Absolute circus with the waiter in this place. I came for 15 minutes to have tea and a snack. The waiter asked me to move to another table because it was reserved (in 30min). Although I said that I wouldn't sit for more than 15 minutes the waiter asked me to sit at another table. In the place where I moved it was impossible to sit because the mattress pad was completely misaligned. And no matter how I tried to fix it it wasn’t possible to sit on it. Due to my back pain I couldn’t sit on a chair… . After asking the waiter to help me, I was told to sit at another table in the corner of the cafe. When I wanted to know the details of the seasonal drink the waiter said he didn't know anything and would clarify. Unfortunately, He never did and I ordered what I was used to ordering. At the very end, the waiter said that it was necessary to leave a tip. I always leave a tip when I see that the service is good or even if there are faults but the staff tries I will always leave a tip. But to tell customers that they should leave a tip and immediately offer to leave a certain amount at the terminal, to me this is absurd. Especially if the waiter sees that the customer is not satisfied at all. I don't mind leaving a tip. But I'm sorry to waste my energy on such an absurdity in service. I don't recommend this place

Nice cafe in the city center. Nothing too special just a nice place to chill when you walk around the city. If you want filter or a bigger variety of coffee brewing this place is not for you. They offer late espresso and the extra thing is a Turkish style coffee and that’s it. I liked the homemade lemonade they had with forest fruits and my friend like her tea.

Wir waren zum Frühstück hier und waren begeistert. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns auf Wunsch ein vegetarisches Frühstück gezaubert. Es gibt sogar mehrere Milchersatz-Sorten zur Auswahl für den Kaffee

Avoid. Obnoxious/noisy main barista. I always give cafeterias at least four-five visits before forming strong opinion, however I have tried the place two times, both times it was beyomd horrible. Both experiences are quite similar. I came in to get coffee and study. I had to go to study elsewhere, pretty disgusted. Young redhaired barista (owner of place?) screams at his subordinates like they were little children, with a tone so obnoxious and entitled it made me sick. Two groups of partially drunk tourists walked in, i swear, even loud as the tourists were, the redhead guy's lament was incomparibly more obnoxious, even more so when he started to clean the coffee machine and started drumming with the parts of it to clean them. The place is small, the noise ricochets very unpleasantly there. I thought cafeterias should be a calm relaxing place. Bleh. Avoid at any cost. If you are looking for a good place for a spot of coffee try Cafe Kaple behind the corner. Coffee is worse, but the place is very calming and the workers are very nice there.

What a disaster. Run, run as fast as you can when you see this cafe/breakfast place. It just not this place but it seems every business in Prague is rude. But the waitress topped the rudeness here(second to the other cafe which just shut their doors on our face). Also look at the picture, it seems we just ordered arugula. Thank god the pancakes didn’t have them.

Tasty breakfast, they serve a memorable black tea. The sweet breakfast was delicious. 🙌🙌

A great small place. The service is amazing and always with a nice smile. The music is low enough to have a nice conversation but not too low that you cant hear it in the background. Order the grilled cheese. U wont regret

A nice and comfortable Cafe with very friendly staff and a broad variety of breakfast and snack options (with meat, vegetarian and vegan). I had a sweet breakfast and a hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows. Everything is fresh and well balanced, service was friendly and quick and prices are affordable and fair. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere perfect for a calm start into the day. I definitely recommend to go have breakfast here

We had a pleasant stay at the Café for our breakfast. The Waitress was courteous, the café and food freshly prepared and everything was delicious. We can recommend Café Modi without hesitation. Only the ambient could be a little bit cozier for my taste, beside that everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect!!! The food was delicious and the staff was super nice! This was my favorite food in Prague. They have a DELICIOUS croissant 🥐 I really enjoyed having breakfast here during my stay!

I only miss Prague because of this place, they have delicious breakfasts

This place was a complete disaster. The waiter( bald-blond hair) insulted us in their language taking advantage of being a tourist. Shouting at me and my friends for asking for two cappucinos, and laughing with another waitress( the one that prepares the coffes). They denied giving us napkins and the tap of the coffe. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone

Ordering an omlette you would normally expect it served warm or hot. Here however, its an ice cold patty which looks like its made of powder. God only knows how much time it spent in the fridge. No taste whatsoever. Overpriced but the bread was good.

Wir fanden es hier absolut super. Über Preis und Portionsgröße lässt sich vielleicht diskutieren, aber wir waren absolut zufrieden. Gratis Wasserspender, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Essen. War top und absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolles Café mit einem schönen Ambiente. Der Service ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Getränke und Speisen ebenfalls sehr lecker. Insbesondere das Avocado Brot mit Ziegenkäse. Wir kommen gerne wieder

A small, cozy café with an amazing staff and a great selection of homemade cakes and pies. They also offer some sandwiches as well as breakfasts. Lovely atmosphere and usually not too crowded.

We had a very nice coffee and medovnik! We really wanted to try medovnik, so it was a nice surprise to get it here. The service was really kind, the toilet is clean. Thank you!

Terrible service. I was made feel so unwelcome. Avoid! I walked in and the server behind the counter did not smile or acknowledge me in anyway I simply got a look that could kill. I walked to the counter and she decided to stay looking at what I guess was her phone for a further ten seconds or more. It was extrenely uncomfortable and I asked her if they had WiFi and she said yes. No smile or pleasantness whatsoever. I left my bag at a table and approached the counter again now her male colleague had joined. I looked for a menu and asked if it had food on it. He said yes and spoke to me like I was a child amd told me to sit down and he would come to help me. I checked the menu at my table and he said something in Czech to her and she laughed very loudly. I have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment. I just wabted a soup or coffee and some wifi to do some work. I wanted to stay to prove a point but life is too short. I told them I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I guess they are very unhappy people who get a kick out of being nasty. Avoid.

Delicious salmon avocado bread with mustard and dill. Best coffee I had in Prague and the owners are super friendly - went back the next day it was so good! Highly recommend

The food was good but the service was terrible and they ripped me off as they charged me for what I did not have. Too sad to see what happened to a place that used to be good.
