I would surely not prefer this place for my next stay.

Booked the hotel in advance through booking.com. On the day of the reservation i went to the hotel and they told me they have no rooms available because they made a mistake in the booking system. They also said that as an apology they will not charge me for the room which i didn’t even used. Left completely on my own to find a different accommodation. Totally do not recommend.

This is a smaller hotel, the rooms are smaller. But everything was clean and the staff was very nice. Breakfast is included in price.

In a quiet area of Vrsovice, however if you leave the windows open to the side street it can noisy with cars due to cobbled road. Rooms basic but OK. Decent choice at breakfast. Friendly staff at reception. Tram to city just 5 mins walk away. Bars, restaurants & shops close by.

Too expensive hotel for those standarts. I can start from positives, because there less than negatives. At night there is no noice from cars. Localisation is great if You want calm and silence. It's not the closest one to city centre, but not problematic to get there by walk or any other transport. Unfortunatelly rooms are super small for 4 people. We got bed with broken leg and had to fix this temporary by using our belt... Funny small "monitor" which works like tv. There is no air circulation in toilet, shower looks like it was built in early 80's, anyway bathroom looks the same. Old windows which can be problematic in winter. Bunk bed would be ok, but not for that price... Every furnite looks like it was found on old Grandpa's basement from 80-90's, anyway quality is at the lowest level. They even dont provide any glasses, but its has kettle... There is small fridge which doesn't works. One small lamp which has broken switch and can be dangerous. Breakfast was totally without any bigger choice, only toast bread, some hams, cheese, no wegetables, pancake batter, one strange jam, natural yogurt, cold scrambled eggs. They even didnt give any water, only super sweet drinks. At least we had tea and cofee... All for one night cost 2400 czk! There are a lot better hotels. I do not know why it even is called hotel and has 3 stars (why XD), because it is closer to hostel.

Quite small and dirty for the price. They don’t accept card payments so it has to be in Cash. I had to take local currency out since I didn’t have enough euros with me. Breakfast not worth it. Not much options for vegetarians

The place is a disgrace. Avoid at all costs. Rooms aren't clean, breakfast is gone off food and staff pretend they don't understand if you try to speak to them.

Dismal. The room was missing its fridge, its hairdryer, its iron, the shelf in the bathroom was smashed, the 'wardrobe' was a cupboard so I had nowhere to hang my clothes. The bed linen was ripped and stained, and the pillow could really only be described as a bundle of rags. There was a kettle, but no cup or spoon. I asked in reception and the lady manager just shouted at me for no reason, she said this is how it is. I was really nice about it and she exploded from nowhere !!! They kept promising that they would sort me a fridge but they didn't. The breakfast is dismal, truly dismal. On the upside the location is good but you have to walk up and down a steep hill to go there. Tram stop (Ruska) 5 minutes walk away.

Now that I read all the comments that I didn’t checked before, I consider myself lucky. It’s a basic hotel, my room was clean but small and old. Hot water and clean sheets. I wouldn’t say the staff is friendly, but they are ok. At my arrival I was surprised I had to pay by cash… I didn’t had all the money, but I paid some of it, they let me check in and I gave the rest another day. The breakfast had a lot of stuff but no decent coffe, no plain water, or enough space for all the guests so we had to eat in turns. The locations feels a bit unsafe but it’s easy to reach by public transport. Next time I visit Prague I will pay more for a better hotel for sure.

The room we rented was extremely dirty and after inspecting it closely, we became very concerned and chose to leave in the middle of the night for a different hotel. This place has potential to be great but it needs to be inspected and cleaned. I wouldn't go back to that room again until I saw proof of cleaning and inspection; that is why I am leaving one star. I cannot speak for all of the rooms. There isn't 24 hour front desk service, but the staff at this hotel was wonderful, very polite, and very helpful. They were very understanding the next day when we told them we left in the middle of the night. The location is great.

I arrived at the hotel at 11pm to ask if they had any rooms available. There was no-one at the reception desk, & no-one came even when I shouted "dobrý den" around the corner. A lady who was on the phone told me she would be "one second", but then came a second lady, who couldn't speak any English. After a few minutes, she told me, in Russian, that the hotel had closed ("hotél zakrýt") & that I should leave the building.

DONT GO THIS HOTEL!!! We went there in this easter holiday. We booked and PAID our room in advance. When we reached the hotel, they said they don't have room for us. They were rude. The receptionist didn't do anything, the hotel owner starts to speak in russian Language with us (I didn't understand of course but my friend knows russian.) This owner lady started to shout at us in russian, my friend and this lady were arguing. She said to us "ıf you want to you can cry all night but there is no room for you." She was trying to defend herself bu saying we send you a text message about cancellation. We asked them to show the message but they didn't because of course there is no message. We contacted with booking they find us another hotel and they erased this hotel's page on booking. IF YOU WANT TO A DECENT PLACE TO STAY DO NOT GO THİS RİDİCULUS HOTEL.

The Good: - Location. It's quiet outside. Tram stops, parks, restaurants are nearby. No parking though. The Bad: - Food selection is very basic, but we did not starve. - The owner is Russion, so half of staff only speaks Russian. The Ugly: - Cash only. They say they accept cards but in real life they don't. - Dirty dishes. Yes, they don't even have a dishwashing machine.

I rarely give opinions, much less negative ones, but I can't keep silent about it. The hotel DOES NOT meet the requirements of being a 3 star hotel in the slightest. Stuffy rooms despite open windows, lack of any ventilation, I was laughed at when asked about a fan in the room. Outside the window, constant screams until late at night. The hair dryer and fridge in the room didn't work, the room wasn't too clean either, for our own safety we preferred to take a shower in flip-flops. Breakfasts made on a whim, dry bread, several types of dubious quality cold meats, instant coffee, the cheapest it could possibly be. It's just not even 1 star here.

In my opinion the other reviews are way to harsh. If you look at the hotel and the price it does deliver what it promises. The hotel its very outdated indeed, the stuff insides are not well maintained and old but it serves the purpose. It is visible that the room I ha No bed bugs either. has been cleaned and bedsheets were washed and not smelly. There is no towel in the bathroom. The bathroom is also not well maintained but clean in overall. Hotel is good for one or two night stay if you are not about to spend too much time in it anyway. The breakfast is rather average. Don´t expect luxurious experience with this hotel but it will do the job!
