😠 Very intrusive waiters who will make you feel uncomfortable. Problems with payment process because of order for a low amount. Rude waiters and bartender will screw up your evening. Do not recommend!

Ok experience totally ruined by "unprofessional" behaviour of one of barmen, Konstantin, demanding to pay more for services than was agreed before and even threatening hosts next day when declined!! Strongly discourage anybody from doing events there.

Met for a convention in this place which itself was OK but we paid for service we agreed for upfront but then the barman/manager guy asked us to pay more. Instead of resolving the issue in-place he resorted to blackmailing our host next day. Unprofessional!

Visited once for the detective game and it is overall a nice place, though the shisha needs some improvement)

Love this place. Staff very friendly. Lots of private corners when you just want a nice chat with your friends without shouting. Music is at a very decent level. It gives you privacy without killing your eardrums. Beer is excellent. Place is super clean. Non Czech welcome. Prices are very decent too.

Nice cosy bar. Good drinks with reasonably prices. Happy hour from 18:00 to 20:00. Good spot to grab a drink or two after work.

Rude waiters, that want you to pay for what you've already payed, preorganized evening for us was declined by them after we sat there for couple of hours, ordering of course. Don't recommend anyone to even try going there.

it was really terrible, we had to finish our evening earlier because we didnt ordered 'enought'. Recommend to fire the barman Konstantin who actually inroduced himself like an owner he was really rude and unprofesional.

Great place to come with a group of friends to have a good time. The staff are friendly, the food is great and the drinks are as well. Various different events are organized every week, so you will never get bored of coming to this place. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone near Karlin.

I shall start off by saying that, for several reasons, I usually don't write reviews about the places I visit. This time my experience has been so memorable, that I really thought it was worth rating it, also as a way of praising the excellent service I’ve received. Looking forward to another visit, well done! (I happened to be there on the night of the Champions finals and, even though I’m not a football lover, I must say the cozy atmosphere made me as well have a good time watching it with my friends)

👍👍 For me, the best place to eat in Prague. Not only drinks, but also foods arrive at your table on trains. On some tables, trains return to even take empty plates! On top of that - the food is delicious, same goes for drink. The staff is very kind and polite. I definitely recommend this place.
