!ACHTUNG FALSCHGELD! Wir waren gestern dort spielen, haben Falschgeld ausgezahlt bekommen (200 Kronen Schein). Man kann sich sein Geld vom Automaten nicht automatisch auszahlen lassen, es muss eine Servicekraft gerufen werden die da keinen Bock drauf hat. Insgesamt schlechter Service, Touristen werden gemolken

We are a couple who travel the world, we have passed through many countries and continents, and we have visited many casinos around the world. We have never felt such hatred against Israelis, as we felt with you at the rebuy casino in Prague. Israelis are treated disparagingly and unequally, strongly recommend to stay away from there.

I was surprised with the hostility of staff and no drinks included despite the fact me and my friends have spent quite some time there. I would recommend choosing another casino if you want have pleasant evening.

Place with ani-casino-feeling alike. People work there as if there were force to do so. I do not recommend if you are looking for pleasent local to enjoy stay in Prage.

Ein etwas älteres Casino mitten in der Innenstadt von Prag. Große Auswahl an Automaten. Wenig Spieltische. Service war schnell und freundlich.

What a night! Me and 2 of my friends decided to have a play at the casino. Here is a little break down: The building looks terrible from the outside. I think next door the store also has blocked off windows etc. Looks terrible. Lets not judge a book by its cover. As soon as you go upstairs and get inside the casino, the feeling of the building goes away. Cute waitresses and hostess at the front desk. LOTS of roulette tables which was awesome bc it was not crowded. It was a lot of fun! The guy spinning the ball (forgot what they are called) was really funny. Good night

So smelly and strange smell coming through the moment you turn into the casino. it's all over the place. Cleanliness is the issue. Staff polite and professional. Whoever what comes to Cleanliness and a bad, smelly environment, they need to fix that.

Past one year I lost almost 250000 czk .but I love to go there. The staff is very friendly. I love to go on weekends.

Awful welcoming. Awful stuff. I’ve been in casinos in all continents. This is the worst I’ve ever been.

We went in the afternoon and it was pretty much empty. Staff from reception to the tables were very nice. They offered us free drinks as well once we sat down at a blackjack table. There were a lot of empty poker tables as we went in the afternoon. Seems to have daily tournaments in here.

With a smile, I read the negative reviews of dissatisfied customers, most of whom do not realize the essential thing that a visit to a casino begins with the initial registration with valid!!! documents, if they have them with them at all, and that this gambling seat is not a place for rest, a hermitage, a gallery or a free snack a bar with buffet tables or 24/7. Their private bank is open with the possibility to visit a free toilet and exchange office., and where they will win on the way home for the applause of the staff...

Totally rude staff!!! They like to see you lose 10,000 CZK but you are not allowed to take the fruit that is everywhere!!! It was my last visit to such an outrageous casino!!! Luckily there are still enough other casinos where the staff even offers fruit and snacks!!!

Clean and human-sized casino. Registration is easy at the entrance for foreigners. A wide range of slot machines and table games available: Blackjack, Roulette, Texas Holdem... A nice place to give yourself a little luck during your stay!

My favorite casino in the city for multiple reasons: 1) staff is awesome The team here has been very friendly in all of my visits. Some i feel i can really call "friends" 2) location So its right in the center, so metro tram etc is really close 3) roulette Multiple roulette tables made it so its not crowded which was great. Loving my personal space

Great casino. You have a free drinks for a while, then you have to pay or loose lot of money. Personnel is nice.

I came there because they said that it’s the best casino at Prague, in fact probably I shouldn’t have listened my Prague friends. Not polite, not nice nothing campare to my other casino expierence. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

When i was Prague i readed comments and I checked almost all casinos. Only trustful, clean and real i found here. There are so many casinos in Prague but you need to know where you should go. I recommend it here if you wanna just play game and enjoy.

TOP place. We were there super early in the day so noone was there were not many people there so its like we had a private casino. That....was....awesome!
