Booked 3 large cars for our Prague transfer on the 2.7. and even though confirmed (two times) cars didn't arrive. Had to use alternative transportation. Do not recommend this company!!! Bad experience.

Company did not show yesterday on a prepaid premium sedan pickup. We called them and they admitted they had the wrong date of arrival. The worst part is they would do nothing to remedy the situation and get us picked up from the airport, only offered a refund leaving us stranded. After nearly 2 hours we were forced to wait on long taxi line and finally get a cab.

Terrible. My flight was delayed by 1.5 hour, I messaged them in advance to let them know and got confirmation it was ok. Once I arrived at the airport there was no one to pick me up! I waited at least 15 minutes and there was noone I could contact either because their reception was closed after 11pm. I'm so disappointed that I was left pretty much stranded at 1am 😞

Perfect service. We traveled with a 1-year old baby and it was possible to order a taxi with the proper baby car seat. They always arrived on time.

I'd used this company about 5 years ago and I had a good experience so I decided to use them again even though they've raised the prices and made it much more expensive than catching a cab at the airport. (They used to be cheaper than a cab). The driver was late by about half an hour claiming there was heavy traffic (There wasn't, I checked) I kept calling him and finally he showed up but he told me to come out of the airport to meet him. Once I came out of the door, he wanted me to drag my luggage up the escalator and meet him on the top floor parking lot. That's when I refused and told him to come and get us. And finally when we arrived at the hotel, he parked at a side street about 100 meters away and we had to drag our luggage all the way to the hotel. Never again. I booked a cab on my return to the airport at 3 AM and paid 150 CZK less.

I am really upsed because situation with my eservation. My guests was waiting for the driver, but he never came. All service of pick up my gueast was cancel and nobody call us (there was no phoncall to me or my main guest in system). Ok I understand that sometimes you have to cancel service, but you have to take a high priority with informate your guests about it.

SCAMMERS & SPAMMERS Local company which uses a British domain, does not pay taxes and runs a sweat shop for drivers. Zero overtime control and rude operators. Nice cars with fatigued and lackluster service. Two stars for being an equal opportunity employer - they even have a kleptomaniac in charge of accounting!

Excellent and reliable service. My small child got sick in the car and, although we repeatedly insisted we pay extra for the cleaning costs, the driver refused to take the extra money. Prices seem in line with the other companies, and in fact more affordable than what is quoted by the shuttles that work with the central Prague hotels. They also provide a child seat free of charge and make it very easy to book one using the online form. We used them 3 times over the course of a week, and experienced courteous, professional drivers with every ride. I highly recommend using them.

Had a lovely experience with a super nice driver, who was up for some small talk. He even helped me carrying my heavy luggage into the airport after arrival. Would definitely hire again.

I used their service to drop me off from my home in suburbs of Prague to Ruzyne airport in very early morning hours. I placed the order for pickup from my place at 5 AM in the morning but to my pleasant surprise the driver arrived 10 minutes earlier. Also they sent a 8 seater van to pick 1 person. All in all very happy with their service. I am definitely going to use their services again.

The service was wonderful from start to finish! The flight into Prague was delayed by nearly two hours and as soon as we landed they called to advise of the changes to the pick-up and we were met by their driver as we entered the arrivals hall. The return to the airport at the end of our stay was seamless, the driver was arrived on time and the company sent a text when he was outside the hotel. All in all an excellent service with great communication. Highly recommended.

On time, we were arriving past midnight so that was important. Comfortable car too. Overall, very very good.

We booked this service specifically to have a baby seat and a child seat for our kids. The driver told us he hadn't any. Our baby had to travel in our arms and our other kid with the seatbelt on her neck.

The driver was a bit late to pick me up from the airport and then he didn't know how to reach the address (kept looking for 1 hour). At last, he got calls from his company, checking why he is late and that there other clients waiting, so he asked me to call someone to know where he could drop me. Very disappointed with the service.

I contacted them to ask if they provide airport transfers and they replied after 1 week asking how many ppl. I replied but they never came back with the answer. If that's the customer service they provide means they don't need the money,they disrespect the customer and I doubt a driver will show up at airport. Is not a trusted company.

I use Prague Airport Transfers regularly (once a month) and even though prices have increased, I will continue to do so. Drivers are on time and speak good English. You can book and modify online, no hidden cost.

Fabulous service. Good website, easy to use and to book, instructions clear about where driver will meet you, well presented drivers, comfortable vehicles, they gave me a guidebook and map too, which came in very useful! Definitely recommend - a private transfer cost around £20 for a 30 min trip directly from the airport to my door of my Airbnb. I am using this company for my return trip today, so hope the experience is 10/10 again!

I knew that Prague had Uber but thought arranging a taxi in advance would make life easier and it definitely did. Prague Airport Transfers should be the only taxi company you consider using. When we landed, there was a chap with my name on a sign. We were taken straight to his car, offered a free bottle of water each and a city map. He then drove us straight to our hotel and I paid for the ride on card. The price was excellent and we used the same company for a lift back to the airport a few days later. I highly recommend Prague Airport Transfers and will 100% use them again in the future when I return to the city.

Everything about this company is top notch! When I had a problem booking to an address rather than a hotel for a shared shuttle, Customer service did more than I asked of them! I had a great experience when I used their City Centre Shuttle 2 years ago and feel confident that I will again when I use them next week! No matter what you need, they already have or will find a solution! Great service and very reasonably priced, what more could you ask for?

Arrived at 00:00 and the driver hasn’t shown with no taxis at the airport. And no the driver definitely wasn’t present. A limousine stands out and there was absolutely no limos parked in the airport. We had to wait until 1am to get a taxi.

I have used this service several times for myself and made bookings for family and friends. Always very satisfied, vehicles are excellent and the drivers usually have a very high level of English.

The driver didn't show up to pick up my elderly father from Prague airport. When I called them I was informed that the driver had simply decided not to go and hadn't told anyone. Absolutely incredible. Don't trust this company.

Easy to book online. Driver was early, polite and it was an efficient transfer from old town Prague to the airport.
