Employes
are
nice
and
helpful...
unless
you
need
them
to
make
anything
complicated.
Here
are
2
stories
about
this
club
in
particular.
To
start
with,
there
was
no
other
place
in
Europe
where
I
was
thrown
out
of
the
club
in
a
way
they
do
it
here.
Late
evening.
Club
closes
at
X
o'clock.
30
mins
before
that,
they
turn
off
lights
and
do
this
several
times
in
the
club
with
people
there.
15
mins
before
that,
they
go
to
lockers
and
ask
people
to
hurry
up
to
close
perfectly
at
X.
Perfectly
at
X
o'clock
they
start
being
unbearable.
Hey,
I
do
understand
what
is
closing
hours
and
it
is
late,
yet
come
on,
I
am
myself
a
person
who
is
always
working
until
late
nights
and
overtiming
(for
a
decade,
I
think)
and
know
how
it
feels
to
stay
later
BUT
15
-20
mins
longer
is
not
where
I
start
acting!
No
other
place
in
Europe
was
turning
off
the
lights
in
their
clubs
doing
that
to
their
visitors.
ONE
I
applied
for
membership
first
in
Vinohradska.
Before
the
Christmas,
I
asked
for
multiclub
pass
in
another
club
(Palladium).
They
said
that
I
need...
to
cancel
my
subscription,
and
redo
it.
I
said
OK.
They
canceled
and
redone
the
subscription.
When
I
asked
when
it
starts
as
multiclub,
they
told
in
a
month...
or
two.
Spoiler:
it
started
in
2
month
to
be
multiclub.
I
never
had
that
attitude
and
experience
in
other
gyms
in
Europe.
I
want
to
scale
to
multiclub
it
scales
the
next
day
or
so,
that's
it.
Not
here
tho.
In
January,
they
charged
me
as
usual
for
singleclub.
I
came
to
Vinohradska
asking
what
was
that.
They
told
me
that...
I
CANCELLED
MY
SUBSCRIPTION
and
they
see
no
subscription
at
my
name.
I
was
furious.
I
asked
WHY
THAT
HAPPENED,
they
mumbled
something
but
suggested
renewing
the
subscription
as
multiclub...
STARTING
FROM
FEBRUARY!
I
asked
what
happened
and
the
answer
did
not
make
sense:
you
did
it
in
a
different
club.
I
emailed
their
support,
after
several
iterations
I
got
it
fixed.
They
see
what
they
want
see.
TWO
My
wife
wanted
to
cancel
membership
in
May.
I
need
to
pay
next
month
(i.e.,
June)
according
to
the
contract
too
(...ok,
that's
rip-off,
but
that's
what
contract
said,
I'm
not
super
angry
at
it).
IT
IS
JULY
AND
THEY
STILL
CHARGE
ME.
When
I
asked
them
in
email
what
was
that,
they
replied
"we
see
you
canceling...
YOUR
WIVE'S
AND
YOUR
SUBSCRIPTION".
I
never
asked
to
cancel
my
subscription
before
(but
I
will
now).
I
asked
to
cancel
my
wives
subscription
May,
but
they
charge
me
for
July
again.
I
asked
them
why
I
need
to
pay
for
July...
UPD:
The
manager
reached
to
me.
Turns
out
even
though
the
employee
told
"I
see
you
canceling
the
subscription
in
May"
they
HAVE
NO
ENTRY
ON
THEIR
END
about
cancellation.
Just
hilarious.
Conclusion
Branches
of
this
club
are
effectively
different
clubs
branded
FormFactory
with
a
very
poor
interaction
between
the
clubs.
The
way
they
handle
user
documentation
is
a
disaster.
