Great place to defrost from outside frozen temperature while snowing. The price of the Red Velvet cookies was not complint with the receipt. The milk used is whole cow milk instead of UHT so one more star only for that. Staff was quite slow for coffees preparation but smiling.

Great cafe. My family loves the pasties and the Americano has a rich smooth flavor. Plus, they spoke English. So ordering was not challenging

Fine coffee house, friendly staff. As an excuse for tea which turned out to be unavailable, I got pricier coffee for the price of tea and extra free dessert. Well that's what I call great customer service!

Nettes Selbstbedienungscafe. Großer Cappuccino (wirklich groß!) war sehr gut. Für einen Zwischenstopp absolut okay.

Good location and coffee, but mint tea is just hot water with mint. And personal didn't tell it was lost money. Probably other type of tea the same:(

I have a bad impression after visiting the cafe on Vodičkova . The waiter entered the wrong dessert on the bill and refused to change it. He said that the dessert was already paid for and cannot be changed. He was rude and didn't even apologize. The coffee was delicious, but after such a bad service, the mood was destroyed for the whole day.
