Very comfortable boat and boarding/ticketing was easy. They don’t accept electronic tickets, so build in enough time to get to the office for your ticket. There is 100% NO AUDIO FOR THE TOUR. The boat BARELY takes you past the Charles Bridge, and then a quick loop down the other way. Their website is very hard to use; they do have very limited audio on there but they’re not really helpful or interesting. I guess you get what you pay for for €15

Disappointing. I booked the boot tour from two hours. Half of the time we were standing still, waiting for other boats to pass by and going into the lock (twice). I think a boat trip is very nice, but this trip was just overpriced and boring. Also the staff didn't look happy at all, except for one girl who wanted to deliver good service. I would take another company for the trip.

It was easy booking the evening boat cruise for two people via Get your guide. We were able to go on the boat 30 mins earlier instead of waiting for the next boat to extend our evening in Prague. Good value for money and nice table seating on board however was crammed with sharing the table with 5 other guests and there wasn't much to see in the evening. Do recommend however if you're in Prague.

Really enjoyed our 50 minute devils canal boat trip. The captain was really knowledgeable, friendly and spoke excellent English. The trip had some really interesting history and didn’t feel rushed at all. It was a great two hour experience! We booked a window table for two in advance from their own website and had 10% discount. Remember to show your e-tickets in the ticket office before (near by the leaving boats) so you'll have a paper tickets and the info in which ship pier does the actual boat leave. We really liked the buffet-food and had a waitress serving us always as soon as we wanted. Recommended!

We went on the Devils tour. It was a 50 minute tour around the river in front of the Charles bridge. Boat was about 25 passengers and fine. Picturesque but there was only a driver and he told us to take a self guided map. He then offered ad hoc commentary (mainly in Czech) with no microphone. So, nice relaxing trip but didn’t learn a lot! Surprised it was #1 on Trip Advisor!

We had a great experience. It was well worth it! Just $20USD per person for the Devil’s channel tour, it was probably one of the highlights of Prague. Our boat driver was very informative, gave lots of history and offered some of the best views of the castle from the river. I highly recommend Prague Boats. This is a great way to see Prague by boat and from a completely different angle we went for the evening buffet which was about £60 per person. With a drink included when you board. The ride was 3 hours long and really good the gentlemen that was serving us was really kind and pleasant throughout the journey. There is also an upstairs viewing deck for even better views which we went upto once we finished eat would recommend it to anyone. Only downside was when paying our drinks bill I was unaware Prague had a tipping culture as when I offered to pay the bill she said "Are you not going to tip?" Which I found odd so I said to round it up to the nearest 100. She said to me it's not enough as it only equated to about 50 cent as I was unsure what it equated to so the waitress added on the equivalent tip which I've now found is 10% of the overall bill.

Wonderful way to see a different side of Prague. We had a lovely trip on the Vltava River with Prague Boats. We booked in advance, and the staff were great, we were very early for our trip and they kindly allowed us to go on an earlier trip. The views are stunning, you can't beat it. Would recommend this as a way to see Prague.

The boat trip was great. We took the evening boat tour to witness the setting sun from the boat. The view of the prague castle and the surrounding area was awesome. We took the 1 hour boat tour and felt like it was not enough. You have other options like the 2 hour cruise or the dinner cruise which lasts for more. The 1 hour cruise cost us 14 euros pp. There's a restaurant in boat so that you could have a coffee of something while enjoying the nice views.

Tried to book group trip based on previous great 1st ride. I specified the number of guests and the barrier free ship. Ship was OK, but 3 pretty big steps from the ship to the pier were a big downfall. Also the guide is not pinpoint accurate. View from the river is saving the whole trip.

The boat was nice. We took a lunch boat from 12 to 2. The buffet was great, there were plenty of different foods there. The negative point was the arrangements of the seats and tables. The table behind us was so close to us that we couldn't move our seats a bit far from our table.

This is a great way to see the main part of Prague from the water. I decided that I needed to cover more ground in my search for Dirk, so took to the water with Prague Boats. You will sail up and down a section of the river, and you can see the middle of Old Town and also towards Prague Castle. The price is reasonable, and on a hot day it is nice to be under cover in air conditioning while still being able to look at things with your eyes. I was not able to locate Dirk on the cruise, but at least I know he isn’t floating somewhere in the river here.

We took a boat on Sunday evening and we had a great time. We didn’t book in advance but, fortunately, there was availability. The tour is briefly explained by the recorded voice that will repeat the message in 6-7 languages. Don’t forget to check out the website, where there are details concerning each tour option.

We had a large party so the total price of the tickets was expensive - boy was it worth it. The food was great, the music was great, dancing was so fun and the views were UNFORGETTABLE. we walked from the other side of the river by the Prague castle and took the tram back to our parking garage after. It was very easy to find and board the boat. We took 4 kids and they all loved it. We would have to say this was the highlight of the trip for sure.

We had a wonderful cruise - It was Nov so a little chilly but we still sat up top outside - great views with a sunset - we were able to order wine and a shot of some local Czech liquor (excellent - but cant remember name). Cruise was about 2 hours and went through the river locks and past the castle. It was very nice and worth it. I highly recommend.

Lovely evening. Went on the crystal boat cruise, exclusive. We sat by the window, but given it was cold and wet outside and dark, as it was November, we could have saved €20 each with the basic seats. Didn't see the value in the premier seats up front. Nice glass of bubbles on arrival. Buffet food was plentiful and varied for starters and mains. Desert was a hoice of 3. There is a queue for the food each time you go up, but not too long. Service was good for ordering drinks. You pay by card at the end when a staff member comes around the tables with your bill. The lock was closed, unfortunately, so we did just loop on the river. Entertainment wasn't bad, a 3 piece group including a singer.

This was a thoroughly pleasant evening. The boat was modern and quiet. The buffet was more than adequate, and Prague Duo who provided the largely English, easy listening music, created a very relaxed almost party atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We were attending at the pier with my family, I made sure the food was served for us with extra payments since I had my 7 year old with me, the ticket seller, an old gentleman confirmed that we will be served. While being on board the team said that they can't offer food since they didn't have any...when I asked for a bread also they refused me and rejected with bad attitude, neither professional nor humane..I am wondering how Prague boats can an attraction for tourists with such behaviors...on the way back i talk to the ticket seller and he simply said he is sorry after 2 hours of my sons suffer from hunger..Is there any one from the city of Prague to take care of these? It’s a beautiful trip. We had a good warm welcome with cold beverages and ice creams. The boat trip is worth it and you will get short history of Prague. Please don’t forget to visit the museum after the trip.

Food was very plain. The boat ride itself lacked any explanation and only had a brochure. We didn’t know where we were going and what we were seeing - again , because of a lack of any explanation. Nobody told us when to get up to get the food , a random person just stood up and started taking food , so everybody followed. The buffet ended at 20 , so we just looked around the pitch black river for an hour and a half not knowing when this boat ride was going to end. While it is considered a buffet - at the end of the meal coffee and other drinks weren’t included , and cost money. If I could I would have refunded my ticket , very expensive for a very boring and almost unpleasant experience.

Live music was only in the other half of the boat. From inside the boat you can't see much from Prague, only on the deck. Advertised audio guides were not shown. Big plus is the food! It's really tasty and there's more than enough.

I don't understand all the bad reviews, don't know if we were lucky or if people are just drama babies nowadays. Yes the food is not incredible but it's good, far from bad. Nice smoked ham, salad, mashed potatoes, gulash, chicken schnitzel, etc. Fruits for dessert with some small cakes, very nice. Staff was super friendly and available but never on us like "please order more drinks" so thanks a lot to them as well. Ride can seem a little fast but it's the 2 hours promised, you go to zlutne lazne and you come back a little after the beginning to turn and park, we enjoyed the view even if weather was typical winter weather in Prague 🥶 We paid 1200czk ish on slevomat and we had 30% of on all drinks so in the end we paid less then 300czk for 5 drinks (beer, 2x coffee, aperol spritz, coca cola). Would recommend and advise to not go if it's to look for drama. We had a great time, no music super loud, a men was playing some music but it was perfect volume. We will probably try again in summer and thanks again to all the staff for the warm welcome and great time 👍

This agency offers a lot of Boat tours. We tried the 1 hour evening cruise. The reception staff is great and they communicate in English. That 1 hour cruise was for 14 euros and was ok. Boat was spacious and it was an electric boat. It was a decent one if you want a short ride. The boat has a small restaurant which sells drinks which you can sip while it tours.

The perfect way to end a long day of walking. We did the 3 hour dinner cruise in the deluxe area. It was buffet style and wine came by the carafe. I liked how everything was already included so no worries about paying at the end. The views were nice at night, but probably would have been nicer during the day so we could see more. In any case, we got to sit right by the window. A little surprise we didn't expect was that there was live music! We loved listening to covers of our favorite songs as we floated along the river.

It’s really really good, great way to see the city at night, the views are amazing. The food was very good although the first five minutes at the buffet are a little chaotic but after that it’s fine. There is plenty of food too, enough to have a second or third plate. Only small criticism for me was the drinks service, it was efficient enough and the price was fine but just rushed and fast, no chance for please, thank you or a smile.
