Excellent breakfast. Very good bed. Room was very noisy but I think it was a particular position of our room since it had window towards busy street. Maybe it would be good idea to ask for garden window during summer. Clean and tidy. Overall very good value for money.

I was dissapointed because the room was so old and cold, and the shower water is sometimes cold sometimes hot . I forget the shampoo the hair conditioner after few hours i came back and they throw anything away. If you gonna book here consider about it around this area are alot better choices .

Very good location, we were able to reach the whole city center within minutes of walking, red line of the metro is nearby too. Staff was polite and helpful, we enjoyed breakfast and also a stay in the common room. The room with personal bathroom was clean and cozy. The only thing we minded was the common boiler, so it was sometimes rather funny to have a shower. Also the inability to change the room temperature could be inconvenient during hot summer days. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and the hotel contributed a considerable part to that.

Hotel staff were very friendly. The location was perfect as it was about 15 to 20 minutes from everything we wanted to see. It's close to the city centre and so many shops and cafes on the way. Its not in a very busy area so you don't get much noise and it's in a clean and safe area. Parking is a bit tricky as the hotel pays for it but you need to park the car yourself in a designated area nearby which my already be packed so better get there early to figure it out.

We arrived for a 4-night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Lovely welcoming receptionist, amazing hotel decoration. Great size of the room, spotless clean and crispy bed sheets. Very comfortable bed. Big thanks to housekeeping for their hard work. Delicious authentic breakfast with a great choice of savoury and sweet foods. The hotel is in a very good location, near to the main attractions, squares, shops and restaurants. Absolutely love it.

A lovely hotel! Very underrated, clean and spacious rooms. Excellent staff and we enjoyed our stay of 3 nights there. The location was also not far from the locations. It's a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station that takes you to the city center in about 20 mins. Highly recommended!

THEY CHEAT FOR MONEY ! Be careful! When I got into room it felt disgusting, there were stains on the bed🤢 especially I want to stress on staff , their names are zhamila, Eliza, they smile and at the same time cheat for your money😅 and administration doesn’t work ! It’s not 4 stars , it’s 1 maximum! i would never recommend this hotel!!

This is a lovely hotel in a good location however it did have a few drawbacks, rooms were small but comfortable and bathroom tiny. Breakfast was well organised but no toaster and the coffee machine is designed for really small cups so if you want a large coffee then be prepared to wait. Food was OK. Overall I would recommend but some things just didn't suit me.

Great location , not to far from downtown Prague. Easy access to town with the tram or subway. Super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast at a reasonable price. Only complaint was that the towel dryer made the room almost unbearably warm, and that it was very difficult to get a constant water temperature in the shower, but other than that I highly recommend this establishment.

It's an old, beautiful building with super-spacious room and bathroom. The service was also great with a 24 x 7 reception. The breakfast offered was a wide spread feast at a very nominal price. Highly recommended. The hotel is 5 min walk from public transport which has direct connection to the old town and you'll be there in less than 15 min. The shower area in the bathroom was however very small, and it would be perfect if it were a little more bigger.

I couldn't be happier - I slept like a babe the whole three nights. I'm a light sleeper, but here I didn't use my earplugs even once. We stayed on floor #3 (yard view). The room itself was renovated and very clean. A receptionist who was working on the 3rd and 6th of September was amazing - very helpful and kind.

Not a 4-star hotel I expected. We ran into several problems in the beginning such as finding pair of socks in the room, getting a note that we consumed 2 bottles of wine when we didn't and generally cleanliness issues. However, the receptionists were nice. The location is good also, very near bus stop and metro. The room temp can't be controlled tho but it was kind of okay during our stay.

Avoid this "so-called" 4-star hotel, have you been to a 4-star hotel without AC? Maybe you have, but I haven't. Yes the AC is broken and you can't even open the windows because it located right next to the big road.(It would be too noisy for opening windows). And the hotel is really old.

Pretty basic hotel. Rooms are old, bathrooms not great and the Aircon did not work and it was around 30 degrees in the room. Staff were very nice and helpful.

I loved this hotel. It is a small elegant hotel, but our room was exceptionally spacious. It was traditionally furnished but very well appointed.A decanter of mineral water is replenished daily. I note that at some point their iron was not working, but our ironing experience went without a hitch. The bathroom included a bath, which I really enjoyed. It is perfectly situated- close to but not right inside the area of extreme hustle and bustle. Prague is an exquisite city but it is not a secret! Tourists abound so being in this quiet area was lovely. The reception area is as photographed, and the lounge is very appealing to relax in .I like the furnishing style and art works and it is completely in keeping with the whole style of the hotel. Breakfast is served from 7-11 which is a generous time frame and added to our sense of relaxation. It is beautifully prepared and offers everything one could hope for in a Czech city. But the piece the resistance is the reception/concierge staff. They are a font of knowledge, and just lovely people to work with. They made bookings for us and answered a million questions with enthusiasm. There is also a relationship between this hotel and others in their chain, and we were offered a 'welcome' drink on the terrace of their sister hotel. We took up the offer and found to our surprise that the terrace bar ( quiet and fairly intimate) has THE most spectacular views of Prague.. the complimentary glass of prosecco seemed like true largesse! So, a real winner for me.

Very very bad hotel, period. This hotel is not like the 4-star hotel as they claim, originally booked five nights here, and we were arranged in a room on the top floor. During check-in, the service person at the counter said that because their hotel is a historic building. There is no air conditioner, but as soon as I entered the room, I saw a machine look exactly like an air conditioner, but it can't cool down the air at all, it can only send air out, the weather is hot in the summer and I had to open the window, but there is no curtain to shade the sunshine, and I was woken up by the sun very early every day. I couldn't get a good rest at all. After three nights, I finally couldn't stand it and requested to change a room. They changed us to a room on the first floor. It also had an air conditioner, but this one didn't work at all, so the room was stuffy and I had to open the window, but the room is just beside the main road, it's so noisy when you open the window, therefore it's hard to sleep, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, I'm very serious, please try to avoid this hotel, especially in the summer. I can't take it anymore after 4 restless nights, I asked for a refund and left early, but because I booked through other websites, I can only ask for the refund through the booking website, but their service staff did not apologize, nor did they propose any compensation plans, such as complimentary breakfast or anything they can possibly do to please their customers. Their responses were, like, our hotel is just like this, if you don't like it just leave. They have is no service spirit in the hospitality industry at all. They did not propose to refund the city tax for the last day, and I finally left early, when I returned the keys(yes, they still use real keys), I thought I would hear an apology from them, but there was nothing! Really bad hotel and service staff, please avoid this hotel!

the employees were friendly and caring. our room was clean. The best part of the hotel is that it is within walking distance of oldtown. It is 2-3 streets away from the pavlova station by metro. We left very happy. Thanks also to the kind ladies and gentlemen working at the reception. The iron we asked for in the room was old and left a stain on my shirt. I would recommend getting a new iron.

I went to this place to ask for the direction to where the airbnb we are going to stay. The receptionist was very helpful. He assured us that we are on the right street. He even tried to call the person in my contact per my request. I am very grateful to him.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. As others have stated it's a little dated. Our room was on the side of the hotel but you could still here the traffic at night. The room was clean, the shower always hot. The pillows were worn out but we got some more but the heating in our room worked well. The breakfast was great and tasty and I can recommend the scrambled eggs. We tried the hot tub which was warm but they do not provide towels so remember to take your room towels and it looked like it needed a clean. They now offer massages on site as well. The hotel is fairly close to the main centre but you will need to walk up and down hills to get there. Staff on reception are friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend as a place to stay. If you want to visit a beer spa there is one next door.

Before I came I read through the reviews and was worried about whether I’d get good sleep here. Honestly, this place is very good. I’m a very light sleeper yet the bed suits me well and I slept good just like in my own bed. Also the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is just mediocre. But consider it’s price and location, yes it’s definitely worth a 5 star review.

If you want a place near the city center, but far from all the tourist, this is the place you are looking for. You just need to walk around 5 minutes from the hotel to Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. The attention is pretty good and breakfast was delicious. I was lucky to have the view of Saint Vitus Cathedral in my room.

Eliza at reception was very kind and helpful. She even gave us some good advice and ideas for our sightseeing activities. The pictures on the internet really reflect the reality. The room was clean, the decor was cosy and it was completely quiet. Thanks to Renata and Monika for the generous, delicious breakfast. Many attractions are within easy walking or public transport distance from the hotel. I recommend the hotel for a one night stay or for a stay of several days.
