One of the best natural history museums in the Republic. Very nicely and clearly processed, professional (maybe too much for the layman in places, but still understandable) and made with love with a large number of finds from our territory. It is not entirely suitable for small marmots, who will appreciate the fossils and dioramas, but the texts will probably be too challenging for them (of course, it also depends on the parents if they can explain them to the child, in any case, the form is not primarily aimed at children. If you are looking for something similar for little ones, I recommend Prague's Trilopark). The only drawback to the beauty is the opening hours (Wednesday, 10:00 - 17:00, and closed during the summer holidays), so a weekend or summer trip is out of the question. But let's be lenient - the museum is the work of academic enthusiasts who hold services there on those Wednesdays. And for a ridiculous entrance fee

A small university museum big with its valuable content. The biggest attraction is a replica of the skeleton of a dinosaur of the genus Carnosaurus. Young paleontologists will certainly be excited about the visit.

It is hard to get in there, but once you'll get into the basement of the university, you can take a look at all those great fossils and an amazing Carnotaurus reconstruction. For dinosaur fans it's a must-visit place.

A small but beautiful museum in the center of Prague. Definitely worth a visit. Ideal for a trip with children. Attention, open to the public only on Wednesdays.

An excellent place with the right museum atmosphere, the children also liked the underground of the faculty and the peek into the laboratory that we passed by.

Cool exhibits, even though it's somewhat small for a museum. Carnotaurus was great, one of my favourite dinosaurs. And I really liked the collection of fossils. I used to search for them myself :)
