The aqua center is a great place to relax with family, a lot of options to try: sauna, 50m pool, child pool, 2 tubes, artificial river, waves, sunbathing, cafe. I like it place and recommend to visit.

Amazing experience!!! Clean (and non-chemical feeling) water, my usually sensitive skin didn't react to the chlorine(?) in the water. Everything was properly organized, clean and efficient :))

Let's start that the pool has 50 meters while standard in Prague is 25. The place also offers aquapark zone work whirlpools and toboggans and sauna zone. The place features modern chip-based entry system, safety lockers and normal lockers. If you forget the number of the locker, don't worry next to the pool there's a chip reader which can tell you which lockers did you use.

Awful today, paid for family ticket. Went to aquapark area, immediate intoxicating chlorine smell. Children with coughs, staff trying to ventilate the area and sending us out to pool area only as it was not safe. Which we couldn't use with a small child due to depth and lessons taking place. Our child and others coughing uncontrollably so decided to leave after 5 mins. Cash desk awful when refusing our request for refund. Rude, shouting at us as she didn't know how to refund our money. Plus mocking our claims after another similar customer trying to get a refund for the same reason. Cashier then walked off to serve others and continued to shout at us from kiosk. Then was still unable to refund us.until having to make phonecalls to then refund us about 20 mins later. Truly awful experience of customer service.

This is the best swimming pool in Prague for people who want to do proper swimming and not just bathing. They have 6 lanes and I think 3 or 4 are reserved only for swimmers and divided into slow medium and fast track. I really appreciate it. Its clean and the water temperature is good maybe a bit too warm but that's okay. Unfortunately the people at the entrance dont speak a single word of English... Its really complicated... Nevertheless a really good place for your workout.

It can be described as a local swimming pool at best, It is very clean and the price is very low but also you don’t get much. The aqua park side of it has only two covered tube slides and one open slide and one whirlpool in the middle. There is nothing special about it. The sauna is also only just one sauna separate ones for man and woman and without swimsuits, you have to rent a sauna sheet for 50 czk, which is not a bad deal, but again it’s very small sauna and one small cold water pool to plunge. And some resting area. Maybe the aqua park would be interesting for the kids but the name was very misleading.

Great aquacentre. It is like realy huge- I have not even seen all their attraction. There are changing rooms, big swimming pool, special pool for babies, small swimmingpool for todlers and and finally some attraction for elder children(tobogans). There is also bistro inside where you make an order and it is paid after the visit with an eventual fee for staying longer. Staff is nice, everything is clean and they have iwn big parking spot. I come again.

There was a promo and the cashier could not do it for me so I had to pay full price, nobody speaks English so really difficult to deal with the staff and then you have to pay more even if you went over 2mins. Water was ok, not hot cold nor warm, 2out of 6 slides were closed, Terrible service overall.

Love the place, love the 50m pool and love the price. They have a bit problem with the temperature of water in the women's shower (maybe men's too?) But there are signs and if you count with it it's fine. The water is not cleared by chemicals or salt, they use some kind of different way (not really an expert on this), so the water is not that aggressive to eyes. Can also recommend the aquapark for time with kids.

One of the worst experience with Aquaparc in my life. Starting with the price which is so high for no reason. There is no attraction or pool for children in age from 4-12 years. The place was also very dirty. The floor, especially on the stairs was so slippery that within first 2 hours, 3 people felt. All of them with very bad injuries. The last one felt so bad on the spine, that she fainted multiple times after that. In the end, an ambulance had to come for her. But the biggest shock was when the lifeguards after her spine injury, forced her to stand up and walk outside. Never again.

The aquapark is nice and not big, in general clean, and safe, big pool for swimming. The lifeguards could be more attentive to the pools and less to their phone even if it's not crowded... And the worse part it's the restaurant, the level of the to food was bad, the schnitzel was bad or after date, the rest of the food was way too oily, most of the food we trashed....

Value for money. 200 czk for 1 adult and 1 kid. Some good slides for the kids. Prices inside are very fair for a snack or a soda. Large changing area.

Great pool with loads to do. Our 4 and 7 Yr old loved it. You get a token on your wrist to pay for things. They are strict on time, all computerised. As we were 2 minutes late we had to pay a small amount so we could exit.

Good aquacentrum. It is not a big aquapark, just 2 small/medium (blue difficulty) tobogans and one small one plus one slide. What is really good, there is 50M swimming pool. Entrance for 1 hour 20 minutes (good enough to make a day more interesting) or whole day. It happens that some of slides were not working and then queue for the second one was too long. If Summer Olympics would be in Prague (there was a plan for 2020), this aquacentrum would be Olympic center for swimming sports.

Great swimming pool, reasonable entry prices and amazing view/location. Downside would be no soap in showers, The ladies at the reception could greet or at least respond to the greeting

Came after 20:00. Aquapark almost empty, so that was lovely. Timed waterslide, had fun on that. Just one thing i hate there is that when you have ZTP/P you have to go through wheelchair gates and you can't use the usual gates... but that's detail.

How that possible?!? You have a box for the left clothes!!!! Why do they throw everything? At least it not ecological!!!

It was a good place for family visit. It was clean totally. The only issue was for wellness’s part which I really don’t like it for this I will deduct one star. Acutely I don’t like the way that they organise the things, staying naked in front of other people it was very pleasant and convenient.

Waterpark opens from 2pm. The air and the water was little bit cold compared to other swimming pool. It was very crowded. There also small kids from kindergarten. And the staffs were not nice when I had trouble opening the locker, I thought they all had bad news that day. I was polite, but they were already angry. My family decided not to come again, though the facilities were good.

I went there on weekend and there was very long queue because of hot weather but ladies at reception were not very quick enough to reduce the queue. Aqua park is okay but their indoor small canteen took 30 minutes for French fries

Nice atmosphere, water was a little bit on the cold side. Great pools and slides. Good mixed gender sauna with ice bucket.

A great alternative to aquapark in Čestlice. Two tobogans, 3 slides, swimming, relaxing and kids pool.

Visited this pool the first time last weekend. Honestly, one of the cleanest pools I've ever used in Prague. I have used Podoli pool earlier but this one is even better. Will visit more often again.

Great price / performance. 50m pool, clean facilities, steam sauna available for no extra charge

We really liked this aqua center. It's small enough to be simple to manage, but there is enough to make it fun for the kids. There is a giant Olympic sized swimming pool, 100m, plus a separate kids aqua park with three slides, 2 pools and a large heated jacuzzi pool. There is a learning curve on the system for buying and using the wrist bands for lockers and other features, but overall it's great. Not very English friendly. We went mid day on a Saturday and it was not crowded. Good indoor winter swimming option.

Would have liked to have visited , but never got further than a rather rude and belligerent guy on the phone , wanted to enquire about their various paid for services , but got attitude and rudeness instead. There are other aqua parks in Prague that I will spend my money at instead.

Superb place. Lovely, clean and well-maintained you can easily spend a relaxed day here.Really nice and chilled-out vibe, Entry price (for all day) is very good too (420 czk for ulimited access). I'd pretty much literally live here if I was based in Prague.

I don't know how to review this aquapark. For its price it's probably OK, but i was quickly bored. Amazing view of Prague.

Fantastic place for the family. Has a wellness center, a pool for laps, and a small water park area. Pay for the first hour then by the minute. Great and very clean.

Very nice place for rest after a lot of walking in Prague. Reasonable price and really good cafeteria inside. There are places to eat outside with a great view on Prague. Outside You can lay down to enjoy the sun and there is even a smoking area outside.

We paid for swimming pool and received a wrists looking like watches to unlock a cabin and buy food etc. We did go to changing room, showers etc. we passed the swimming pool cross the areal and found out that the everything except one pool is paid extra and that our wrists are useless. Unfortunately it needs to be paid in advance and cannot be paid by our wrists. So I and all the children had to go outside to the cash desk pay again and then again go though the changing rooms, showers and everything again inside. Not much time was left for us to be there so we had to hurry up. I am not sure if we made it to cash desks in time, maybe yes. But there was a big queue to get outside. So I decided to take a bit shorter queue to time validation machine where it should be able to also pay overtimes. To queue took like forever. Then some security guy arrived to explain that the machine has some problem with cash. So the whole long queue did move to cash desk serviced by a person. There sit a lady which explained to everyone one by one after awaiting the queue that she does not have a working payment terminal. So again everyone from this queue was moved back to the queue to the machine where we were already once waiting. So we had to wait a third queue to get outside. Standing in the same infinite queue second time was crazy. This was very frustrating. I had to explain other people myself that one queue is for cash and one for cards so they could avoid waiting in a wrong queue. We were charged like 30 minutes of overtime which I believe is around the same time which we waited for paying it.
