I've been going to CrossFit Praha since July 2017. When I joined I was too scared to even hang from the pull up bar. Five months later I could actually do pull ups! I'm nearly 52 and one of the oldest members. People of all ages and all levels of fitness go to this gym. I go two or three times a week and I have never moved so well nor been fitter. The coaches, Zdenek or Adela, are always on hand to help out with technique and encouragement. The atmosphere is friendly. I also find it useful that I can buy protein bars, drinks and powders there. I heartily recommend CrossFit Praha.

Dropped in several times while visiting Prague! There are no classes, but there is a WOD and an excellent coach there everyday so you can complete the workout at your own pace, which is great when you are on vacation and maybe slept in late or had one too many beers ;)

A real CrossFit box, it is a bit difficult to find due to is inside a building. Check number 9 in the street, go downstairs. Good people, great coaches, good ambient, great drop-in. I will come again.

This place is awesome! The best workout I have ever had. If many people are there at the same time it can get a bit crowded but it's always enough place for everyone. The dressing room for men and women are separated. You just go inside, get dressed, do your workout and pay at the end. At least one trainer is always there to explain you the workout, they are all so super nice, helpful and friendly and speak very good englisch as well. If you are looking for a new gym you found it 😀 Just try it out and see if it's something for you.

Still new to Crossfit and this is only my second drop in but they made me feel very welcome and I got lots of tips/coaching. It's basically drop in rather than classes but you can join someone or workout alone (which I actually like!). Highly recommended if you are in Prague and need your Crossfit fix! 😊

I have came here for almost a year, and I really enjoy my time here. Trainer is really helpful and provide a new training session every day. Normally can take more than 1 hour to complete them all, really hard! :D I finish always exhausted, and that is great!

The guy in there was really nice. He was closed but let me in to do my program. The facilities he has are endless and the price was very fair. Tried others and this is the best for interrailers as the guy had perfect English.

Very good equipment and workout options. I’m not a fan of the open gym concept - no formal classes, just come in and work. But if you are ok with that it’s a good gym. Trainers didn’t do much but there three decent workouts on the board

i am joining this box for more than 5 years. they don’t have classes but there are always at least 2 workouts and a very helpful trainer. It has an outdoor area as well which can be used anytime. Friendly and cozy atmosphere

Had an AMAZING experience at this box while traveling - I was able to come in and do my affiliate’s WOD with CF Praha’s coaches around if I needed help. If you’re visiting, dropping in here is a must (350 Koruna ~ 15 USD).

I was in town for the weekend and last minute was looking for a place to do 19.4. I messaged CrossFit Praha on Instagram and Zdenek got back to me quickly. He even kept the gym open after all the members had left so that I could do the workout. The gym has nice equipment and plenty of space to move around. Zdenek thorough explained the standards, helped me warm up, and gave me strategy tips. He also encouraged me throughout the workout and was an excellent judge.
