😠 Squash Hastal was my most favourite Squash place I visited so far in Prague. I would consider myself as a regular customer, also bringing loads of friends along. Until today. The service turned out to expose the most unprofessional allegation towards one of my fellows and me stealing one of the rack... People often mention racket, squash, play, time,

I have visited the place couple of times. Everything was ok until I received an accusation of stealing a racket via phone with threats that police will be called if I don't return the racket till the end of the day. They guy on the phone was very rude and obviously acted impulsively because he did not even check the cameras at the reception. He found the racket 30 min later... After such a treatment I don't think that neither me nor the other 3 colleagues that I played with will ever visit that place again.

Used to come here regularly, until my friend was accused from stealing a racket and was threatened that police was being called(?!). We booked two courts and were asked multiple times "if we were going to pay", WHILE we were playing. We always have paid after our games, which is what every player there is doing as far as I have seen. Then, next day my friend got called and was accused of stealing a racket and the call was ended with "bring the racket or we call the police". Then 20 minutes later it was handled by a TEXT message "we found the racket." Never experienced this kind of behaviour in any of the other squash places in Prague and I will not return to Squash Haštal with my colleagues and friends.

Easy to reserve, in the city centre. Courts and locker room are in good conditions

Drilling two holes and putting a low net in the middle of a squash court does not magically turn it into a badminton court. Highly unrecommended for badminton. For 400kč you can book a real badminton court. Also, I was able to book a first time reservation online and when I arrived they said that I actually need to pay for membership in order to play. After the look of surprise on our faces, they allowed us to play and get membership next time (there won’t be a next time) but that’s not cool. Add this info on the website.

Great gym, lots of equipment, a bit older but fun, with many features, there's also a reception with drinks & snacks, & also four squash rooms I think, all great

Just started going and it's great, quite a lot of curts, available to book online, reasonable prices, all the utilities you would need. Nothing bad to add

We go there for Ping-Pong and Badminton. You need to create an account on a website to book courts but the staff is happy to create one for you if necessary. If it’s quiet, you can always play 10-20min more and the place is nice.

I’m member of this squash club already for 2 years. Tried many places in Prague. Playing here every time I’m in city center. Overall venue is not super new and fashionable but it 100% serves it purpose, I come here to play squash and then enjoy some sauna afterwards. squash + sauna (1h) = ~600 CZK If you need the can lend a racquets and balls.

Walked in and asked the girl behind the counter if I could play squash. She said 'hi' , and ' yes you can' . I could play then and there. She gave me ball and racket and an hour for 420 kr. Courts were older but perfectly fine. Cannot complain at all. Thank you adel for your friendliness. Recommended .

We decided to choose Haštal as our first place to start the squash adventure. Everything seemed fine for the first two times, even though the place is inside of a hotel, quite neglected, not too clean (ladies' locker rooms) and the courts are dispersed between 1st floor and a deep basement. The young guys at the reception looked like they're punished by working there, but alright. Location is nice, so we came back. At the third time, a very grumpy woman at the reception told us that we need to buy memberships (both of us) to play. We told her that nobody told us before, we've been here 2 times so far, to which she replied "not my problem". The membership is 300 CZK per year per person and gives you absolutely... NOTHING - no booking priority, no rental discount, not a single thing that would make me consider. It's a fee for you to have a privilege of stepping inside of the club. Information on the website mentions the membership, but doesn't say you MUST have it. I can't imagine a first-timer who would pay that without testing the place first and make a commitment of that sort. On top of that the prices are not the lowest and the standard of the club leaves a lot of field for improvement. Guys, you're really missing out on all the people who want to check out the place and find out the best venue for then, you're missing out on tourists, who'd like a one time visit, you're missing out on MultiSport users who want to change their sport on many occasions or even on the guests of the hotel that's in the same building. We found a much nicer, cleaner and cheaper place in Prague 4. Good luck.

You need to buy a club card for 300 CZK with validity of 1 year. But its worth if you go regularly.

The service turned out to expose the most unprofessional allegation towards one of my fellows and me stealing one of the rackets and threatening with calling the police. Ironically they found the racket a short while after the threat themselves. I sincerely hope they gonna improve the service in such crutial situations. Me and as well all my friends are done with this place.

😠 Before the pandemic i would have given them a good review. the gym is spacious with nice, new equipment and really nice decor which creates a good atmosphere. but, their handling of the pandemic situation has been abysmal. 😠 The staff at the reception - you're the first timer and asking questions about PT and the lady is rather engaged in looking at her phone&replying messages and answering you in a way to get rid of you. 😠 The worst experience ever. I am a Form Factory's client since many years but it never happened something like this. I was there a couple of weeks ago, on Monday evening between 6 and 7pm. I was almost at the end of my workout, when suddenly one of the personal trainers (I don't mention her name) lit...
