Paid toilets in the restaurants' & kids' zone, seriously? What is next to your plan - paid parking from the first minute or paid escalators? Good step to support e-shops though, that's right. And by this, you support other places in Praha for business meetings (especially if some family businesses need to take kids with them). That's generous of you.

Very nice shopping center. It’s the largest I have seen around in Prague. You can find lists of stores, cinemas, huge variety of restaurants, easy public transport links and taxi pickups. Coffee shops and lot more, recommend..!

Good but shops are small with a limited selection. Staff usually doesn't speak or understand any major world language. While some sellers do their job, others seem to be visibly bothered that people come to the store to shop and they have to get up and ring up the purchase, however, this seems to be a general trend in many Czech establishments. The food court has a bellow average quality of food, some items appear several days old. Eat on your own risk. Most stores do not admit customers 20 to 15 min before their closing time, and all stores close by 2100, except the grocery which closes by 2200, which is very strange considering that Prague is the capital city of the Czech Republic.

Regular European type shopping mall. Food court is actually good, but some weak minded person decided to ask for money on entry (funny amount). That's not what you do with IDK how many restaurants around. I want to wash my hands at least and this is simply annoying.

Excellant shopping centre, filled with cafes and a wonderful food court with huge variety of choice...Shops are varied and interesting...Communication between floors is fluid and easy...Parking is easy and convenient..Long free parking at the week end...2 hours free on weekdays has refuced to one hour...No one can "shop and eat" in one hour , so one is forced to pay an expensive parking charge, plus the inconvenience of finding somewhere to actually pay! Other downside is the lack of toilet facilities...Women must queue to pee and men queue to use a cubicle... Not good management and needs improving...!! Apart fom this lapse of attenntion to important details , the centre is a great place to visit...

I am astonished that in this massive Mall, management has elected to wring the last kc out of consumers by charging for the use of toilets. No doubt the will mumble about “ hygiene and security” but if the wandered through malls and metros in Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo and Australia they would find spotless and plentiful public toilets. Charging people to use toilets within a shopping mall is simply pure greed. It is a slur on the fine citizens of the Czech Republic and should cease.

Probably under new management team, which cut free parking from 3 hours to 2 and then to 1. Given the bad internal set-up, you can either shop arroung a bit or go to buy (the worst trashy, even by Tesco standard) food. Not both. Include the junkies shooting up at the toillets and homeless boozers buying boxed wine in Tesco, and make it your family time to remember.

Nice, clean and big mall with many different quite interesting stores. Good place to spend the afternoon in when it's raining cats and dogs outside. Also, it wasn't very crowded (no matter when I went)

The parking showed that we have few more minutes to leave for free, so we went. Until the queue allowed us to exit, we went about 3 minutes over and had to run from the car to go pay for another full hour. Ridiculous. Edit: I have no idea what you mean by time reserve, so I should walk around the machine until it lets me pay and go after???

Paid toilets are absolutely ridiculous, including child changing tables. This place has gone down in recent years. You would be better of visiting alternative shopping centers in Prague Dear admin, Don't bother justifying corporate greed

Amazing mall, has a movie theatre inside and a ton of shops. The food is also good. I would try the running sushi place on the top floor. It’s about 21$USD for 90min of unlimited food. They serve Japanese,Chinese, and Korean dishes.

Probably my most favorite shopping centre in Prague. Quite small compared to Chodov for example but big enough to find everything you need from nice fashion, services (like barber shop, car wash), wide range of restaurants to big supermarket Tesco. I also like the park Sacre Coeur behind OC Nový Smíchov that gives you an opportunity for a nice walk after lunch with panoramic view over Prague.

Excellent shopping location. Wide variety of shops with a huge Tesco, but also boutique outlets and eateries. Lots of UK recognisable outlets but also some perfect non touristy shops. Very much a local outlet.

there is no map !! it is very important that buyers can quickly find the right store or restaurant, but there is no shopping center map. You need to ask the guards about where this or that store or cafe is located, this is terrible.

Pretty nice shopping centre with a lot of shops. LPT: If you want to use restroom for free, use the 1st floor, not 2nd floor-food court. They are paid there!

Worst experience ever in terms of parking. The parking lot is fully congested, and the staff are not helpful. They could at least open the exit barrier during the busiest times to improve traffic flow in the parking area. Good luck if you're using your car; it took more than an hour to exit the parking lot. A nightmare indeed.

Plan in a whole day if you want to explore a big part of the store. It's gigantic. Many nice brands, in a big range of prices. Also in range of sortiment, from Clothing, to Jewelry, to Make-Up and even to Artistic Stores. The upper food court has so many options too! You can find ATMs and Toilets in there as well. Personally I can recommend the Bershka in it! It's my personal favorite, affordable store with good quality in there. :)

Richtig cool.

An old school American Mall from the 1980s style food court on the top floor caps off this Mall that literally has everything you need. With a massive Tesco on the ground floor for all your grocery needs and many mid range brand shops like Calvin Klein, Gant and Armami Exchange.

Big they have lots of stores. Big Tesco Supermarket with clothing and household goods. Datart is there but I never buy there because of their abysmal customer service, I go to Alza instead. They have a good Sephora and Zara as well. Excellent good court with many delicious well priced food choices.

1/2 of the front entrance's doors are kept closed even in rush hours. After you finally get inside and you need to go upstairs, the crowds will take care of slowing you down to a speed of tectonic plates on your way towards the main escalator, which itself is overcrowded and slowww. Not saying that it should be a surprise for you to come across so many people in such a crowded city area, but the shopping center could have more escalators to begin with. Yeah, and don't even think about visiting toilets in here. After I saw what I saw, I successfully held everything inside for another 3 hours.

There are many shops and restaurants here. This place is located in a busy location, easy to reach. Usually there is a connection bridge to park in Andel area. You can also find a big Tesco inside this shopping center.

  • 4/5 Daniel S. 1 year ago on Google
The shopping center is a good spot where to shop for things in Prague. You can find a free space for parking there, it is sitting on top of a subway station, and the selection of stores fits all my needs. Why four stars only? There is plenty of closed stores now.

  • 3/5 David L. 1 year ago on Google
Not much to say, it's your regular shopping center. Size : number of restrooms ratio could be better and the restrooms could be cleaned and maintained more often.

Ridiculous parking fees. 2h for free and then 50CZK 3rd hour, 70CZK 4th, and gets up to 100CZK per hour. edit after owner response: Owner is right about reasonable prices per h in relation to being close to city center, but the thing is, I'm not going to city center, but to spend money in his shopping center. As is his right to additionally charge me spending money, it is my right to choose Flora, Chodov or other mall where they are more fair.

  • 5/5 Tony E. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent shopping mall, well laid out, 180 good shops, huge food court, possibly the best in Prague, on a par with Palladium centre, easy to reach by tram from any metro. Multiple coffee shops/outlets. . No haberdashery shop though!

  • 5/5 JINUK S. 4 years ago on Google

  • 4/5 Jan K. 2 years ago on Google
Loved the food court, very clean and modern. But the lack of maps of the shopping centre makes navigating rather difficult.

  • 1/5 Asgard 2 years ago on Google
Just terrible! The shops inside are ok, but when it comes to the shopping centre itself, it's a disgrace. Local toilets are permanently overpopulated, dirty and lately have been a sanctuary to drug users and homeless people of the surrounding area. Parking is pretty tricky for first-comers, as finding a garage exit feels like an escape-game and once you do, you never know, where you're going to pop-out. If you need to buy anything in the mall, just get in, buy whatever you need, and run for your lives!

Walk-in vaccination center at Novy Smichov shopping mall, was fast and nice staff. It’s at 2nd floor and next to toilet. You can see it when you take escalator to up, it’s on the right side.

Convenient little mall when you need to grab something quick, but not nice for substantial shopping. Regardless of whether it is summer or winter, the entire building has very poor ventilation and is incredibly stuffy, even for us cats. There also are a number of social deviants that consistently wander around the premises of the building.

  • 4/5 Roman K. 4 years ago on Google
Nice shopping center with good selection of stores. Very spacious underground parking lot with generous time allotment on weekends. Good public transport accessibility. Usually very crowded. Restrooms are either paid, or have long queues.

Nice and beautiful center - it just lacks respect and honor. Your center guards, treats paying people and also tourists as bad. Sat down on the floor outside in front of a shop, was asked to get up, was done - but the way they behaved afterwards - completely and totally wrong. Your guards should treat people properly.

  • 1/5 Alyona G. 1 year ago on Google
Guys, what you did about the air conditioning? Inside is just as it is Outside and you have almost unbreathable atmosphere inside. Are you cutting electricity costs by not turning air conditioning to full? Clearly sadly money saving is more important than the prolonged time your customers can potentially spend inside...

This is super cool mall for shopping and eats. All the renowned brands are available both for shopping and eats. For children a separate play station is available on the top floor.

I must say that Novy Smichov has got to be the best shopping centre in Prague. Lots of fantastic shops and eateries and it really helped me make the most of my first time in Prague.

  • 1/5 Alexander K. 1 year ago on Google
As always judge your local mall not by its size rather than by its toilets and their condition, which in this case is very, very bad. Only one toilets per 2 floors and always dirty, smelly and just disgusting. There are often fecals on the floor/walls, also big queues on the woman’s toilet. This is not 5* shopping center. Toilets in the metro are in better condition.

  • 5/5 Homa 1 year ago on Google
It’s great mall with most of the useful brand. The top floor for restaurant and bar is good as well you find your taste there😎 big Tesco is a huge advantage of this mall. I would like to recommend it.

Really nice shopping centre with supermarket, different clothes shops like Zara, Stradivarius, Decathlon, etc. plus you also have restaurants and a cinema in here. It's the perfect place where to spend an afternoon when it gets cold and dark here in Prague.

I use to visit this shopping center regularly for grocery, cloths, and almost everything since it's opening and always happy. A couple of years ago, free parking hour for weekday was 3 hours and then changed to 2 hours, it was still OK. But since this March, the free parking cut to 1 hour! Seriously? What management office is thinking about? They are not welcome people to visit center during weekday? 60kc/hour! It's really ridicules... ...

  • 1/5 Oalla U. 10 months ago on Google
The management does everything to make customers hate this place. First they remove toilets for free then made lines by exit because they cut free parking time without notice. I think there could be better way how to treat customers. This mall is no longer preferred, there are better malls either on B line or by car in acceptable distance. Shame on you!

Careful with parking. It’s a trap! We paid 320 czk for 3hours. Kind of theft! Busy busy busy. But you will probably find what you looking for.

  • 2/5 Carissa 9 months ago on Google
As a person who went to Indonesia with many luxury, elegant, clean, well maintained malls before Czech, this mall is BAD. You need to pay for the toilet in the second floor and the toilets aren’t even clean. Toilets aren’t available on every floor. The toilet on the 1st floor is free but is kinda smelly and dirty. Long queue, no clear directions where are the toilets located, the lifts are dirty and hot. Don’t get me started with the clothes store. Clothes, pants, shoes just lying on the floor without anyone putting it back. Even though the stores individually have a well working air conditioners, the mall doesn’t. Feels very hot in the mall. Beside everything i wrote, this mall is located in a very strategic location.
