Stayed here 4 nights and enjoyed it immensely. Very peaceful at night. At times there were too many people in the park making access difficult. There are 3 showers for each sex, way too few for the summer. There is a trick to get hot water, follow the instructions with one exception. After pressing the button on the device enter the token (you’ll get that at reception when you check in) turn the water on, then come back and press the button again. There is a ferry 200m from reception. It operates every 20 minutes roughly. They do not accept euros, only koruna and it is free if you’re 65 and over.

Toilets are dirty, there is no soap or whatsoever, shower use are one of the stupidest thing I have ever seen(you put a coin for hot water and sometimes it doesn't even work). And all these things are not bad enough, the receptionist was very rude to us. All in all if you want to have really nice camping experience just move on and discover other campings in the island..

A good and cheap option to stay at Prague. The camping is located in the river and it’s only a 3 minute boat drive to reach the centre of Prague. This boat drive costs 30 CKZ. The showers are not the most luxuous but they do the deed and you have warm water. On the island you can padel, play golf, drink beer and drink cuba libres. I would definitely recommend this camping when you traven on a budget.

This place was only a disappointment. We could only stand 1 night. The receptionist was not helpful and answered our questions in a condescending manner. He gave us 4 tokens for the showers. You put the tokens in a box in the shower and it gives you hot water for 8 mins. The first min. Is already gone because we wait for the water to get hot. There are no soups in the WC. And it is really dirty. And actually they are more expensive than the other camping in the island. Absolutely not worth it.

Decent place. Good value. Not the best camping in the world looking at the services and the hygiene, but one of the more memorable ones with the fantastic and special location that it has. We arrived just before the closure of the reception but we’re greeted great. Service from the people working there was 5/5. Loves the ferry trip!

Great place. Very nice receptionist. Perfect location. Enough space, it will be crowded at some days but it is definitely better than other Prague campings. Hot showers included. Showers could be cleaner but it’s alright.. I did not see clean showers in all of Czech campings. The location is amazing, cute ferry to centre goes every 20 min to 21.00h. Later in the evening you can take tram 5 to the bridge that connects the island and walk the last 15 minutes. The receptionist will explain how to get tickets.

    - The showers work but if the water gets warmer the stream gets so weak that your hair barely gets wet. - Some of the shower curtains have holes in it, none of them are fully usable because the hooks are off the curtain. - Two of the three times I went to the toilet the toiletpaper was empty. - Some of the cranes are just loose on the sink at the men and at the ladies. - One of the toilet bowls is just loose on the ground. - The toilet cubicles are so small that you bump your head against the wall when you pull your pants up. - When I read the reviews from three years ago, I see that you are not doing anything about the state of the camping. Conclusion: To be honest I excepted more for the 80+ euros that we spent for the three days that we are here.

(Translated by Google) Conveniently located, but cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! The ferry across the Vltava is only a few meters away. It runs every half hour. The washrooms are in containers that urgently need some cleaning water and a rag. Hot water for showering is available, but we didn't manage to get any with our chips. But the system is common in the Czech Republic and we no longer have a problem with it. On the box for the chips are buttons for the showers. You press the desired number, insert the chip and then press the same number again. It's actually quite easy once you understand it.

Absolut empfehlenswert.

(Translated by Google) We were satisfied. The sanitary facilities were cleaned daily, are no longer brand new, but completely ok. Otherwise the place is good for excursions into the city. With the ticket for the ferry for about 1 euro you can still use the tram for 30 minutes. Lady in reception was very friendly. (Original) Wir waren zufrieden.

This campsite is well located, decently priced and our stay here wasn’t bad. But I’ve been travelling for 8 weeks now and this is the most unorganised campsite ever. The very lovely woman at reception is run off her feet. Running everything on her own!! The check in is stupidly long so there’s always a cue. There’s three showers per men and women. There’s at least 60 campers here most are families 3 showers isn’t enough and they aren’t clean. Also the token system doesn’t make any sense you have to get FREE tokens from the desk for the showers which means you are adding to the already large cue in reception. What’s the point if they are free anyway??! Then there’s only one washing machine that you literally have to wait and put your stuff in there ASAP before the other people who want to use it. There’s no dryer. There’s no toilet roll. This campsite is full and obviously turning a profit why there isn’t any investment is just pure greed. Another receptionist? More showers? Another washing machine? This could be a brilliant campsite but it’s just unorganised and doesn’t have a good atmosphere with everyone trying to fight for a space, shower or washing machine!!!

Great place to stay to explore Prague. You can take a boat every 30 minutes. The only bad thing is that the boat only goes until 8 pm.

(Translated by Google) Easy parking space on the Vltava. You can take the ferry for 1 euro per person. fast in town. Unfortunately you can only come back until 9 p.m. The toilets and showers are simple but ok. Nice personel. Everything is straightforward. No meals at the campsite. Nettes Personal. Alles unkompliziert. Keine Verpflegung am Campingplatz.

Awesome Location, right in the center of Prague, supercute little ferry going directly to the old town 5mins on foot away. Clerk was very friendly, toilets and showers very clean. The only negative thing in my view is the non functioning wifi.

Perfect location, but the area is unkempt. It is very convenient to use the boat to get to the city centre. It is a nuisance that one token is issued per person per day to use the shower for 8 minutes.

(Translated by Google) A very nice campsite located in the center of Prague on an island on the Vltava River overlooking Vyšehrad. Next to the campsite there is a ferry from which we can get to the other side of the river. Then we buy a one-day ticket for all public transport and visit Prague. Ps. New coin-operated toilets and showers. Ps. Nowe toalety i prysznice na żetony.

It's nice but expensive, in whole Europe don't pay just for caravan but in Prague they put to pay for the car also. This is Prague

Kalt Aber alles in allem ganz nett.
