I lived in Luka Living apartments for 1 year but I do not recommend. Although you have shops nearby and you are right in the shopping passage, you have a reception and security, but you will also pay for this in the form of arrears at the end of the lease. Duting the one year they raised our rent once and then our fees too. Say goodbye to the deposit that you pay at the beginning. We ended the lease in the middle of the year and for the period of 6 months 12,000 czk was deducted from our deposit. If you then request a detailed calculation, they are unable to provide it to you. After a month of endless communication and arguing, I finally gave up. I was told that the arrears were calculated based on their estimate. Also, they charged us 2,500 CZK for painting of the one wall. I asked in advance whether it is necessary to paint it and they told me that it was not but at the end they charged us. then if you object to it, they will say that they don't actually recommend painting at your own expense because they will do it better. As well I experienced parties until 3-4 in the morning on weekdays (the walls are probably made of very poor quality material as you can hear the neighbors from all sides). Several times I had to call the security at night and deal with disturbing the night's peace. If you are a working person and get up early in the morning, you probably won't be too excited about it. Also, the fire alarm at night was almost on a weekly schedule. If you have a lot of money or the company pays for your accommodation and all the arrears that Luka Living charged you and you like to organize parties, then this place is ideal for you, otherwise I would avoid it.

Its a good location and good facilities, but when you will leave they will find a way to rip you off the deposit. So if you are a foreign you will have difficulties to fight for what is yours. Expect expenses that you cant understand

Luka Living is a place that does not keep its promises with customers. I made an appointment with Luka Living to sign a contract first, but Luka Living broke the promise. Betrayed. It was also notified by text that luka living had signed a contract with another person three hours before the promised time to sign the contract. I have done a lot of damage and mess my moving the house schedule. It is believed that Luka Living is a place that handles garbage for client promise. So luka living took my contract to someone else three hours before the day they decided to sign it with me. I don't think I can forget. This Luka Living without trust. Everyone, please check. Luka Living can always betray your promises ------ After Reply I have been confirmed with Luka manager twice through my real estate manager, and I have been informed of the contract date accurately and have made an appointment. I can post the relevant information here if you want. It doesn't make sense that the other person can't deposit the deposit first on the day we promised each other. I promised to sign the contract first, and I waited for all the preparations on the day of the appointment, but it was a huge shock when I heard that the contract was not possible three hours ago. I can say there is a bitter-sweet taste after living in LL a long time. As the rest of the low-rating reviews, I can verify that great part of the deposit, if not all, will not be returned, due to any increases of the expenses on services. In our case, more than 20k CZK were taken on the term of extra services from last year. The corresponding part to the electricity prices were not the highest, but the ones for "services" in general. The direction states that everything is explained at the beginning of the contract by the Sales team, but as every rental contract, we can play with the ambiguity of the wording (got experience in renting a lot of flats and signing a lot of contracts), so that will always play in favor of the business, as it is obvious. It is easy to say that foreigners do not understand, find difficult to understand, or do not want to understand the direct and indirect services, but the issue is about hidding the downsides to the client, and it affects to locals and expats for equal terms. If you do not need to worry at all about how much do you spend on your accommodation because your employer provides it, or basically you can spend everything and more in a modern building far from the busy center with all the conforts around you, maybe it is the place for you. But if you are an average citizen and worker who needs to care every month about his/her finances, I would recommend to check for other more affordable and transparent options to avoid unpleasant surprises and headaches. There are more affordable ones with similar conditions and more transparent, much closer to the city centre (talking by experience). In any case, there is nothing against the reception team, who were always very kind, patient and attentive with all the clients. I know that working with people is a difficult thing and beautiful at the same time, so this review is not to dishonor their daily work. (I wish we could rate every aspect of the business individually). This is to explain our particular experience and the unpleasant approach from the business side.

If you are looking for a high tech kind of living and a peaceful place, this place is the GoTo place for stay. Outside City with a clam environment. Also shoppings available in the same building. Nearby park is a mini heaven for spending your time peacefully.

Rented accommodation for my daughter. For 5 year old appliances a small damage they are taking price of new replacement. It's rip off company. Never rent with them. Very bad atmosphere over there. Unable to sleep many nights due to lod music whole night. An article dropped from upper floor. Luckily no one was there else could have fatal accident. Fo not rent with them.

Really regional shoppin Centre. Clean, but Just couple of shops.

I have lived there for one year and I am happy with my stay. The apartment is very modern and equipped with high-end products. What made us happy are the strong wifi, the security, there are many supermarkets close by and the metro just below the building. The girls in the reception are amazing, always helpful and nice. Special thanks to Ms Havlíčková Jana who helped me alot during my hand over of the apartment. Overall, I think Luka Living provided me the best stay in Prague.

Good in overall, but the pillows and bed is not comfortable, you have to replace them on your own I guess. The two restaurants are the same asian kind and I can't say they are too good to eat. Would love to have more variety.

Love this residence! Tesco, Albert, Iceland, pharmacy, gym, metro station are here, under your apartment. It's great to live here.

Although it is a new mall, it looks kind of old and worn down. There is a small selection of shops, but certainly nothing out of the extraordinary. On a positive note there is a Iceland store with a good selection, and the metro is just underneath the place.

It's Ok because it revitalized a bit Luka. However, in time the quality of the shops is decreasing... Let's hippie it will grow up.

They cannot make sure their only terminal for parking is working. Once in a while, you are stuck there and info button is either useless and say they can’t help or don’t pick up at all.
