The museum is pretty cool. There isn't a lot to see but it's quite enough. The price is too high in my opinion (250czk), especially because you can see everything in 30 minutes or so

I had fun but it’s also a bit of a tourist trap and not worth 21 € entrance fee for 2p 10minutes of looking at some aged collection of sex toys. They are missing some pretty cool things, lacking good explanations, no context. Just a random display of some toys that they found.

Fun, entertaining, knowledgeable place to visit. It’s better to go with your friends or your partner, cause you gonna laugh a lot! It’s guaranteed! I really loved that everything had the explanations in different languages. When you finish all the exhibitions, don’t forget to turn left on the ground floor (opposite reception) and go to the cinema, they have the old movies lol Good point for them as well, as just to attract people they have some fun stuff before the entrance, come check it out :)

Worth the entry fee, would recommend it. The staff were nice too. My only criticisms are: 1. Some items didn't have much detail in the descriptions, some of the English translations were not accurate, and some of the dates were incorrect e.g. "late Victorian" as 1991 instead of 1891. 2. There was almost zero queer representation and no mention of trans people whatsoever. Overall very hetero-normative.

PERFECT FOR ALL (ADULT) TRAVELERS This museum was very thorough at showing the history of devices. I learned of items I had no idea existed. For the price tag, I thought this museum lived up to it’s cost. I highly recommend this to anyone going to Prague.

The concept of the museum is good and we had a good time. We paid the student price, but after visiting the place we think, it's a bit high. The exhibition is a bit old and there is not much text about the different exhibits. We would only recommend it, if you have a lot of spare time - there is a lot of other cool stuff to do in Prague!

One of my favorite museums in Prague! This is a nice museum that both kids and adults would enjoy. The exhibits are interactive and the explanations provide a lot of context. Even though I've never seen a Karel Zeman film before, the museum did a great job building up the context. The exhibits show the process that Zeman uses to create his film effects and also shows the literary significance of his work. I'd highly recommend going here!

Very interesting place! Super risque yet very clean and the collection was massive with multiple floors of exhibits. We spent about 45 minutes here and had alot of fun looking at all the items displayed. Right off Old Town Square it was easy to get to and did not take us outside of the area we were site seeing in. Lots of gawkers at the front of the museum but once we got through them inside it was easy to get around with lots of space. They also had a souvenir section with some pretty dirty little magnets and the like that went perfect with the rest of the museum.

I attended it on Friday. Small but interesting to visit as you will find some surprising things there. It takes ca 1 hour to see all the exhibits. Love tester armchair is funny, so stay longer near it to see the reaction of people based on test results and, for sure, take a sit and get to know your results.

Realy good breakdowns of how the visual effects in some of Zeman's films where made with examples where you can try it yourself. Recommend for anyone interested in film above the age of 8. Although it is a bit expensive for what it is. I went through the entire museum in roughly 1,5 hours.

Fantastic small museum. My 11 and 13 year old were entranced by exhibits. They do a nice job of explaining and showing in short films, Zeman's different techniques and there are a series of video and photo opportunities where you can do it yourself on various props including a great green screen opportunity at the end where you can put yourself into clips from the original movies. We had a terrific time in part since it was such an unexpected activity in the middle of our trip to Prague. i just wish we could watch the movies now that we are home.

Overpriced for the size. Frequently visited but not enough space for many people. A lot of historical toys and kinks, which was very interesting to learn about. Cinematic exhibit from the early 1900s. Visited within an hour. Could be a 30 minutes visit.

Entertaining and fun museum with lots of exhibits. The old cinema room with silent movie was a fun watch too. Not too pricey so worth the entry price.

Very funny great place to kill hour or so

Very fun and unique place to visit. Loads of interesting things I had no idea about. You end up your visit in a silent cinema which was a surprise. Definitely one of a kind place to visit!

Did you know that us humans have been Randy little buggers for hundreds of years? I didn’t. But i do now! This place is a wonderful hour or 2 of exploration into finding how people have been trying to get themselves off since Victorian times. Everything from “carefully shaped” wooden implements to toy tanks with interesting attachments to bags that ladies back door burp into to hide the smell, this place has it all.

I thought it was very interesting and quite advanced for the time period the inventions they had. Definitely interesting place to check out especially if it is a rainy day or even a sunny day. So many things in museum to see.

It was interesting to learn so much about toys that were used throughout the years. However there was no air conditioning inside and it was difficult to focus on anything longer than a minute because of the heat.
