The lady at the desk was so unfriendly. I would never ever buy another juice there if she is in front of the counter!

Customer service 0. The girls at the till are rude. Instead of trying to help with their app, she couldn’t wait 3 seconds and already pointed at the card machine to pay making a face. Very unprofessional.

Ice cream scoop sizes seem smaller and smaller. The taste was okay and there was nothing to rave about. I wouldn't be happy about this if I got this portion outside the city centre. Pistachio ice cream was quite mild despite its popularity, however, the cone wafer was pretty good. For better ice cream option in the same price range, I would go for ovocny svetozor.

There's a tiktok video of an employee licking the ice cream of her fingers, off the napkin that she then uses on the ice cream, and again her fingers. Just nasty and people wonder how infection/disease spread.

Not recommended. I do not even wish to give them 1 star. That will be a lot for the kind of service they provide. Very rude and unprofessional service. Either employees are not paid well or they have the policy to shout at the customers for no apparent reasons . I don't think there is any change based on previous reviews they have received.

I ordered a "flat white" for 89 Kč (3,6€) and I got what you see in the picture. It took them a minute to prepare, the fastest flat white in history. What a disgrace. Next time call it "coffee with foam in a paper cup" so it's not a scam. For the same price you get a properly prepared coffee in Cafe Louvre or Cafe Imperial or even in bloody Starbucks. Same coffee for 65 Kč (!!) is offered in a ceramic cup in McDonald's. And you charge so much for this joke? It's just ludicrous. Don't visit this place, or if you do stick to the fruit juices.

They are good. The thin lady at the front managing is very nice. She also prepares juice. I think these guys are overworked. I think 3 would be ok.

Bad customer service from the gils working there, bad taste for juices, hot with no ice, overpriced!!! The girl who’s working there shouted at my kids !!

Extremely rude and arrogant staff. I didn’t like the experience. Unfortunately the woman who served me is a manager, I don’t think such people should set an example to younger workers

Manager showed to the new girl how to prepare drinks, then she start to behave with us, like with customers as a bitchy… I asked about what it blue smth bla bla… and she said, “hah, I don’t know” her behaviour near her employees was really bad , especially near new girl when customers came

Waited literally 5 minutes just for someone to look at me. I don’t know if I look too foreign but they just ignored me until I got upset and left. Bad customer service wouldn’t recommend.
