Good cafe, small but very nice. Located in Malostranská, walking distance from Charles bridge. Nice, tasty cakes, for cake lovers. Nearby shops, hotel and many nice tourist attractions. Tram stop is just infront of the cafe, several trams, for example tram number 20 or 12. In the square infront of the cafe there are often all kinds of nice markets. From there you can walk up to the presidential palace, which you can see from many locations.

Our first night in Prague and I think we have been lucky to find this amazing restaurant where to eat. Everything was very tasty. We had: potato gnocchi with sheep cheese, goulash soup and beef goulash. Then for dessert: banana split (not very typical but absolutely delicious), sweet buns with strawberries and apple strudel. The last ones were incredible. We had 3 small beers, very good. (Total 43€.) Our waitress was so kind and nice to us, thank you again for being so patience. It’s right in front the tram stop, it’s perfect. Sincerely recommended.

Authentic basement PIVNICE in the center of Malá Strana. Guláš and vepřový bok were great but stay away from “halušky”. Beautiful atmosphere, attentive staff. Huge tables that can be put together and accommodate party of 20. There is a restaurant, coffee place, wine place and pivnice all in the same building. Choose what fits you the best 😀

Traditional local food. 🇨🇿 Tasty duck meat with tender meat. I just didn’t like the buns. We enjoyed the Goulash soup 💯 The beer is super 👍

Another great restaurant in Prague! We had the duck and pork belly. Both dishes were very delicious, especially the duck! Service was fast and the staff was very kind to us. You won't be disappointed with this place!

Great restaurant with outdoor dining. Beers are cold 🥶. It wasn't too busy around 4pm. Tried the pickled sausage and pork belly.

The classic Czech food items we tried there we Goulash and Duck Confetti. Both were great dishes. We were told that tip was not included in the bill and then they added a tip amount and showed us the ATM card machine which felt a bit forced. But otherwise the food and the experience is great

We visited for dinner and I had the tastiest goulash I've eaten in Prague, it wasn't overly rich and the dumplings weren't too heavy. My husband had the schnitzel and said this was tasty. Our server was pleasant and made sure we always had enough to drink

We had some delicious traditional czech food. Prices were fair and the location is great. Definitely recommend trying the goulash and the duck leg confit.

Found this restaurant wondering around. Service was friendly, her recommendations on the Veal Goulash was spot on. The drinks we made well along with the desserts. You must try the Sweet Buns with cream and strawberries. Delicious. The ambiance was nice, lots of locals and tourists.

Stopped in for a few beers today on a Christmas Day walk around Prague. Very good beer. Good Service. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

Extremely rude staff member in the pub side of the restaurant. Unfriendly and rude from start to finish. Then after all that she demanded a tip (first time I've had to tip in Prague and for all the wrong reasons). The food was mediocre and overpriced. Wouldn't go again or recommend.

Mostly Czech food with pork and beef. Rarely there's something vegetarian. Rather a tourist destination because of higher prices. Daily lunch menu is affordable for locals, but still on the more expensive end. Great location and history, nice atmosphere of a Czech pub. Excellent service and good food. I give 3 stars only because they don't make the effort of providing meatless versions.

We went there on the 1st floor for a dinner. The food was fine overall but we got an awful service that ruined everything else. The waiter (Mara S.) was very hectic and in a rush without any visible reason. I ordered pork BBQ ribs but got pork belly instead. We asked if the waiter is sure it’s ribs and he assured us the dish is correct. When we got the bill and saw a different dish for a different price, we asked again and the waiter again basically lied us to the face and said it’s ribs. Pictures of food, the bill and the menu with the names of what I got and what I ordered are attached for reference.

One of the best restaurants in city. Just embrace the good beer , view and food. Service is very good.

One of my favourite places in Prague, always my first dinner when I'm back. My standard order is a steak tartare, a svickova (beef, cream sauce and dumplings) and a cold beer! Their non alcoholic beer is also amazing (draught). Highly recommended.

Been here many times. Never disappointed. Service is hit or miss, depending on who you get. But good is excellent (recommend either the very typical svickova or the fried cheese). Plus the tank beer is good and all great prices in a great location.

My daughter and I came here after about 24 hours of travel, so we probably didn't get the full experience. I had the beef goulash which was tasty, along with a well-deserved beer after the travel. I actually was at this restaurant 7 years ago on business. I remember a great night eating here. Staff was pleasant.

Typical czech food place where czech people stop to eat. 3 minutes from the Charles Bridge and on the way to the castle. The food is delicious, and despite its location it is not crowded.

A local classic. Cannot go wrong here. Great local food and beer. High quality of service. It has been a favourite for many years. Still quite reasonably priced. Can get very busy during peak hours so try to avoid those.

We really liked the Svickova and the goulash soup! Atmosphere was pleasant and the waiter was awesome. Not the highest rating because initially we were told there is no space for us and we had to ask ourselves for an empty table we have seen.

Came to this place because the inside seemed very elegant and pretty, didn't get disappointed with the coffee and a desert. However, the prices are too high for what was served. We payed around 250Kc for a piece of cake, two coffees and a bottle of water. So it's not for someone who are on a budget, but the atmosphere is everything here, feels a little bit hidden from the nosy street outside what gives it a more of an intimate vibe. However, the service wasn't the best, because although the staff was nice, after some time when we finished our coffees it felt like we're being pushed to leave the place.

Everything here was delicious beyond our expectations. We all ordered something different and it was really good. No food left on the plate. When I noticed there were no other tourists inside but locals filled up quick, I knew I found the right spot. Reasonably priced with authentic czech on the menu. Come early or you will be waiting. I would come here again for sure

Very nice, not too expensive restaurant. Really liked the food. Good portions - not too big, not too small. We were 2 people each having one main dish (dinner - duck and beef) and one 0,5 L beer: 26 Euro in total.

Good service and delicious food 😋 We tried the Buffalo wings, Duck leg, Grilled chicken and the classic Pickled cheese ❤️

The beef tartare was so delicious. Sad I was only able to visit them once. The meat was perfectly spiced and seasoned and went so well with the greens, red chillies, raw garlic and fried bread. Soup and duck was also good. Also liked that they had the Rezane mixed beer. Would definitely recommend!

Very good service and one of the best Czech dishes we've tried in few days. Also, fresh Pilsner Urquell on tap. Highly recommended.
