Very
lovely
and
comfortable
gym.
Somewhat
old-school
with
a
good
selection
of
machines
and
free
weights.
The
staff
and
reception
were
very
friendly
and
welcoming.
The
trainers
are
professional
and
relatively
comfortable
with
English
and
very
willing
to
help.
There
is
a
general
good
vibe,
the
trainees
are
friendly,
haven't
felt
any
toxicity
or
anything
of
the
sort.
Although
old-school,
the
gym
is
well
kept
and
in
good
shape,
definitely
fitting
for
intermediate
and
also
advanced
trainees.
Highly
recommend,
but
be
aware
that
they
do
not
receive
card
payments
at
the
desk,
at
the
time
of
writing
this.

As
of
today
my
membership
is
no
longer
active
and
I
wanted
to
update
my
experience
throughout
the
past
7
months.
As
stated
before,
the
quality
and
condition
of
the
gym
is
very
good.
The
gym-goers
are
a
very
friendly
bunch,
and
the
atmosphere
is
good.
But
I
wanted
to
share
about
the
trainers.
Jan,
the
main
trainer
is
a
good,
professional
and
motivating
trainer,
I
highly
recommend
him
to
anyone
young
who
is
looking
to
be
generally
healthier
and
look
better.
There
is
a
lady
in
her
50's/60's
ex
professional
body
builder
who
trains
women
of
usually
around
the
same
age
group.
She's
fantastic,
works
on
rhythm,
full
range
of
motion
and
sustainable
training.
Highly
recommend
her
to
people
of
all
age
groups.
Last
is
Vašek,
hes
a
bit
of
a
problematic
trainer.
He's
also
an
ex
body
builder,
but
his
technique
in
training
is
quite
poor.
He
seems
to
be
encouraging
ego
lifting
with
a
very
limited
range
of
motion
and
bad
rhythms
between
sets
and
within
the
set
itself
(rushing
through
repetitions
without
any
use
of
pauses
or
slowing
down
for
increased
value
of
concentric
work).
Additionally
he's
interrupted
my
training
previously
when
I
was
super-setting
between
two
machines
and
refused
to
work
together
on
the
machine
(I've
never
had
issues
sharing
machines
with
the
trainees,
only
with
Vašek).
I
do
not
recommend
to
train
with
Vašek,
and
if
you're
training
without
a
trainer
I
don't
recommend
training
while
Vašek
has
a
personal
training
session.
And
as
of
the
second
of
Oct
2023
they
still
only
accept
cash.
Keeping
the
5
stars
because
the
positives
outweigh
the
negatives.
