I don't know if it is allowed to swim in the river, probably it is as such stuff are rarely prohibited in the Czech Republic, but I'd strongly advise against even touching the ever brown liquid running in the river, despite the place being called "Spa".

Zlute Lazne is a fantastic and seems like a man-made beach in Prague, perfect for sunny days and relaxation. It offers beach volleyball and tennis for sports lovers, accepts multiport’s cards, and has great beer gardens. It's also kid-friendly.they have an entry fee of 100kc on weekends. We visited the kids area today. It is fun, but not very safe. Beware the kids pool is really slippery (unlike the accessing stairs - this can be confusing for little kids). Do not let your hands of your child when in the water unless they can swim. Put on protective gear for children even though no-one else does. There is no staff supervision of the pool. We head a freak accident there today which went un-noticed (as kids near-drownings tend to be), but will haunt me for the rest of my days.
