Disappointing Service. My recent visit to the Nespresso shop left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The service I received was abysmal, to say the least, and the staff's attitude was far from friendly. I had hoped for a pleasant experience, but instead, I was met with condescension and an unhelpful response to a simple inquiry. Upon entering the shop, I was intrigued by a limited edition coffee and decided to ask about it. To my surprise, the response I received was, "That's more expensive than the other coffees." The tone and implication behind that statement left me feeling judged and unwelcome. It's disheartening to be made to feel like I couldn't afford a particular item when all I wanted was some information. I couldn't help but wonder why I was treated this way. Did I give off the impression of being "cheap" or unworthy of their attention? As a customer, I should be able to ask questions about any product without feeling judged or belittled. The staff's response was not only unprofessional but also insulting, making me question whether they truly value their customers. Furthermore, it's worth noting that if I couldn't afford that specific coffee, why would I even bother entering the shop? Nespresso is known for its quality products, and I had hoped to experience their offerings firsthand. Sadly, this encounter left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend the shop based on the poor service I received. Customer service plays a vital role in the overall experience of any establishment, and this shop fell short in this regard. A simple and courteous response to my query would have sufficed, rather than an unwarranted judgment on my ability to afford a particular coffee. I hope that the management takes note of this review and takes steps to improve the customer service at their shop. In conclusion, my visit to the Nespresso shop was marred by terrible and unfriendly service. The condescending remark regarding the limited edition coffee left me feeling disrespected. As a customer, I expected better treatment and professionalism. I sincerely hope that others do not have to endure a similar experience and that Nespresso takes immediate action to address this issue.

I like the coffee. It's not the best in the town as some suggest but it is the best you can get in a capsule -> 2 stars. The service: much worse. The ladies at the store forgot that they are actually "just" the clerks and should be there for the customer. It seems that the location of the store went up to their heads a little bit. I went there with my parent during their visit in Prague. Bought the capsules and told them, that we can actually have a cup of coffee there, which is nice act from the Nespresso. But the service was terrible. The lady was clearly annoyed and while we were picking some cups they cleaned our coffee from the table. Anyways, that's why I buy Nespresso in Brno.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE STAFF ATTITUDE IS TOTALLY NOT REPRESENTING THE BRAND AND INSTEAD TARNISHING THE BRAND NAME! THE STAFF WAS AS COLD AS THE SNOW OUTSIDE, SHAME! Visited on 28.Feb.2023 (order # 27781196 / 27781218) - I wander the entire time looking for capsule/s and when I approached that staff, she appeared as if I am bothering her, I asked for certain product name - she was dismissive and readily appeared disgusted! I do not know what her problems were or if she minds assisting a foreign customer but her behaviour was felt by my mates. Appalling and rude, at one point she threw the additional box in the bag which is disgusting behaviour. When asked about a certain flavour profile, her response was unbelievably rude by pointing out the flavours available. She definitely tarnished the Nespresso brand by showcasing her being obnoxious. She hardly tapped the card machine when the transaction was completed signaling that I have to pay which I was not done yet as I just chose 6 boxes and was meant to purchase 20 BUT with her attitude I lost the interest on point! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THAT STAFF.

Terrible customer service. I had to wait and wait for someone to help me. They were behind the coffee bar cleaning and chatting one was busy with a customer. When they did help me it was not like it usually is. It was not fun. I look forward to going out to the store to get my coffee because it is usually a lovely experience this was like I was annoying them with my order

Nice place with a very good prices especially if you buy a big pack. The bad thing is that you cannot register if you dont live i Cezch republic so you cannot get a welcome gift.

On Parizka, which I believe is Prague's finest shopping street. The store is certainly swish. It's not huge, and appeared cramped when busy. My visit was simply to top up with pods. I found the three-way layout confusing, and suffered a long delay at the end counter, behind people with apparently more complex purchases.

We were served by a Junior Coffee Specialist and he was super friendly and knowledgeable! He was able to give us so much information about the different capsules and was very generous! He should be rewarded for his good work!!

Very nice shop for Nespresso. Got the welcome capsule pack from there and a lungo to go. Also offers free delivery with your order if you place it online.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes hard to find parking due to being a couple hundred meters away from the city's main square.

Bad service. A clerk named Sara gave me her attitude. I show her a list I prepare to buy but she gave me a box with all kind of flavor. I told her I just want to buy the flavor the list showed. She became so impatient and arrogant with bad words.

I recently visited the Nespresso shop in Prague, hoping to have a pleasant coffee tasting experience and gain some insights about their different coffee varieties. Unfortunately, my encounter with the staff member left much to be desired, and I left feeling disappointed and undervalued. From the moment we entered the shop, we were met with an air of condescension from the staff member attending to us. We approached him with genuine curiosity, asking about a specific coffee, hoping to learn more about its flavor profile or origin. To our surprise, the staff member's dismissive response was simply, "It's the expensive one," followed by an uninterested gaze. It was apparent that he had no intention of providing any helpful information or engaging in a meaningful conversation about their products. Not only did this encounter leave us feeling unwelcome, but it also made us question the level of customer service provided at this Nespresso shop. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with respect and have our inquiries answered in a courteous manner. Unfortunately, the staff member's behavior and lack of interest in assisting us were far from satisfactory. In addition to the poor customer service, we found the lack of product knowledge displayed by the staff member quite disappointing. Nespresso boasts a wide range of coffee varieties, each with its own unique characteristics and appeal. We had hoped to receive guidance and recommendations based on our preferences, but instead, we were met with indifference. Overall, my experience at the Nespresso shop in Prague was subpar due to the staff member's unprofessional behavior and dismissive attitude. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and provided with helpful information. Sadly, this was not the case during my visit. I hope that Nespresso takes note of this review and works towards improving their customer service standards, ensuring that all customers feel valued and welcomed in their establishments.

I have been buying Nespresso pods at Pařížská for many years. As it is located on a street with perhaps the most expensive shops in the capital, some of the staff used to act more than accordingly proud. My last visits were, though, the happiest possible: I happened to have been served twice by Veronika, who clearly adores her job and the product she represents. Her enthusiasm is so infectious and adorable! Five stars for everything!
