The price is too high for services and comfort they provide. Dirty, bad smell. Stuff is not friendly at all. Depressing atmosphere. If you want to use a locker you need to buy a door lock or rent it from them for 30kc every time. Few times I saw a woman, she was exercising and keeping her back pack with clean clothes and other things with her because she couldn't use locker. Old hairdryer and only one. 90% of time no paper in the toilet. For the same price in Jatomi gym you can have perfectly clean areas everywhere, shampoo and soap in shower zone, even make up remover. Hairdryers, a lot, and even iron. The cleaning lady cleans all areas every hour during the all day! Lockers and friendly stuff. And nice atmosphere. In MTV gym even for less price it's more clean and friendly. Hairdryers and shampoo. That is THE WORST GYM IN PRAGUE I have seen during last 3 years.

I just moved to Prague and I am looking for a gym to go to. Went in to the gym to ask about a membership. The gym was small but looked like it had all the basic stuff for a good workout. Started to talk to the front desk guy and quickly realized that he didn't care to talk to me. The short stalky guy with glasses spoke English but wouldn't answer any of my questions. I asked about a membership and he just handed me a paper with basic info. I asked about the hours and he told me they are written on the front door. I don't speak Czech nor can I read it. Just a little assistance would have been nice. Won't be signing up here.

This is the only gym that has charged me for working out for more than 90 minutes. The gym staff say that with Multisport card there is a 90 minutes time window, I have been to many other gyms way way way better than this one (Form Factory, Karlin & Andel). I have spent maybe 3-4 hours there (workout, swimming, sauna, jacuzzi) they have never ever charged even one single crown for it. The only reason I go to this gym is because its close to my house and parking is free for me as I live in Prague 6. The day I find any other gym that has free parking and slightly closer to my home, I will never go to this gym again.

I was here twice. First time I had a pretty good experience. I went there on Sunday morning only because the gym where I usually go opens at 2pm on Sundays. Then I went on Tuesday after work there and I convinced my boyfriend to go with me because I had good first experience. I ended up apologizing to him because of what happened there… So, we were both straight after work there - I had a laptop backpack, a purse and a sports bag with a change of clothes (so pretty big amount of personal belongings), and my boyfriend had a laptop bag and sports bag. We paid the entrance 200czk and I entered through the tourniquet. But then I saw that they didn’t give me the locker key so I came back to the reception and asked for the key. Only then they told me that they don’t have any keys left for the lockers but that I can leave my stuff in the small box which is in the exercising area. As I wrote above I had at least 2 bags that were 2 times bigger than the boxes they offered. So I said that doesn’t work for me and that I want to leave. They wouldn’t allow me to leave and they wouldn’t unlock the tourniquet. I asked nicely to let me go, but to that they said: “You already paid and we can’t give you back the money now”. I reacted with: “Is this a joke??? I can’t just leave my things here…” Luckily there was some client of theirs who had the key so he borrowed it to me and they convinced me to stay since they can’t give me back the money, and since I already wasted half an hour trying to get the locker… my boyfriend had to leave his things at the reception and constantly monitor to make sure his things are safe… I’ve never experienced such bad service in my life. The receptionist saw me with 3 big bags, allowed me to pay, enter and only then told me that they don’t have space for me to change (I was in my office clothes)… So, I’m never going back there and I hope this review will help others who decide to go there. However, better to go to Fitness Podbaba (in Hotel International) if you ask me… Good luck!

I like this gym, I’ve been visiting it for 2,5 years. The stuff is friendly and positive, the equipment is new and in good condition. Close to the metro. Working hours are from 6am till 10pm, that is comfortable. The prices are also very friendly. Highly recommended!

A good gym. The biggest problem is countless crowds of teenagers who just come there to hang out with their classmates, take pictures of themselves in the mirror and go home. As for the rest - an acceptable place for training.

Small gym with ok equipment. Well located. Really impolite and rude staff. There is a girl with round face and spots on her cheeks that is not only impolite, but also racist and laughs at customers often. Tbh, it is surprising that she is still working in the reception, in any normal business she would have been fired long ago...

Full service workout facility. Hours are flexible. People take pride in keeping it organized. All machines and equipment are functional. Right off metro stop.

Well located gym but not a great one. They have like 12 dumbbells and they are literally always unsorted. The bald trainer that’s always there is kind of a jerk who doesn’t like working in. Only one of almost everything, including the squat rack, and all the benches are wide as hell. Great place to watch other people work out but God help you if you have a schedule to keep. Kitted out for cardio, though.

Lol, lock costs 30kc per time or you can use your own (locker doesn't have built-in one). Manager who came up with it is crazy dude.

Decent gym, friendlier staff would be nice, functional treadmills as well and it would be absolutely beautiful if they would repair showers so there is more then just one fully operarional.

One of the best gym in Prague. Spacious with all possible equipment for a variety of exercise and relaxation zones. They are constantly improving and complementing the equipment. Practically without a weak spot. a lot of options with personal trainer.

I'm going there for 4 months. First time I went there they promised me 1 free lesson with a trainer. They said I'll receive SMS during 1 week. So.. I was asking them 6 times about this option on reception. And every time the girl with long black hair said me "you just need to wait". Last time I asked her, she gave me a card with a number and said "so, you can probably call or write to the trainer by yourself".

I like it just coz its near my house. Music is always slow & unrelated to gym, i think its radio. No cleaning spray, No good yoga mats, Shower is dirty.No handsoaps, one white receptionist always annoyed and switch off music 15 minutes before time.

Great local gym with all the basics. Machines, weights and cardio. Least busy in morning from 6-8 or afternoon from 13-17.

I think don't worth giving even 1 star. I wanna share my experience, I had a terrible moment. When I registered, no one didn't mention that if you wouldn't use the gym, you have to pay In any case. When I told them I had no idea, would you please postpone or stop my membership then I can pay this amount, now I cannot pay for the months that I didn't use the gym; they told me you have to pay, and then also they took my deposit because I stopped my membership. Their staffs are horrible and unpolite. The manager didn't also reply, and no one didn't help me out. The rules are only for helping them. Be careful if someone wants to register there, maybe you have to pay for some rules. I don't recommend this gym to anybody.

Nice and quite speciaous gym, pretty well equipped (i have found everything i need for my training, nice leg and abs area), not many people at the time of my training so used all i wanted and completed training without substitutions. I will be back for sure 👍

This gym is small, but gets the job done, especially with lifting. It costs 200 czk to use it one time, or 90 czk if it is your first time and you fill out a trial form on their website. You have to bring your own towel, but they provide paper towels and spray for cleaning the machines. Locker is large and free; you just have to ask for a lock. Has showers. Was not too busy at 6am on a weekday lol.

Perfect for heavy workout

I came here because there is an opportunity for a free try. I thought it was going to be bad because of the bad reviews. Then actually I decided to go here regularly. For this price, this is the best choice for people in the suburb, who live near the green metro line or near the tram lines which stop at Hradcanska. However, sometimes I have to wait to get to popular machines - but it's the same in every other small gyms. It's true that it is kinda stupid mistake of them to give you a padlock for 30 czk/each use - but you can ask instead for a key to the smaller boxes in front of the entrance for free, and you can put your values there.
