    Everything has already been said, I'm just confirming. I've always had a problem getting involved in anything because of the shame that I'm immobile, slow, huge. After giving birth, my back hurt so much and I had a problem with every movement that it scared me. So I decided to sign up for functional training and I couldn't have done anything better for myself. Mobility improves, pain decreases, self-confidence and motivation to do something with oneself increases. I have met three trainers so far and I feel good with all of them. If you're worried about feeling awkward, don't be. It's really slow for me, but no one gets mad at me for it and doesn't look down on me. A truly priceless investment.

    Last week I finished a three-month course for beginners and I'm thrilled. I really like the whole concept of the course, it starts slowly, builds the foundations, returns to them and repeats, but at the same time you learn something new every hour and every time you see a small shift, an improvement. I have a chronic problem with my forearm tendons and except for one week when they hurt, everything holds and I can increase the load. I didn't hope for that at all. For me, the essential thing about the course was that it pays great attention to the correct posture, the correct execution of the given exercise, and that the instructor consistently corrects it. Baro, thanks! You are simply in the hands of real professionals who want you to learn it well and correctly, to enjoy the training and not to survive :-) You will enjoy it.

Moc se mi líbí, že se jede od základů, na nichž se pak staví složitější cviky. Každá svým tempem. Sama jsem začala až po čtyřicítce. Skvělý tým lektorek, příjemně minimalistický výhradně ladies gym. Doporučuji všem, které se rozhodují jak se začít zdravě hýbat, srovnat si tělo a krásně zesílit. Krásná síla!

    Tenhle gym by si zasloužil jméno Euforie! ❤️❤️ Nikdy jsem si nemyslela, že budu schopná přijít do opengymu, odcvičit si svůj trénink a mít z toho takovou radost na těle i na duši, přitom se nestydět před ostatníma holkama, prostě sama sebou a s radostí z pohybu, který má smysl, protože tě pak třeba nebolí záda po každém přinešení nákupu. Díky!☀️

Ale právě kvůli bezvadné atmosféře, profesionálnímu přístupu v oblasti tréninkových plánech, osobnímu a velice individuálnímu přístupu a dobré komunikaci není důvod něco měnit. Oblíbila jsem si jednoduché, ale výživné cviky na hrazdě a s kettlebell, které mi pokaždé dodají skvělý pocit, že jsem svému tělu dodala zdravou dávku fyzické námahy a umožnila mu svalový růst zejména hlubokého stabilizačního systému. Následná práce u počitače je pak s natrénovaným tělem úplná lahoda. Doporučuji!

I especially appreciate the individual approach of the super coach, who knows very well what she is doing, explains everything thoroughly (or patiently repeats it :-)) and always adapts it to suit so that it really suits the person. This way you train your set at your own pace and don't have to worry about not catching or understanding something :-) With other group lessons I've attended in the past (various aerobics, crossfits, other functional trainings and other group exercises in the gym) this quality cannot be compared. It's like taking a selection of freshly roasted coffee and comparing it to a soluble one :-D If you want to learn something and at the same time understand what you're actually doing, strengthen (or even lose weight) and know that you're doing it right and in the long run you won't hurt, this is the right place :-) Regardless of age or weight category :-) (Original) Moc doporučuju, pokud hledáte skutečně kvalitní trénink na posílení těla. Pracuje se tu jak s vlastní vahou, tak s různými pomůckami (kettlebell, hrazda apod.). Oceňuju hlavně individuální přístup super trenérky, která velmi dobře ví, co dělá, vše důkladně vysvětlí (příp. trpělivě zopakuje :-) ) a vždy to uzpůsobí na míru tak, aby to člověku skutečně sedlo. Člověk si tak cvičí svojí sestavu ve vlastním tempu a nemusí se stresovat, že by něco nestíhal nebo nechápal :-) S jinými skupinovými lekcemi, které jsem navštívila v minulosti (různé aerobiky, crossfity, jiné funkční tréninky a další skupinová cvičení v posilově) se tohle kvalitou nedá srovnat. Je to jako když vezmete výběrovou čerstvě upraženou kávu a porovnáte ji s tou rozpustnou :-D Pokud se chcete něco naučit a přitom pochopit, co vlastně děláte, posílit (příp. i zhubnout) a vědět, že to děláte správně a nijak si tím dlouhodobě neublížíte, tohle je to správné místo :-) A to bez ohledu na věkovou či váhovou kategorii :-)

    I started going to the gym 2 years ago and it was the best decision. An all-female company, so you always feel great there. The lessons are ideal for beginners and advanced, great for those who don't like to work out alone, but don't want group lessons with a pre-workout. If 6 stars were possible, I'd give them here <3

    Completed the beginner's course today and what's next? Continuation! There's nothing to hesitate about, or I'll make the move one day! :) … the way of training here makes a lot of sense to me. Trainer Marťa carefully monitors our technique and patiently polishes every part of the movement with us, whether we are learning deadlifts or get-ups and other other exercises. And the questions she always answered with a smile! After the first three months I can reliably confirm: - an increase in strength ... that at the beginning there is a 6kg kettlebell strength? Pche, at the end you'll fight at 12 o'clock :) - increased mobility...that's when you reach for something and suddenly find that "here" doesn't pull you and "this" doesn't (excuse the Pilsen dialect, please ;) - reducing the size of the pants ;) ... sometimes at the cost of waiting for only the low-floor connection on the way home, and anyway, I voluntarily came the next week for a "cut" - after training, endorphins to be distributed... it probably doesn't even need a bigger comment - just kidding, whether by announcements in the dressing room or "on the set", the mood was always great So if you are hesitant, go try it, the feeling after training is simply divine!
