The worst experience ever. I am a Form Factory's client since many years but it never happened something like this. I was there a couple of weeks ago, on Monday evening between 6 and 7pm. I was almost at the end of my workout, when suddenly one of the personal trainers (I don't mention her name) literally threw my towel on the floor to let her private client sit on the bench I was using first. When I asked the reason why she did it, she just said that the gym was full and I had to wait for my turn without even apologise or at least ask to switch as normal people do. When I told her that she should lead by example and ask her client to use at least a towel (since she is a personal trainer), she completely ignored me and pushed her client to keep going and complete the exercise. In the end, not only I had to wait for them to finish, but when they left I had to turn the bench to the right position and clean the sweat! During so many years, I never met a trainer so incompetent and arrogant. Not only she was rude and unprofessional, but she completely ignored the basic rule of hygiene and respect! How is it possible that at this time there are trainers like that and even worse they work in gyms like Form Factory?!! I am completely shocked and I will never go back again. NOT recommended at all! 1 Star is even too much.

The swimming pool is gone and in its place, a studio hall, creating awkward walls between the lounge chairs on both sides. Renovation of this pool removal seems badly planned as there are now narrow sharp turns that could result in collision during peak times. The hot tub/ jacuzzi water was cold. If there was maintenance, it should be done during non-business hours. Love the spacious gym room and private shower cubicles in comparison to other FF branches. Unable to adjust water temperature of the showers. It goes from warm to scalding hot by itself.

Well I've seen better... Very crowded in the afternoon, the selection of the machines is unfortunately not as big as in other ones... But generally good

The workout equipment is new and fairly good, although the gym feels crowded with it. The negatives all stem from them trying to save money: Waited 20 minutes at the reception to get my multisport card scanned because noone was there Removed all the shower heads so people would not spend so much time in the showers Showers have a disgusting smell, probably due to a lack of cleaning They got rid of the pool in favor of another group workout studio All in all, it feels like they're just trying to save money anywhere they can even if it ruins the experience

Year to year its being worsening. Most of the staff (not all) are very rude and unpolite. Today before closing lady told me I shall get out ASAP because she is missing her tram, otherwise next time she will not let me in. It happened when I was staying half naked at men's dressing room :D :D No comment...

Previously it was good, now it is just disaster. - Machines are in bad condition (looks like lacking maintenance) - They closed swimming pool. - Most of the time jacuzzi is not working and if it works water is really dirty (green colorish) - Only 1 shower works out of 3 in welness area on which you have just cold water. - Most of the man showers are not working properly (impossible to regulate temperature, knobe not working). In addition hygiene level in showers are really low. I used to be a frequent visitor of this place, not anymore. Advise to management: Take an example how Andel club is done. There everything is on spot.

Big place, there is many machines, but also many people, many young people as groups, so one machine can be booked for 10-15 minutes if they are working on one machine, the place is inside a mall, good location if you live in prague 8, great to do shopping after workout.

Just avoid the gym from May to Sep and definitely never go there during peak hours. No windows, barely working A/C. The smell there is terrible. 3/10

Gym where the time stood still. Pros: I appreciate that they renovated the showers; the smell coming from the old ones was nauseating. Redtrooms are always clean. The staff is usually very nice. The gym is quite spacious with lots of cardio equipment. Cons: The air-conditioning sucks, and the air is stale and stuffy. The equipment has seen better days. Some threadmills randomly stop after a few minutes. Some machines are out of order for months on end. Bench press racks without safety rails, so a no-go without a spotter. No hip thrust machine. Dressing rooms are pretty run down as well. Some lockers cannot be locked properly.

All good. Big enough to find your own space. A bit pitty they didn't keep the swimming pool, but still good place where to relax.

Super wornout ergs (concept2 rowing machines). Drag factor is 70 at highest level. Maybe it is good for casual warmup, but not for workout. Told about this problem 4 months ago, still nothing changed. There are 3 times cheaper places around this area with these machines in good condition. However, many treadmills at least..

Very good gym, but also very crowded and not extremely clean.

Showers in the relaxing/wellness zone could be better - working and better control of water temperature. It is hard to get cold enough after sauna. Besides really good place for workout and relaxing

Men shower are not functional at all. There is only 1 working shower in wellness area for all the men in whole gym.

Form Factory bought a gym called Altimo (or something). They did not replace the machines nor invest in fixing the place up. Usually Form Factory is my favorite place to go - Especially in Eden! But this is not a tru form factory. Inside the cross fit section, the Form Factory stickers have been placed over the old Altimo Fitness stickers lol and you can still see them. The equipment is aged, rattly and worn down. Half the room is treadmills but only like 4 people using those. Needs more modern machines and modern in-demand machines. Some noteable stuff definitely missing from this location. The good: Customer service is good! Wow, I know , rare in the citty. Also the showers are indeed modernized and cleand and nice.

Could you please finally fix air condition ,it’s impossible to stay there , stale air ,no matter any weather c firstly I was told that it’s max ,then they are fixing cmone guys !!! Invest some money and make proper ! With the previous owners all worked fine ! Shame on you !!

Perfect gym. But there is no machine for abs. That's why it's 4*

Used to have a small swimming pool, but now it's walled off :( Fitness and wellness are ok though.

Hello. The hotel truly deserves all 5 stars. I liked everything, it's very cozy at home, I advise everyone to stay here. The breakfasts are very tasty, there is a promenade nearby for walking, the administrator Ekaterina knows her business!

Overpriced and doesn't worth it.. It's extremely stuffy, machines and equipment are dirty, old and primitive, crowded. Showers are burning hot/cold, nothing in between.

Very rude receptionist, who ruined your mood immediately. Gonna choose another club with more welcoming staff.

Always full of people, even at random times in the middle of the day, which is of course not the gym's fault they are simply popular. But still it is little bit of a claustrophobic experience.

Very well equipped gym; the classes' variety and schedule can be convenient for anyone. The facilities' cleanliness is maintained well. The staff from the receptionists and the classes' instructors to the cleaning ladies are helpful and kind. Any new visitors, please be aware that for the Harfa affiliate you will need to have your own padlock for using the lockers in the changing room. If you don't have one, you can buy from the supplier Žralok, located on the mall's ground floor (near the Albert super market). However, this is more convenient than using coins or electronic locks and, after all, the padlock and the key stays with you when you exit the gym. Overall, positive experience, definitely worthy of a membership!!

I’ve been to other branches of FF and I think this one’s a killer. Super fancy equipment and spacious. I wish they had abs machine as well, but anyway this will be my choice going forward. 💪💪💪
