Never been anywhere like it before as they had thick rich hot chocolates that felt and tasted the best I've ever had by a long way. Also a very large selection of top notch cakes a must for a lunch stop in Prague

Chocolate themed cafe also serves delicious desserts. You can buy their chocolate bars and cocoa beans at the counter. The cafe itself is very relaxing and homey. Although popular among tourists, you can also find locals hang out here over their famous hot chocolate. To be honest the drink was not particularly impressive and we surely have tried better hot chocolate else where in the world. I guess it is the theme rather than the actual products that draws so much attention.

Really wide variety of chocolates and flavours of hot chocolate. The hot chocolate is really thick and tastes amazing. Very few food options here but the highlight is the chocolate.

Cheesecake was just fantastic! The freshest that i ever tried! Hot chocolate though was not really hot (let’s say warm) and really not tasty. Maybe it what is real hot chocolate tastes, but i didn’t really like. Gonna try with milk chocolate next time to compare

The perfect cozy cafe on a rainy Prague day. The mint tea with honey was wonderful. Most of the options are really thick and rich. Very filling.

Had one of the best chocolate cakes ever, cake was light and not too sweet, I guess it's because of the high quality chocolate. My wife said dark hot chocolate was amazing, she even ordered again. If you are a chocolate lover you should try their hot chocolates.. They have a special chocolate selection. All the cakes are freshly made by them, using their recepies (saw in the menu). I'm a coffee lover, I came here for the coffee + cake combo and was an awesome choice.

Perfect place to visit when walking in Prague. Everything was very delicious (especially hot chocolate and chocolate cheesecake!). We visited this place two times and we will go there next time when we will be near. Very warm and welcoming place for foreigners, calm music and English speakers too! Also you can buy some local chocolate (very big choice!).

What is there to say, except for WOW. A great choice of different cocoa brands, types and origins. It took us a long time to decide on a type, but if you ever wanted to taste really good cocoa - this is the place to be. There are vegan options available for every sort of cocoa - except for milk chocolates - and thus the choice is seemingly endless. Really great experience and we would definitely visit here again!

Great place to stay away from all the crowds and hot sun. Just takes a bit walking. Voila! comfortableness and relaxation. Love their rich dark chocolate drink and velvet cake. The ice expresso Tonic was delicious and unique.

Dark simple coffee: spectacular! Some of the are very thick…. And it’s a sweet experience, so maybe get a croissant along to break down the sweetness I liked it but my boyfriend didn’t The regular milk or dark ones are absolutely no mistake

Loved it! They have an amazing list of hot chocolate so you are sure to find something that will satisfy you. You can even buy some chocolate bars of some of the chocolate you can drink, and they taste just as good! The quiche were also tasty, well seasoned and with a yummy crispy dough. Also bought their hazelnut chocolate smreadh, and it's a killer, I'll definitely come again to taste their hot chocolates and buy more products.

I’ve been around the globe, and tried so many hot chocolates. THIS IS THE BEST THICK HOT CHOCOLATE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE! And I literally want to visit Prague again just to have it. Don’t miss it out!

Very nice food and drink and a great atmosphere. The cakes, in particular, are beautiful and very light. By contrast the hot chocolate is very rich so only get this if you're very hungry!

Visited Choco Café Delight and was blown away by their selection of over 30 hot chocolate varieties. Each one delivers a rich and smooth taste that's a treat for cocoa lovers. A must-visit for anyone craving a top-notch hot chocolate indulgence.

  • 4/5 Barbara G. 2 years ago on Google
The chocolate was delicious, it's the heavy one but that in 10 minutes you can sip it all. The service was nice as well. The 4 stars because of the toilet, was disgusting... With the amount of people I understand but in the other hand they should dedicate at least few minutes to check it up.

It is just molten chocolate! Absolutely fantastic. I did not try the desserts but they looked really good. I definitely recommend it to people if they like thick molten chocolate

i randomly found this café walking down the streets of prague and oh my! they have different hot chocolates and a great variety of desserts i’ve only tried the hot dark chocolate and the red velvet cake and let me tell you they’re delicious! the service was amazing, the café is super cute and i can’t wait to go back to taste the other cakes!

Beautiful retro interior, tasty cakes and kind customer service. We had chocolate cake, salted caramel cake and chocolate croissant. Salted caramel came was a winner for me. Regarding coffee I had the "choco" special but maybe it was too alcoholic for me. Next time I’d try the ordinary "choco". My gf had frappe with ice cream and she said that it was the best frappe she ever had.

This place is a blessing in a cold winter afternoon. We were fortunate enough to get a table without reservation after waiting for less than 15 min, due to some people that surrendered. The place was absolutely packed from 16 to 17. We walked in at 16 and decided to leave, hoping it'd get a little empty. It didn't happen, but thanks to those that weren't patient enough we got a table. The waitress are terribly kind, even though they were dealing with such a huge crowd. Not gonna say it was the fastest service, but considering the great menu they have, you should appreciate the time that you get to think about your order. The hot chocolate is magnificent. It is not powdered chocolate dissolved in milk or water, but rather pure chocolate melted, which you can accompany with whipped cream, fruits or liquor. Or, in my case, all of the above. I had a hot chocolate with cherry, rum and whipped cream. Pure indulgence. My taste buds where lost in pleasure. The coffee is also quite nice, but nothing to write home about when you compare it to the hot chocolate and pastries. The cakes where also a major hit. And while you're at it, you may just as well give the wines a chance. The atmosphere is also nothing to rage about. It was chill, but everyone was doing their own thing. We even offered to share our table, since we got a big four sits table and it was just us two. They told us no one ever did that, and the people who sat with us weren't quite pleased with the idea of sharing. So, not much of a good experience. Overall is a great place, something I would definitely recommend when someone is coming to Prague. I'm conflicted on whether I want to let everyone know how great it is, or try to keep it as secret as possible. But I guess the cat is already out of the bag! Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.

  • 4/5 Sian E. 1 year ago on Google
Incredibly generous portions and the hot chocolate is like a cup of melted chocolate! Lovely. Very busy so had to wait a while for the table and the toilets weren't in the best condition.

This cozy and lovely decorated café for chocolate lovers is definitely a must to visit in Prague. The café has a lot of tables but it is safer to reserve a table, especially when visiting with more than 2 people. Various types of chocolate from different places are offered as well as cakes and other hot drinks.

  • 4/5 Elinoy P. 2 years ago on Google
The cakes are fine, but the hot chocolate is really good!! Great choose for cold days 😊

  • 5/5 Mark G. 2 years ago on Google
Absolutely fab little cafe in the centre of Prague. On a cold snowy day it was a brilliant place to have a break and relax with the best hot chocolate I've ever had. The bruschetta with pesto and gorgonzola was powerful and delicious and the quiche had excellent thin pastry with a selection of fillings. Next time we're back in Prague we will definitely go back.

  • 3/5 Mario P. 2 years ago on Google
To be honest we didn't like the cakes. They were dry and very hard.Considering we ordered a Mascarpone cheesecake and a chocolate cheesecake I didn't expect this very low quality. On the other hand, they were quite tasteful. We didn't think about trying anything else as we were baffled of how hard the cakes were. Probably the chocolates and the beverages are better. No idea on this though.

Good coffee and amazing cakes. We ordered Nougat cake and it is one of the best ever tried.

This was a unique chocolate experience for me - think drinking a melted chocolate bar. You get a descriptive menu of all the chocolate choices akin to a coffee menu. I would recommend taking a chocolate drink with a side of fruit to dip in because it can be quite heavy. The cakes were amazing - was hoping to have time to go back for more during my trip!

If you are in Prague you MUST stop here and have one of their hot chocolates!! PRO TIP: order a glass of cold milk or water because the chocolate is very thick, but VERY DELICIOUS 🤤🤤

The first real hot chocolate I have ever had. It is thick in texture and the taste is really strong and amazing. The taste stays in your mouth after each swallow. It is like drinking a super tasty hot beverage for 15 minutes continuously. You may find dark chocolate a bit too strong, but I loved it.

Best hot chocolate that I've ever had. You can choose from so many types of chocolate. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend! To add, I came back to Prague a few months later and made a point of returning to this cafe. 5 stars!

  • 5/5 Lena F. 9 months ago on Google
I am absolutely thrilled with my visit to Choco Cafe in Prague. I ordered the white hot chocolate and the milk hot chocolate, both of which were utterly perfect - rich, creamy, and full of flavors. We also enjoyed the macaroons which were delightfully light and crispy with delicious fillings. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, adding even more charm to the overall experience. I highly recommend this place to all chocolate lovers!

  • 5/5 Patrick O. 4 years ago on Google
This place is excellent. Wonderful selection of hot chocolates, I've never seen so many options. I had a Madagascan while vanilla which was exactly how you would want it to be. Think, creamy and flavourful. My partner had a dark chocolate which was also delicious. The selection of cake was excellent and the red velvet gets a thumbs up. We don't have places like this is in the UK but I really wish we did! Would love to return.

What can I say? A choco cacao and a piece of red velvet, perfect and REALLY made my day! Thank you Choco Café for making me felt welcomed and making the sweet so perfect! Very friendly staff with big smile, good English and familiarity of their own products.

  • 5/5 Vagelis L. 5 years ago on Google
Very cozy cafe with probably one of the best hot chocolates we've ever had. I had an americano as well and it tasted great (very aromatic and flavourful). They have a large selection of chocolates (and other products) to buy for yourself or for a gift, that are really tasty and well decorated in boxes and bags. Also really good prices for what they offer, very professional staff in such a good location. Definitely recommended!

When you're German, like me, looking for a cozy place to have your cake and some coffee in the afternoon, after tons of sightseeing in Prague, this is the place to go to! A great selection of wonderful cakes and coffees, comfy chairs and a secure outside patio in the back of the Café make this place absolutely exceptional for a leaving the buzzing of the City behind you and relax to some delicious treats and soft classical music in the background. Very recommended!

Definitely the best hot chocolate in town! I tried the one with raspberry and every sip of it was pure joy ✨ The place is cozy and their staff are really kind to customers 🙌🏼 Also looooove the vintage postcards on the walls 👌🏼

Rich smooth creamy hot chocolate with choices of dark or milk options. I got the dark chocolate and it has the right amount of sweetness for me. The hot ginger tea was strong and hit the spot after a long day of walking. I had the peanut butter cheese cake to go, and it was really good. Dense rich chocolate cake layer at the base, chocked-full of nuts, then a peanut butter cheese cake layer in the middle that offers sweet nutty flavour with a smooth rich cheese cake texture, and finally topped with a smooth chocolate glaze that reminds me of a sneakers bar treat.

  • 5/5 Halil A. 1 year ago on Google
Around 50 hot chocolate items in the menu! Madness! Very lovely atmosphere! Hot chocolate has perfect density! I tried the dark chocolate and it had a nice strong aroma.

  • 5/5 Sarah M. 1 year ago on Google
The hot chocolate from Peru (8/10) had an interesting fruity flavour. You can tell that it’s beyond the usual hot chocolate. I wish it came with a small glass of water though. The place itself is pretty, and it was slightly busy. It’s a nice place to chill in the old town area.

Sister of the choco cafe in front of Bethlehem chapel around the corner. Lovely old fashioned cafe with cozy interior, deep armchairs and huge selection of delicious and thick hot chocolates.
