Since last week you are forced to buy a lock for 200 Kc or rent it for 30 Kc. This is ridiculous. This was the last drop for me to write a review. For people who are willing to follow the Les Mills group classes.. think twice. This shocked me!! No good form of performing the exercises, no check if the attendees are executing the exercises the right way, no recommendation about the weights, not following the Les Mills soundtrack. And refusing to speak English. I think the teacher has no trainer license for Les Mills or definitely need additional training. I did Les Mills classes all over the world but I have never seen it this bad and unprofessional. For the rest I can say huge space.

Great place if you want to listen to screaming and moaning of crossfit instructors through amplifiers. Very loud and annoying. Otherwise the gym is clean and okay. Sauna compared to Karlin tiny, so it is more of an addition to showers which are big and nicer than in Karlin.

They should really reduce the musiq from that dance/power workout room, its so annoying,even with our earpods we can hear that musiq. Other than that gym is so well maintained and nice.

You might be sharing the shower with other "creatures". (See pics) Small group of dancers playing very loud music im their dance room. Very annoying.

Very friednly allways at Place allways on Time The Cleaness in the Changingrooms could be better, there are allways Drinkingbottles and Clothes laying around as well at 06.30 When it opens, those things has to go to Trash or stored at recepetion, fitness is allways clean

Great and modern women lockers with ironing board and iron, sauna, blow dryers but the gym itself quite small and if many people you don’t have enough space to train or you stay in queue waiting

I went for box there, and that was awesome! The trainer Petra H. is a very polite and professional. Definitely recommend the box with Petra H to everyone. I am a beginner at box, but she found a way, how to explain everything in details. Will visit the box again. Regards the fitness itself, I also had a nice experience there! The girl at reception was very polite and nice! She explained everything! And overall, everything is clean, even the sauna (small,but clean! Highly recommend!

Rather strange place.The personal trainer on the photo can easily take your clothes and your bottles with water and throw it away to free a place for his client.This is not polite at all,guys.Change the trainers please.

One of the best gyms in Prague! Very clean and nicely designed. There's like a 10m ceiling so bad smell is not a problem - a very rare feature for a gym. There are 4 different areas with plenty of workout options The price for a year is 620czk/month which makes it also one of the cheapest gyms in Prague for the size.

One of the best gyms from the form factory chain. Wide range of equipments and plenty space for doing your own work out without being bother by others.

Great and modern fitness center. Good and high quality equipments, large space, separate section for weights, aerobics. Clean and hygenic.

A standard commercial gym with a bit annoying lessons blasting music all over the place, nothing special to be honest but you can do your workout there in times of need, good location though.

A good gym, but there is no simulator for the gluteal muscle. There is only a very strange and uncomfortable simulator

Impossible to go there between 16-21. Its too busy there and usualy you wait for some machines hour or more. I switched fitness due to this.

I think this gym is better for CrossFit, but not for bodybuilding. There are just a few variations of machines. Especially nothing for hamstrings.

Large,clean and new. Located at the 2nd floor of Eden mall. Good service,enough equipments. You have to bring your own lock and key for the lockers to keep your stuffs. Or you can rent a lock from reception or you can buy a lock at the reception.

Some may say its crowded, but this is one of the best places to go. Conveniently located in a shopping mall, one can plan not only to exercise, but to do other stuff. I really have nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it.

Staff is friendly but impossible to workout between 16h-20h. There’s not enough machines or weights for the amount of people that go there. Short variety of machines, music from classes too loud, way too crowded, small dressing room … don’t recommend

If you want to ask for a glass, the Manager will not give it to you. (So ​​you better take it with you)
