Promised to pay back 1 month of rent / bond at the end of stay. No person was availble at check out, contacted people and they said money was on their way. No money ever came. Contacted them several times, new lies every time. It's been over a year at this point, no money was ever sent.

I was in apartment, so I can't really say about the rest but it's amazingly central. Something needed in a city like this. Facilities are pretty good but you pay for your money's worth. Definitely worth a stay, friendly staff.

We stayed there in this hostel 4 nights. We were young and quite broke. The hostel was good enough to sleep well and it was well located. We could easily walk to the city center from it. We had booked it through Hostelworld.

Nice simple appartment in a good location, short distance from the main attractions. Just be weary though as they ask for a security deposit, as a result we found ourselves with a load of unwanted Kr at the end our holiday. All in all not a bad place to stay 👍

Fairly clean and a short walk to the centre. No safes I'm the room. Top floor shower wasn't great.

Stayed there for a stag do. Very basic facilities due to cheap price. If you are very tight on stag do budget then it is a good option.

Well located albeit a bit of a walk to the centre, clean rooms, bathrooms fine. Can get a bit warm at night, and the surrounding area can be noisy with Windows open. Kitchen facilities good, with oven, hob and fridge/freezer.

Although it looks a little sketchy, it is actually nice with great rooms. It is a hassle to get up the stairs with your luggage, but the rooms are generally quite nice.

Great time in Prague The hostel is located 10 minutes walking from the center. The room light and clean, with kitchen that considerably saves our money, had a lovely view of Prague. The personnel very friendly, smiling also is always ready to help on any questions, at registration the girl kindly and well explained where and what is, that very helped further. Near reception you can play billiards and drink a free glass of beer which is offered by 17 - 19 hours. Everything was just great, all of us were very happy stay in this hostel, in case of repeated visit to Prague we will undoubtedly make a choice for this hostel againe.

Don't recommend. we stayed there for 3 nights, and our stay was highly disappointing. the rooms are not clean, and there were bed bugs in our room. when we informed the staff they totally ignored us and did nothing to assist. as a result we had to spend hours cleaning our staff from the bed bugs. Don't trust the photos you can find on the internet - they don't correspond with the reality at all.

Avoid, Stayed here over the June bank holiday for 3 nights with a group of 7. The room was OK but very basic. A plug socket in the room was fizzing and sparking when we returned on the second day, we mentioned it to reception, very dangerous. The bin was small and overflowing after one day. It was never changed during our stay. On the second night we got a knock on the door, we answered and the person on the other side spoke no English, we presumed he was lost and closed the door. We found out the next day another apartment on our floor was robbed. We gave the description of the man to reception. Upon check out the receptionist checked our room and said we were smoking in the room, we were not and only smoked on the balcony which we stated, he showed us a picture of ash on the table. I would advise a resident accompany him to the room as we have no idea how it got there. I asked did the room smell of smoke and he told me it smell of after shave like we tried to cover it up.....we all showered that morning hence the smell of after shave. He argued for 10min but eventual gave us our deposit back. I can only assume from other reviews this is common to accuse people in the hope of getting another €200. We did say thank you when leaving but the response was ''i cannot say the same''
