Centrum
Cerny
Most
is
located
near
the
metro
terminal
station
on
the
outskirts
of
Prague.
It
is
an
average
shopping
place
that
features
small
stores
with
limited,
and
in
some
cases,
out-of-season
and
outdated
selections.
Store
clerks
do
not
understand
or
speak
English
or
any
other
major
world
language.
Nearly
all
stores
do
not
allow
customers
in
20
to
15
min
before
closing
and
all
stores
shut
down
before
2100
which
is
quite
strange
considering
that
Prague
is
the
capital
city
in
the
center
of
Europe
and
in
the
middle
of
its
summer
tourist
season.
Furthermore,
prepare
to
pay
an
unprecedented
mafia
level
21%
sales
tax!!!
If
you
try
to
get
the
tax
refund
for
purchases
over
2000
CZK,
prepare
for
further
complications
and
near
impossibility
to
receive
the
tax
refund
to
which
you
are
legally
entitled.
Usually,
the
store
"forgets"
to
provide
you
with
the
required
forms.
When
you
ask
for
them,
most
store
clerks
reply
that
it
is
impossible
to
provide
them
after
ringing
the
purchase
(because
they
would
have
to
fill
them
up
by
hand
and
most
of
them
are
unable
to
calculate
21%
out
of
the
total
amount).
When
you
bring
the
filled
tax
forms
and
receipts
to
the
tax
refund
office
to
receive
your
tax
refund,
you
will
be
told
that
they
cannot
be
accepted
when
filled
by
hand
and
that
you
will
have
to
deal
with
the
tax
company
only
by
mail,
which
requires
you
to
enter
your
credit
card
numbers
and
information
incurring
more
charges.
If
you
ever
succeed
in
receiving
your
21%
tax
refund
thieved
from
you
by
the
Czech
Republic
government,
consider
it
a
true
miracle.
