The
Dog
Playground
was
opened
in
Letenské
Sady
near
Kostelní
Street
in
June
2015.
There
are
climbing
frames
and
a
drinking
fountain
for
dog
lovers.
Among
other
things,
the
aim
was
to
prevent
conflicts
between
dog
owners
and
pedestrians
who
do
not
have
a
dog.
It
seems
like
a
good
idea
to
me,
even
in
light
of
the
ever-tightening
rules
for
the
movement
of
dogs
in
public
spaces.
Dog
owners
can
relax
on
the
benches.
As
a
matter
of
course,
there
are
bins
for
excrement
installed
in
the
park.
The
municipality
of
the
playground
cost
1.6
million
crowns.
I
was
lucky
and
a
lady
was
frolicking
with
her
two
dogs
as
I
passed
by.
The
fun
spectacle
kept
me
on
the
spot
for
about
10
minutes.
