No need to tell about the available choices. Quite known to everyone. The panoramic view is really nice and if you are lucky you'll find a table close to the edge.

This is a large starbucks with several seating options. It is good for work/study. Employees are nice and professional. Restrooms can be improved though.

Classic Starbucks, nice drinks, excellent service and tasty sandwiches. You should visit this place if you want to drink coffee nearby.

Freshly renovated store located in the heart of Prague near Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. Respectfully represents the Starbucks brand, which opened its first store in the Czech Republic on January 22, 2008.

A very nice cafe in a very central location. You just sit and enjoy people walking by, trams passing by. The staff here is really helpful and energetic. They do their best to give the perfect service. I strongly recommend this one instead of others

Might be I'm too positive? But to me, every Starbuck branch in the world, no matter how big or small, is of a high standard and this one is no exception. I have not experienced anything bad with it so far.

Loud humming of a wind turbine inside this shop. Lots of dirty cups, plates, rubbish on tables and nobody cleans it up. Nice location with large windows and nice view, but the humming noise will drive you crazy. Dirty and dusty floors. The trams passing by every minute also create loud screeching noise. Run off the mill Starbucks drinks not worth my ink. Insufficient heating, I shiver from cold.

Good service, tasty coffee, great location. However, the café itself was messy and dirty with stains on the chairs and tables and trash on the floors.

Lovely and helpful baristas at this location. I brought my dog and he was given a complementary “pup cup” with whipped cream. This is a great location to hang out and do some work as they have free Wi-Fi. Clean bathrooms too, but you must pay for access, even as a paying customer, which I find inappropriate. Very central in Prague and close to the Charles bridge etc. Can be a bit noisy.

One of the best Starbucks in Prague - great location in city center, fast processing time, a lot of different coffees and tasty snacks and desserts. 5 out of 5. Definitely can recommend.

Unfortunately my Americano tasted mostly like water, but the staff was super nice and helped me out without hesitation.

Service at this place is pretty nasty! I asked for a drip caffee and was told, they don't have it and will not make it. They offered Americano, but told ne I'll have to pay higher price for it. After asking if I could charge the same as for regular caffee, as they didn't want to bother with brewing new, the server said "Whatever" she changed me like fir drip caffee but also had to oay for the cup! Seriously! Since when we have to pay for cups at Starbucks. This location has a lot to learn about Starbucks policies and some basic customer service

Place to get your fix before you tackle the steps up to the castle. CAN and US starbucks card will not work here.

Of all the Starbucks I’ve visited across the world, this particular one is by far my favorite. It has the most incredibly kind and patient staff. And each person who works there is very friendly as well. During my two-month stay in Prague, visiting this “Starbucks family” in Malá Strana was definitely one of the highlights of each and every day.

Pleasant personnel and cozy interior. I liked comfortable furniture where you can relax and enjoy your coffee break. My personal recommendation is cheesecake New York and brewed coffee with milk.

Great service- even had an apple pie without milk products for me. Overpriced compared to local options but worth it every now and then.

It was raining lightly when we arrived at this square. Then we visited this Starbucks in the corner. I didn't buy anything here, but my friend bought a cup of coffee. One of them bought the souvenir probably. It was winter in February and the place was warm.

Beautiful location, in one of the central areas of Prague. Welcoming and fast staff. We got here in a cold december day, while visiting the city. The inside was really warm. There were some cute mugs and cups Starbucks branded. Few nice kinds of bisquits and patisseries to take with the warm beverage. Very crowded, but I had a nice ginger latte with a view.

It doesnt even deserve 1 star. Totally rip-off. I didnt expect this from a world brand Starbucks. Today i wanted to buy a caffee sandwich bundle and i asked latte and he said ok. After that he asked me a question in local language and ii didnt expect something like that like this and after that he just gave me a ice cold espresso. We said him that we asked a latte from him and wanted to change but he get angry and said you shaked your head when i ask in Czech. And he refused us and get angry. We paid 5 Euros for a cold espresso. In my country even you don’t like the taste they change your order in Starbucks. So rude employee. TOTALLY SCAM!!

I like how they combined the modern furniture and old interior design. They let me ti use bathroom for free even though I didn't buy anything. To show how grateful I am I bought a tall peach ice tea. It was delicious. There was no sugar in it but it was sweet on it's own yet still bitter... Perfect for hot summer. 10/10 would recommend

The least pleasant Starbucks coffee shop ever. It is freezing inside and it looks as someone robbed and trashed this place. There is very little furniture and once cozy downstairs has paint peeling of the walls. Overall the most hideous and uncomfortable Starbucks location I’ve ever been to.

👍👍 The selection of unique flavors can tell from the start that you are in the right place. They choose an excellent name to describe their product. My large cup had a deep dark cherry chocolate, an apricot, and a lavender-blueberry scoop. The artisan ice-cream here is served by awesome staff that kind...
