we
understand
nowadays
every
company
wants
to
earn
as
much
money
as
they
can.
They
don’t
care
about
the
services
they
provide
–
or
customers
satisfactions.
They
want
only
more
money…!!!
But
why
you
don’t
respect
your
customers
that
they
want
to
support
you
every
day,
and
you
trying
to
be
disrespectful
towards
them.
Today,
to
our
surprise
we
came
across
a
very
BAD
situation
that
will
make
us
NEVER
go
back
to
Eden
shopping
mall.
We
went
with
family
to
Eden
shopping
mall
as
every
afternoon
to
spend
some
time.
We
like
it
there
because
there
is
a
play
ground
for
the
kids
and
also
some
stores
we
go
around
and
super
market
and
food
court.
Its
really
convenient
for
us
because
its
close
to
our
house.
When
we
tried
to
EXIT
the
parking,
we
saw
that
you
have
changed
the
minimum
free
parking
from
3
hours
to
ONLY
2
hours.
–
and
we
have
to
pay
60
kc
for
an
additional
hour.
WHY
YOU
DID
THIS
???
–
why
you
don’t
respect
your
customers
that
they
want
to
go
there
and
spend
money
to
this
shopping
mall???
Like
those
60
kc
will
make
your
company
richer???
And
with
what
cost???
To
lose
customers
like
myself
that
are
going
to
be
disappointed
with
your
actions???
Its
not
about
the
extra
60
kc
–
its
about
the
move
you
made
to
EARN
MORE
MONEY
-FROM
THE
CUSTOMERS.
Every
other
shopping
mall
have
3
hours
free
parking
–
Who
thought
this
idea
to
increase
the
parking
fee,
without
thinking
your
own
customers.
Please
for
once
–
be
accountable
for
your
actions
and
make
it
3
hours
as
it
was
before
…
!!!
