Worst FF gym. Tiny gym area. Idiotic layout. Limited number of equipment. Equipment is damaged and old. Complete disappointment. Don’t be fooled by the swimming pool and the sauna. Sauna is dirty and stinky, you will never want to get there.

Maruska( reception girl) and Swimming pool lady she didn’t tell me her name. They both were very rude, the woman from swimming pool didn’t explain me what i am doing wrong and told me to leave the swimming pool for no reason. Rude and unprofessional communication of workers in this fitness. We are team of 6 guys and bringing good money to your company. But i think it will be our last visit to all Form Factories as your workers are not enough specialized to be responsible for things which they must do. Or it is because we are Asians?? Cause i saw too many people doing same things which i did in swimming pool, but the lady chose only me. I will wait for the main management reply. Thank you.

I signed up to Form Factory as I am an exchange student from Norway. In Norway I pay 30€ for top notch facilities. Here , I have to pay a whopping 75€ a month. The freeweight area and workout place is good, clean and modern machines. But often crowded. 4/5. The changing rooms are «rotten», smelling really bad and are not even close to what to expect after paying such a high amount. It doesnt seem to have ventilation at all. When you enter from the hallway its like entering a new, rotten atmosphere. The drying machine almost doesn’t work and looks like its from the 1990’s. Only reason I chose this center was because of the sauna, and I signed up in good faith without going there first to check out the facilities. The training room itself is good, but when they’re marketing for being a «wellness» studio, I’d believe the facilities were in accordingly to the standards. 0/5

TL;DR a nice gym and pool, but there are hygiene problems with the sauna that the management refuses to fix! Form Factory Veršovická used to be my go-to gym for over 2 years, especially after the pool at Form Factory Harfa got closed. Unfortunately, everything changed when I dared to complain to the manager about a serious hygiene problem at the sauna, which gets overpopulated too often. Sometimes 15-16 people in a sauna which, according to its manual (I checked!), fits for 9 people maximum. Every time I used the sauna I was suffocating. So I sent an email to the manager, in which I complained about this disturbing situation and asked to limit the number of people in the sauna. The manager ignored my email for several weeks. I asked the receptionist if the manager read it and the receptionist confirmed that she did, yet her answer (to the receptionist, not to me) was that there is nothing to do about it. After several attempts to get a response, including through the manager of Form Factory Vinohradska (did you know that there is no top management of Form Factory in Czechia?), the manager finally answered, claiming that she never saw my email (although the receptionist told me that she did) and offered impractical solutions, such as coming in different hours or tell people by myself to get outside of the sauna if it’s too crowded! Can you imagine?? To be clear, there are signs in the sauna’s door against entering with a bathing suit or flip flops, and also a sign against putting essential oils in the sauna’s heating spot. All I asked for was another sign which would limit the number of people, according to the number that can actually enter. The manager was very rude to me in her responses. Not only that, when I dared complaining to the receptionist about the situation again, she simply terminated my membership, without even asking for my response! It is a great shame that this club, which to me has a nice gym equipment, pool and classes, also has such a management that shows complete opacity to hygienic issues at the club’s sauna, not to mention her dealing with her client. I can only speak for myself, of course. But I know for a fact that many others complain, yet nothing has been done. But I guess it’s true that everything happens for a reason. Thanks to this terrible experience, I found a much better place to work out and swim for almost the same price. They do limit the number of people in the sauna, by the way. I’m not gonna recommend it publicly, since I don’t want it to get overpopulated as well. But I encourage you not to settle for what’s important to you and seek for alternatives, if you are bothered by similar experiences. PS the manager responded here that my membership was terminated based on my request, and that's a false representation of what really happened! I asked her receptionist to check about the possibility of terminating, but then the manager didn't even ask me and terminated my membership. I think anyone should think whether he or she wants to support such a place, that dares to say such untrue things about its former loyal clients. What a shame!

Was looking for a gym in Prague, liked the fact that it has pool and sauna. The gym was pretty old and small, but all the essentials were there. The whole building in general is pretty old. The pool and sauna were good. However, while I was in sauna with my friend I left my shoes where all the people left it, under the benches same as my friend and plenty of other people. After it I couldn’t find my shoes and I realised that they were stolen. When I came up to the reception to ask for any help they said that it’s my fault and didn’t do anything, except for staring at me.

Had my shoes stolen from there multiple times and their cameras don’t work. Think about at least installing a camera if you are encouraging people to take their shoes off before the spa area, and can do nothing when these get stolen. Or may be hang a warning so that nobody leaves good shoes there, since your members steal? Update: if you are going to answer, than answer in the language the review is written in. Secondly, looking at the reviews, I’m not the only one who had their stuff stolen in your gym and what’s your reaction? You don’t care. Your cameras still don’t work (or are they conveniently shut down?) which makes me think that it’s your stuff who is involved in the theft. Get yourself together and start doing what you should do, which is at least having working cameras in place.

Absolutely the worst gym in the area. Tonight I walked in and just went out without intention to go back. UNSANITIZED area of the showers where it smells like in garbage place. Showers are old, inadequate and have only boiling hot water. IT SMELLS LIKE IN AN ANIMAL BARN - There is no rules, if 200 people wants to come in they can. This needs to be reported to the inspection. Among all corona rules we have, suddenly it is ok to have 100 people on 50 square meters? Disgusting. Dirty, the equipment is mostly uselles and most used devices are the most simple one (running track) and of course when you have 100 people waiting then you can forget it. Absolutely shocked with the state of hygene. Disgusting once again.

Hygiene seems to be the biggest problem here. Not to mention the smell when you walk up the stairs to get into gym area. Another thing that can be easily solved is adding personal safe boxes in sauna /pool area. People tend to have their phones & headsets while resting and want to have them safely stored while swimming or using sauna. This can't be too difficult to be resolved and it would increase overall satisfaction

Best place ever. You can start with a fully equipped gym. And if you think you had enough, then you can go downstairs to have a relax in sauna or jacuzzi............. But if you have still energy you can use a swimming pool which has a capacity for 6 swimmers in the same time. They even accept a multisport card, and you don't have to pay any extra for entry......... :)

Disappointing. Worse comparing to Karlin FormFactory. Sauna is tiny and today smelled strangely in it, shower is totally common, tiny uncozy change rooms with one poor hairdryer, dirty door in ladies WC... Train zone-Maybe good, but wellness - no.

Horrible and danguerous place to do cardio(not if you walk in the trendmill and post pics in Instagram). No air conditioning working, run in here is like run in the sauna. Often crowded, too crowded. Best thing is the swinning pool, not25 m but ok for strech after training in the sauna

Dressing rooms and showers are so neglected, old and not clean. The swimming pool area is very very cold. I would expect more from them.

Pretty small but relatively well equipped gym. The most disappointing thing is that they dont accept Multisport card for children. So I had to purchase some tarif which was very expensive + they allow to exercise only with a trainer. And overall their attitude and rules to children is a bit discriminating (children are below 15 years old to them). So had to change gym even personally I liked it.

Modern gym with a pool and jakuzi.

Can be a nice place to relax but it has deteriorated over the last few years. And the cleaners need some training in basic decent behaviour. They need to learn not to harass clients in the changing rooms so that they can finish work early when the manager is not there. I will probably not renew my contract if it doesn't improve.

One of the weaker FF locations for gym workouts. It's much smaller and has a limited number of machines. Also the WiFi is very unreliable. But it does have a good sized pool, whirlpool and sauna, if that is important then add another star to my rating.

The worst fitness club I ever been. First time I visit the club without wi-fi, sorry, but how it’s even possible in 2023? Stuff always turn off air conditioner, like for real? Club is full of people, it’s hot, humid, and they don’t mind to turn on air conditioner, just why? If you come for cardio here, forget, with this air, without any ac, you will leave this club on ambulance. It feels like to work out in sauna. Inhuman conditions for the modern fitness club! Besides all of these, there are also very unpleasant receptionists!

Feels dirty, old equipment, even if you see cleaning staff around all the time, always crowded and lockers have some strange requirements that you need to have specific personal lock to be actually able to lock it...positives accepts multisport and opening hours

Good but old. Bit complicated building architecture. Good wellness facility with sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool but often over crowded. Functional area in the gym is very small and no specific place for doing deadlift.

Staff keeps doors in cardio zone open even when it's cold outside. So it is quite easy to get cold. When I try to close door they just open it a minute.

Good place for Gym, Relax, Swim, Sauna, Jacuzzi, good area, Lidl around, Showers are many, Bathrooms clean. Jacuzzi is just small little Sauna also Gym so small Overall I like it, it is near my home

Quite packed, not well aerated smaller gym. Hairdryer doesn't dry and you need to bring your oulwn padlock for the lockers. Really old school.

Last few weeks everytime I came the jacuzzi is broken. I can understand that is broken for few days but now is already 2 weeks and we are paying for this service... This together with pool and sauna are the attractive of this gym in the area

Gym is good, afternoons are packed. sometimes dirty outside sauna and male lockers downstairs, maybe put a cap to the sauna and add a place where to put the sandals outside. Swimming pool area is nice, I hope it will improve soon, I like coming here

Be careful, your things may be stolen and the staff will do nothing about it. Their security cameras are only there for a show and don’t work. Not a safe environment to be in.

Try to mirror the quality of the Andel Form factory I thought I would try this one but the cleanliness was a nightmare I was afraid of touching the floor. I even got an additional one month subscription for a friend thinking that this one with the pool will be great but the cleanliness puts everything backwards.The locker rooms are small which I can manage but when small places are dirty especially during the COVID times it’s scary

Pretty well maintained fitness centre, with swimming pool and sauna. Gym space is a bit small though, and tends to get crowded during peak hours.

Gym is pretty average, a bit old and dirty. AC does not work much, it is usually warm and smelly, also packed.

I like this gym overall. Its not as crowded as many others in average hours. The staff is always willing to help. The only thing is that they should change some of the equipment because it's very old already. The sandbags to give an example.

Why do the cleaners hoover during busy hours!!?? It’s so stupid. Great gym overall. Lacking calf machine. Not enough benches as well. Some of the seats on the benches fall down which makes it pretty dangerous as well.

Great prices great facilities

Main benefit is everything is under one roof - gym, pool, whirlpool, sauna. Drawback is everything is really small, especially gym that can get really crowded and not much equipment there. Also group training resrvations do not work very well as it seems people are coming even without reservations.

The gym is not that big but is equipped with the swimming pool. It's better to avoid it around 6pm in workdays, it's pretty crowded

Did a drop in, so maybe not the best way respective, but the gym seemed clean and staff was helpful.

Potentially could be a great place ... But it's not really well looked after. Showers are cold, changing rooms have no ventilation, general cleanness of the place is below average ... Otherwise it could be a really nice facility.

Huge gym! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the locker rooms aren’t great - it’s somewhat dark, the showers are not individual, and you must have 20czk with you if you want to lock the locker (which I never have available…)

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT LEAVING YOUR THINGS UNATTENDED WITHOUT A LOCK. Yesterday (17.09.2023) at noon, my backpack was stolen. It contained some valuable items like headphones, but even worse, there were important documents that will require a lot of effort to replace, documents that only matter to me. My mistake was leaving it unlocked. However, what's concerning is that the gym doesn't have any functioning security cameras in the main area. After reading the reviews, I realized that these cameras have been out of order for a time. The gym should be a secure environment for all its members, and it's disappointing to find out that security measures might not be up to par. Therefore, I do not recommend a place where your belongings can be stolen (I still hope it was taken by mistake, i am going update this if it is the case). It's essential for the gym to address these security issues to ensure a safer experience for its members, rather than transferring the responsibility solely to members for having everything with a lock. The responsibility for security should be shared to create a more secure and worry-free environment for everyone.
