I have been going 3 times a week for about half a year and I am very satisfied. Personal access provided by the trainer during the class (if you go regularly, the classes are set so that you will have a permanent trainer). Pleasant environment and people who walk. No one is promoted to anyone. The composition is sometimes more male, sometimes more female. Participants ranged in age from young adults to those in their fifties. It is possible to use a multisport car that covers the entire entrance.

Excellent gym. Professional trainers, clean modern facilities (locker rooms, showers), relaxed atmosphere.

Simply the best! Trainers who really know how to train will tell you what you are doing wrong, how to correct them, what you need to practice at home. I haven't felt better anywhere else.

My most favorite fitness, mainly thanks to the trainer. A great personal approach, elaborate hours and a completely different style of exercise than in classic gyms. Nuselska Arena is small, but pleasant. A star down for the stuffy air and stuffy rooms/showers.

The best gym in Prague. Amazing coaches, every workout is different. Ideal if you want to work on your agility, strength and fitness in 1 hour. Best workouts ever!

A great gym that teaches you how to really work out.

An excellent gym with professional trainers who lead their clients to intelligent exercise. From my own experience, I can recommend Zdenek Tuček (he trains in Jesenice) and Kuba Zadražil (Nusle).
