So far it's the most beautiful place I've seen in Prague, and definitely one of the lovliest parks ever! ♡ I felt like I'm in heaven, seriously! Will be back, for sure! Be sure to take paths nobody else is taking ;)

This is large park of outstanding natural beauty. It is comparable to Yosemite National Park, but smaller. It’s downside is that it is very crowded, poorly managed and maintained, and overbuilt with residential homes and other buildings. After having walked some 3 km, I quickly left.

Beautiful nature relief, literally minutes away. It's very close and easily accessible but once you're inside it's like you are miles away from any major city. As of September 2019: Trams 20 and 26 start/end here. It's also 2 tram stops away from the green metro line. At night tram 91 goes here as well.

Maybe because the weather wasn't good that day, it was murky and occasionally rainy, so I didn't feel all the beauty here. But it felt really liberating to climb to the top, I just lost my way after that

Even in winter Divoka Sarka has its charm and is worth the trip! It offers spectaculiar views! If you love nature hikes and love rock formations you will like it!

Absolutely stunning place. Pretty wild, rocky, with good climbs. Good paths for walking through with markers indicating you're still going the right way. More wild rocky forest than park, although there's large meadows where people gather and sunbathe. Following red trail takes around 5 hours. Can skip at some points and catch a bus back to center. Unbelievable you're still in Prague in this place.

A large park with high crags and a reservoir This is a large and pleasant park with two high crags rising from the riverbed. The river is dammed and has a reservoir behind it. Along the reservoir are areas for water-skiing and other activities. Like all the parks of Prague, this is a nice place for those wishing to walk dogs or to exercise.

It's a beautiful park (it's actually quite big for a park), nature, hiking and cycling trails, a lake.. the place has enough to spend a day closer to nature.

Great place to roam around. Natural water pond there with an aquapark a little walk further. Great walk in the nature. Don't forget your water and a little snack :)

Completely amazed by this place! Really big park, lake and rivers are very nice. Also there’s a pool place and couple of restaurants and the food was ok. We did a 1 hour trail with kids and it was really cool and smooth.

Great place for a walk, run, even for a rock climbing. The park is pretty wild (regarding the fact you are still in the capital city). You can bump here into several wild animals if you are lucky. In the summer you can swim here in a Džbán.

This is one of the most amazing places in Prague. Unfortunately, many tourists do not visit here. The walk is suitable for people of all ages who don't mind walking uphill. The sheer drop is very beautiful, but when you look at it from the side, it will make your heart flutter.

A great place to enjoy the views. Has both short steep hills to climb and long horizontal paths around the big water resevoir.

Perfect place for active relax. Many rocks to climb and trails to wander, some of them quite challenging. Plenty of places to sit and rest surrounded by nature as well. Yet another amazing park in Prague. About parking, you can park in the McDonald's parking lot but it's paid but cash only and there is no ATM, so good to have some cash on yourself. We paid 100 CZK for unlimited hours.

This was one of the most fantastic places I've seen in Prague, the hike is moderately intense and is suitable for individuals of all ages who are not adverse to hiking an incline. The sheer drop is beautiful but will make your heart tremor when you peer over the side! If you have a fear of heights, stay away from the edge!

It's such a lovely serene place. If you want to get out of the city and be close to nature, this is the place which is in Prague but will definitely make you feel you are not in a Prague.

Beautiful and really clean, but take bag to store the trash as the top dosent appear to have any trashcans. It may be our dumb distracted tourist brains.

Prague has many hidden gems and one of them is Divoka Sarka. This was my first visit in snowy winter where you can get everything ice skating, skiing, cycling. One can come along with the their kids to play sledding and the kids will enjoy thoroughly including adults. You can also get a chance to ski on the frozen dam. A must visit for all the ages of people be it kids, adults, cycle enthusiasts etc. I will surely visit this place in summers to experience the beauty of this place.

It is a good place for tracking and hiking. There are good tracks for bicycling also. You can visit this place any time during the year. There is no admission fee and further if you like guided tours those are also available. Place is eaisly accessible using Trams you can you use Tram number 20, 26 to use to reach there and this is last stop for these Trams. There is a good lake is there and all the tracking places are parallel to water steams that makes place amazing. Further during April to October it would be amazing to visit as all trees will have leafs and place will look Greener and view will be amazing. Ideal time for this is around 4-5 hours including traveling to place form Museum metro station.

After a tiring day soaking Prague's beautiful architecture...nothing better than 'going back to nature's...and found that in this serene Nature reserve. Recommend taking the Green line A metro to Nadrazi Veleslavin, and then board a 7 min Tram to Divoka Sarka...its end of the line..you wont be lost. Entrance to this beautiful Nature Reserve/Park is behind the McDonald's restaurant. Enjoy!!

I expected clean water quality however I couldn't see the bottom of the lake. Visitors indiscriminately dumped the trash and I were frowned upon. I saw a fish that I didn't fish, It looked so fresh and I gave it to a passing cat. Sunset view from the top of the hill was pretty great.

Such a beautiful escape from the city. The trails are paved and fairly easy but you can also find trails at an intermediate skill level. Because I went at the beginning of April the weather was just starting to warm up and the foliage was not yet in full bloom. I would still reccomend this park to anyone who is looking for a nice escape from the city only a short bus ride away.

  • 3/5 WishCasting 5 years ago on Google
It's nice for a walk or run or bike ride, has some nice views. But it isn't impressive as I hoped. There are much better places for trekking. It's a bit over rated in my opinion.

If you want to trail run in Prague, this is the place to do so. Hills with ascent, great views, full of nature. It's like a little oasis in the city. It connects with more parks and residential areas surrounded by hills and trails, so it's 100% worth a visit
